Hi mjmnz
This cache has been brought to my attention because of the fact that cachers are required to enter the business and talk to a staff member to access the cache.
This is against the geocaching commercial guidelines so your geocache will need to be re-located.
https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#commercialcaches
"No commercial content
Cache pages perceived as commercial will not be published. Commercial content includes any of the following characteristics
Overtones of advertising, marketing, or promotion
Suggests or requires the finder do any of the following
**Go inside a business**
**Interact with employees**
Purchase a product or service"
I do note that when the cache was published, it was outside the building and was moved after less than a month.
Please move the cache within the next 30 days, or the cache will need to be archived.

Setting off on a bike ride along the river trail on a beautifully fine, sunny day. This was an easy find to start with! Good to know for future TB drops. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks mjmnz.
The travel bug motel is being kept amazingly dry and has had ver few visits of late. TFTC
ANZAC weekend in Taranaki/Whanganui . Focused on Adventure Labs and also whatever will be handy. This hide was one of them.
I had nice chat with cache guard

Can't say I have ever had a geocache handed to me like that. He did say that he hasn't seen one of "you people" in awhile, yeah we are a special breed!
Found it with Dave981 on our way to Saturday Market.. had a nice chat with the reception lady too!
On a road trip down the west coast of the north island. Exploring and finding some geocaches along the way. TFTC.
This was going to be my first of the day, but I popped into reception and there was no one there. Not wanting to ring the bell just to get the cache, I went off for others before coming back 30 minutes later. Spoke to the friendly gentleman, had a chat and signed the log. Dropped in two other TBs, but did not record them in the book. All good here, great idea. TFTC mjmnz.
Day 2 of a 10 day lower North Island road trip, and today it was Whanganui to New Plymouth. We started the day with checking out the Whanganui Saturday Market, with some success, before visiting a few sights around town. Went up the towers, had a great walk around Victoria Park with the adventure lab caches before hitting the road. Found a reason to stop at most of the towns on our way through. Great day, thanks all COs.

This was cool, we didn’t have anything on us so we didn’t take just signed the log
A quick easy find, and a pleasant chat with the lady from the motel. We have found caches inside various buildings at times, but this is the first in this type of building. A favourite from us. TFTC
Merry Christmas! Out on a Christmas adventure from Auckland!
Our Kids were brave and went in to wish them a Merry Christmas, and look in to cache.
Taken a TB.

Flowerydaze and I are up in Whanganui for a few days of caching and this one was on the list. A great day for caching TFTC
Whilst Talla64 was a bit hesitant about going for this one I did not hesitate. I asked the very nice lady at the reception if I could have the container and she was very happy to pass it to me. I didn't have any TB's to place and took none. Thanks for the cache.
Have previously stayed here unaware of the geocache hiding nearby. I thought I could drop off a travel bug I have had since precovid days but had left it at home. So will have to travel more with me! Good to have a cooperative cache guardian!
Stayed the night at the motel then picked this one up in the morning. TFTC.
Exploring the Whanganui region today. Called in at the hotel and had a bit of a chat to the owner. Dropped off a TB and discovered the two that were staying. They seemed to be enjoying there stay so left them for a bit longer. Thanks for the cache.
Thanks mjmnz for placing this cache
It was nice of Graeme to accommodate the 2 TBs I wanted to book-in...
They are from different countries but both have the same aim... just to go from cache to cache forever
Took nothing as there were no other residents.

Collected some of the travel bugs.
Jude_E, NosyNel and I are continuing on our figure of 8 tour of the North Island collecting the ‘Tour’ caches, plus others, plus seeing the scenery, plus having a good old time. TFTC.

Loved the cat. I am on a North Island Figure of Eight tour. For the first 4 days I spend time in the Bay of Plenty with my husband JDScout in Rotorua. Now I am on the last day of the eight loop near the end of our loop, driving from Whanganui to Wellington and Jude_E and I are then flying back home to Christchurch. This part is being done with my good friends Ethness and Jude_E.
Thanks mjmnz for creating this hide. It was find 9134 for me.

Ethness, Nosynel and I are on a caching adventure. Last day and we are heading south. Enjoyed our conversation with the motel owner. Didn't drop any TBs as the ones I have need to go south. Thanks for the cache.

