Hi there C&M+B&B.

This is the 2nd of 3 caches we didn't find today. Twisted[:(!]

We spent quite some time here but couldn't locate your cache. Hopefully it's just "cache blindness", so here's a DNF from us. Twisted

Regards
Ian and Penny

Found fairly quickly, cache is very weathered and barely together - will need replacing I think.
TFTC.

Mr 9 found it as soon as we walked up to it. The lid has a small crack in it and the log is a little damp. We were watched, but not by a muggle

On our last minute Chrissy shopping trip to the Ville it was cache time. A quick drive to the destination and found the cache reasonably quickly. TFTC

On a second attempt and encouraged by other logs claiming the find. Found it!

05-Oct-19
There are 2 at this site!!! Wahoo found both

05-Oct-19
I visited the GZ with my geobestie Pandamus4 as I was taking her on a geoadventure around Townsville to some of the free hides. I first found the old cache just sitting on top of the mulch. We signed it. Then we noticed Ben’s discreet hide. Signed that as well!

28-Sep-19
Found what appears to be the original cache. It was near the top of the mulch behind the middle section of the sign, Herveys Range Road end, photo up loaded, signed and replaced where found soent a while mostly on the ground, between a lot of passing traffic. Tftc.

28-Sep-19
Nice quick find

Found today (we visited hoping to avenge a DNF) & the geo-munchkins & I celebrated with high 5s after finding this one. Signed log & RAF.
Thanks for replacing the cache BenM70. It definitely wasn’t here the last time we looked.

Note: GZ has recently been pruned which makes GZ an easier search, but more open to muggles... umm, what a relief!!

Day 1 - Streak Week

19-Aug-19
Having visited this site multiple times, video recording underneath all of the structures to check what is under it, to checking with previous finders who have found it in various places under, on top of the spotlight cage, to buried in the mulch, and inserted in wooden posts at the rear, i’ve replaced the cache. It’s still micro and only contains a log but it is magnetic so it is less likely to blow out or drop into the mulch. Hopefully this isn’t an issue and will happily remove it if the original turns up or if the CO has other plans for this one.

24-Jul-19
I’ve had a look a number of times and spoken with previous finders. The structure that i was told it originally was placed within is no longer there. Will replace shortly with something fitting the bill

Sorry for the late log. Checked on this one today (April 19) hoping for a ?? and saw that we had found it already back in October 18.

Sneakily parked around the back this time around and was a quick PNG. Cache still there waiting to be found. TNLN and too small for a drop so TB visit only

16-Oct-18
Not suŕe where this one is supposed to be. The mulch has been added to and while brushing a green ant off my foot I spotted the cache. Not really well hidden so helped it a little bit. TFTC

08-Jul-16
Out with Karicka to find some archived caches in the area but this one had beaten me a couple of times previously so asked for help from the expert and without pointing it out specifically I was lead to the right area. Even so it still took me a couple of minutes to spot this tricky hide. Thanks for the cache.

06-May-16
Had a thorough search with BlackPearl26 at night for over an hour and we couldn't find. We looked everywhere except where the cache was.

Lovie Dovie 37 has log titled 36. I'm confused. However, after checking all the usual types of hiding places twice, something odd did catch the eye and the cache was found in a tricky place. A really good hide that deserves a fav point. TFTC.

12-Jul-15

12-Jul-15
Oooh sneaky. Tcrosses and bross72 went searching while I watched kids in the car, both came back glum. So I went and had a "mummy look".

Out on a caching mission with Mtn Pygmy Possum to clean up some cache stragglers out towards Herveys Range area. We were on our way back towards Townsville when we stopped to look for this one.

We commenced our search expecting it to take some time to find the prize. But within no time at all, Mtn Pygmy Possum exclaimed that she had found it.

Log signed. The cache container and contents were found to be in excellent condition.

Finding this cache has now given me a total find count of 1391.

Thanks for the Cache hide C&M+B&B Smile

After a trip up to the Hervey Range Tea House, RobS72 and I went on a caching trip to grab a few of the new caches. This was my sixth of the trip, and having read the logs, we were expecting a difficult hide! It did take a little bit of looking for, but didn't take quite as long as we thought, before I had it in hand. Definitely sneaky!

Thanks for the cache C&M+B&B!

[Blue]# 12522[/Blue] Found on our 2015 Winter escape trip to Qld.
Another perfect winter day for a drive around while at Townsville again.
This was a very well hidden cache that took a fair while to locate.
And the log sheet says it is LD No. 36 and there is only 2 previous logs in it.
Maybe somebody found the other No 37 and logged this one online instead!
Cheers from Wagga Wagga in the Riverina, NSW.
Thanks for the cache C&M+B&B,

Two new caches in Kalynda was a perfect excuse for a short tour.
Here there was plenty of opportunity, used some high tech gear to look for it but is the end it was all down to the old geoskill of spotting the odd detail.
Thank you for hiding this cache but now I am fed up with always being out of town when they are released

woooooohooooo FTF BABY Big Grin [:o)]. Had to pick up geoP from work as I had the car and unfortunately his scooter caused some issues. So once arrived at work, we checked the page and yeeeees, the FTF still unclaimed Surprised. Well...of course we couldn't leave them unclaimed, alone.....all by itself so lonely...Smile. After arrival at GZ we checked all areas possible, high low, everywhere. Nothing. Suddenly geoP found something and voila he found the predecessor lol. The cache that was archived beforehand and at the same location. Do we now get a double FTF???? Hmmm Razz. After opening it up we realised it wasn't the right one...damn...happy dance too early. So the search continued. Again checked all holes nooks crannys and everything inbetween ..nothing. About to give up and return home, when geoP went over the same spots again and suddenly he found the evil little bugger. Man what an awesome EVIL NASTY [:(!] hide. Unrolling it, yeeeeeees, FTF at last [^] [^] [^]. Extremely sneaky hide. Coordinates were really good with 2m so great job guys!! Will award a FP for the nastiness Wink. Loved it. Could maybe up the difficulty rating to 3.5 to 4 depending.
