This hide has been rather uncooperative over time. Quality over quantity. This cache is not quality.
Hmmmm sounds like this cache has evolved into something that I didn't put there. Will collect and archive, I think
We were driving down Wellington road looking for somewhere to take the dog for a walk, Lysterfield says no dogs so I scanned the map and saw this cache in this park and thought perfect, time for some redemption after my DNF here a while ago. The sun was shining as we walked and watched an old man do the Cliffy shuffle around the park, could be me one day !
Looked around the familiar GZ and soon spotted a telltale sign, the cache was then found, and by the looks of it, it has lost all its camo, only a bison with bits of wood glued . I imagine this was much trickier in its original form .
Thanks for the cache Ms Rusty Merkin , I hope you haven't really exploded ! Only 1 more day , then ship those kids back to school

Mason visit found it was in in it's original location we've put it back in original location
Searched the usual spots without success, considered walking away, and then suddenly I had my hand on the prize. Surprise! TFTC
Out for morning tea with some friends. Afterwards I was itching to find some caches in this area. After finding Cyril I noticed this one close by. Arriving at GZ my GPS sent me in one direction and then in the opposite. Eventually after checking both places the cache was spotted. Great hiding spot and good camouflage. TFTC

Out and about with Happy Pants on this long weekend for some caching fun. After searching all the obvious locations we expanded the search and soon had this tricky little cache in hand. Happy to move on from Gz, I bet two guys in the bushes must not look good to the locals.
Cheers for the cache! !!!!

After scratching and poking about in the woods, Omegaman soon found this well hidden cache. Thanks The Rusty's for the sneaky little hide.
I saw it and ignored it, but after looking a while longer decided I should look at it a little better...

This afternoon we found a trio of Rusty's caches. This was the third.
We detoured via the servo for an ice cream and came back here for a relatively quick P'n'G. At GZ we wandered around for a little while before resorting to the hint. Just as we did the exposed cache was found. *ahhhhh* I exclaimed as the cache name suddenly made sense. We signed and replaced and it was time to head home. Thanks Rusty's for the nice little hide.

While in the area we picked this cache up on the way through.

After a pleasant ride in nearby Lysterfield Lake Park, 88andy88 and I decided to grab a few nearby smileys. He'd already done this one, so it was up to me to make this find. The cache was exposed just lying on the ground, so 88 showed me where it was supposed to be, and we returned it to its rightful home.
Great hide! [^]

We found this cache today at 12:00pm as number 3 of 5 on out nothing but Rusty's Sunday Lunchtime Cache Hunt. This one was our closest unfound cache to home and had been for a while. We were going to go and pick it up a while back just as it went missing so it has been on the back burner for a while. Easily located in the first place checked today. This is our 3rd cache find in this little patch of woodland over the years. We found "A Bird's Eye View", a small multi that finished just a handful of metres north of here back in 2004. We then found "Peregrine Surprise" just a few metres south in 2010. Thanks from D, HA, H & A B-A.
Found without too much trouble today as the coords are good and there are not too many hiding spots.
After gps played up narrowed down search. After finding a geopen left on the ground homed in on the disguised cache
Ruschie and I went out this morning with Crusty K9, and we found this cache. Thanks for hiding it.

22/09/2015 Found @ 5:48 pm, Find # 4682.
While out and about on the hunt for caches, this one was found.
I seem to be on a roll for finding The Rusty's caches at the moment, this was the last for the night before heading home.
At GZ I noticed something and had a closer look but didn't find the cache so I started searching elsewhere, but nothing was found.
I ended up coming back to where I started and this time I had a better look and this time I found the cache.
This one is nicely done.
Thanks to The Rusty's for placing this cache.

Started looking for this one in the wrong spot as Janeo thought there is something there that looks a bit like a Buffalo. Giving up on that spot we soon narrowed in on this sneaky hide.

That's a nifty little hide! With the first feel of spring in the air, I stopped in at this nice large park. It has a lovely feel set in the foot of the nearby hills. Thanks to The Rusty's for placing this cache.
Found this on a morning of caching in the rain, do like the camo for this cache. Signed log and secured the lid so all is good. Another interesting cache from the CO.
Slipped out on a rather overcast Sunday afternoon to grab a few caches. I've heard ALOT of wonderful things about The Rusty's caches and was genuinely excited to go on the hunt for two today. This was my first stop and after parking nearby, walked along the trail to GZ. My GPS had me standing in amongst bushes and I scanned the area looking for potential hides. Nothing particularly obvious popped out so after reading the hint, got on my knees and started to search. Quickly spotted this clever hide. Creative use of natural surrounds to camouflage the cache. SL & replaced. For some reason the lid didn't screw on cleanly as one would expect from this type of container but nevertheless closed. Great work The Rusty's and thank you for creating and sharing this great cache.
Yep this one had me stuffed for a little while and then when i actually went to the co-ords i found it...Nice hide and yes very good hide!!!!