That’s a first for me caching! Had a lovely chat with the guardian of the cache!
This had been on our want-to-do list for a while. Finally called in this afternoon and had a quick chat with Graeme. Picked up a TB which we will help along it’s way. TFTC mjmnz!
Up in Wanganui (from Wellington) for the weekend and grabbing a few caches along the way. This was one of them. Called in here today and had a quick chat with Graeme. All good here, as expected. No TBs left or taken (not my thing). TFTC.
We love bug motels but don't see them very often. We picked up a bug and will move it on very soon. TFTC
Found and signed this beastie at the Event on Saturday. Good to finally! have that smiley face on the map. TFTC
Logging with the kind permission of the CO. I had spotted this at the Community Celebration event on Saturday, without realising what it was! Many thanks for the permission to log, we had a lovely chat to the Motel owner, and may well be back to stay.
Gsel and I called here on Sunday morning, but discovered that we should have signed this at Yesterday's event! Oh well, next time...
Nice friendly lady (not Graham!) at GZ, dropped off TB, signed and on our way again TFTC

Found it during our visit at whanganui
We took out a Dutch TB
Thinking about bringing it back....

Well, that was one of the easiest caches I've found! No searching needed! Dropped off all my TBs and grabbed a bunch to take back to Waikato and the Bay of Plenty. TFTC.
In Whanganui for a couple of days. Found Graeme who advised us this cache was unavailable today as CO had taken it for maintenance.
In the area for the boxing day motorbike racing, so stop by to drop of three travel bugs. Thanks for a real safe TB Motel.
Fond it. Thanks for this. Drop 1 TB and take 3. There was many there who wants to travel around.
So funny, did not knew before we have booked a "travel bug hotel motel". TB Penguin traveller out - TB Cape Codder in. TFTC
It was good to meet Graeme and collect a smiley. Considering he doesn’t geocache I’m impressed with his commitment to the cause. A big Thank You.
Cache # 4,819 - Saw a TB Hotel show up on a search of the nearby area while having a coffee with Firewoof (a local cacher). Had to go, as I have a number of TBs to move on. Reading the description and hint while we approached, I realised that this was like many of the caches I did in Bali, and loved them. While the younger cachers with me swapped items for non-TBs, I took the 3 (only 3) TBs in the box to move on, and left 9 others. I have also left notes on the 4 TBs listed in the cache that are not actually there anymore. Giving this one a favourite point. TFTC!
Did with The Wandering Dragons and Astro Hunter today. First of several caches throughout the day. Very different one for me. Thanks!

Cool cache! Swapped some non-TBs while The Wandering Dragons did a whole bunch of TB swapping. Thank you very much!

Good spot. Like the idea of a hotel for trackables. Picked up and dropped off a trackable.
Spent a pleasant day caching in Whanganui. The forecast rain held off until late in the day which was good. Wandered in and the container was presented to me before I could ask. Must have had that look about me. Had a chat before heading on my way. Logging my finds a little out of order as I make my way through the clues as I complete the "Mystery at the Museum" Cheers and TFTC
Quick find while visiting my sister in Wanganui. Very pleasant host, picked up and dropped off a TB.
I have placed a travel bug here and wish it a nice journey on. Sorry, I could not drop him in Porirua. Hope he will achieve his goal.
I'm from Switzerland and spend 4 months in New Zealand on vacation. Found this cache after a few minutes search, thanks.
What a surprise when I read the hint..very unusal..such a great cache ...I even surprised my geo colleg with it ..because he wanted to wait outside .....but when i asked the guy if he was the travel bug hotel he had to think first before he said yes!!! First i thought we were on the wrong place Thanks from Swiss guy!
( on our way back from South Island we even droped a TB ..I said to Nöggi2 this would be the best place to leave it !!!)

Great place for the travel bugs. The motel owner was super friendly even so I arrived at a bad time as he was very busy.
This wild Westie crew have daylight, so are collecting as many caches as we can before it gets dark
We drove over the bridge and make the detour to GZ. Well this is a first, but all is quiet, and the owner knows exactly what to do
The log retrieved, signed, and we thank you mjmnz for the hide.

Day 2 of 3. Our adventure continues for myself and rustynz and Rebel98. We flew down to New Plymouth yesterday. Stayed the night at Ariki Backpackers last night in New Plymouth and now we’re caching here in Wanganui.
We loved the idea of this cache! The 3 of us walked in to the hotel and a very polite and talkative and friendly gentleman came out to reception to greet us. It was Graeme, how do we know? We asked off course! We mentioned about the cache and he happily pulled it out for us. As we talked, he thought he might mention the cache on his FB page, I suggested that if he does, then mention the GC code which I wrote down for him. Then Rebel spotted 2 cats, he liked one very much, so much so he's giving this cache a FP point. Looks like I will too, but not for the cats! But for the cool idea of having the cache in a hotel.
Thanks for bringing us here mjmnz.

Very novel way to hide and find TB. Lovely motel owner. Very welcoming. Thanks for the hide. Fav for the cats
What a wonderfull time. I`'m visiting NZ for 10 weeks and find a lot of beautiful places. Nice views and some pretty caches. With my wife kaari74 we log some of these caches. One of them is this one. Thanks all owners for your job.

Signed the log at 2035Hr on 22 Jan 2019 and dropped off two T/Bs - one of them wants to be in Whangarei by April 2019!