Visited this today in the hope of fixing it up. Found cache but could not find its hide. So I will need to remake it. Have taken cache away for now.
Tried to find this a few days ago. Found the axe and suspicios pilre of sticks but no cache
Not sure quite where this was meant to be as we found it just laying on the ground. Re-hid it nearby. Sorry we didn't have time to sign the log. It started hailing so we made a made dash back to the car!
Disabling until I can fix this from walking out of its hide on a regular basis. Also might move it further from the crazy hidden axe!
Damn. Came back today, searched for 10 minutes. Finally figured out the title hint. Thought i would recheck activity. Lucky i did.
Thought I would sneak out of work at lunchtime and look for this one, I had been here a few weeks ago without the GPS so I had to use the work Blackberry phone but it was all over the place and I gave up, so today I had the correct equipment to have a better look, as I walked to GZ there were a couple of people walking dogs but other than that nice and quite, I started my search and after a couple of minutes I found the hiding spot but there was no cache to be found, so I scanned the area and BINGO there it was in a small tree, after retrieving and signing the log I placed it back in the original hiding place, I love these types of hides very sneaky, I even have one simular myself, happy to give this its first fav point.

Rebel Acts and I had a night of caching after quite a few weeks off. A number of good caches were found including this one. This was found on the ground int eh open. Thanks
Are there any friendly cachers who are willing to help with an Australian/ New Zealand Multi?
Spent quite a while toing and froing to find this one. At some point I picked up something that looked a little suspect but coming up empty handed put it back. KenneallyKrew went back and there the cache was on the ground totally exposed. It must have come out of its hiding spot when I gave it the initial onceover. A tough post workout find. TFTC
I think the degree of difficulty increases by 2 in the dark! Lol

I headed out early this morning for the Geo Vehicle show and shine so had time to stop at a couple of caches on the way.
It was deserted around here early on Sunday but the sun was shining and no wind made it very pleasant.
I parked on the main road and walked across the park and after a short search I came up with goods.
Thanks The Rusty's for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

First day of school holidays and the kids are already hyper-active so time to go an find a geocache or 3. With the promise of a play at a park I soon had 3 geokids loaded in car and we made our way to this reserve. Kids played on the playground closest to gz first and then we made the short walk. I was a little worried about Buffalo's or people with axes but we soon found the sneaky hide (and understood the title of this cache ) Then let kids play on the other playground before we continued on our tour of playgrounds in Rowville.

We know The Rusty's are getting creative but surely she won't have hidden the cache in a rusty old pick axe?! Crazy, I know, but there was the suspicious pile of straight sticks and it was within 10m of GZ? I can't believe we picked it up and were seriously searching all over it! Anyway, sense prevailed and we put down the axe and kept searching. . . The sneaky hide eventually revealed itself. Thanks for the drama and hysterical giggle filled hunt!
Two new caches by The Rusty's ... well, they had to be done as they are always so inventive, and I was with Hera, and we had no choice really. We set off and found this nice little park that is perfect for caches. It is also perfect for maniacal axe stashers as we soon found out. Around GZ my GPS was being a bit stubborn and wouldn't direct me to a proper spot, so Hera and I set out searching. Hera found a suspicious pile of sticks and quite reasonably thought she'd found GZ. Alas no, it was just the stash spot for Rowville's resident axe collector. The collection consisted of just one axe, but a mighty big one, and we immediately covered it with our fingerprints and took a fiendish photo of Hera wielding it. Just in case it turns up in an exhibit sometime, you're all our alibis. Anyway, back to the cache: it took a good while, even though we had some idea of what to look for, and eventually Hera found the pesky buffalo. Great hide, great adventure. If you see either of me or Hera on Australia's Most Wanted, please start fundraising for the bail.
Yeah baby. Clan hits another FTF. Sitting at home watchin TV but couldn't pass up the chance only 9 Kms from home. Junior clan member struck gold in this nice little urban playground. TFTC
