A nice quick find thanks. Lid broken and contents on the ground. I put it all back together and signed the log. New lid still needed.
Ms_KR and I are on our annual pilgrimage to Auckland for our family Christmas. Today we cruised around some of the Waikato on the way home. Please excuse the generic logs, there have been a few finds and they get muddled up sometimes.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

I must admit I had to look up the word. Lid of container is broken. I broke its smile when he saw me. I stuffed the container with grass and put it upside down to stop it getting wet when rain eventually comes.
Soon spotted the hint item and cache...all in order... heading home to Auckland after a brief jaunt to Hamilton!
I spent quite some time today considering the hint - finally remembered that I knew what the word meant and found a suitable spot to park, guarded by a series of road cones. Quick find, well off the road. TFTC
Quick grab, thought the roadworks might have affected the cache but it was safe.
Forgot to log this one a while back. Drove past again and saw that I have actually been here. Nice size container. Love the new vocab.
Down from Northland on a big caching mission with Lis's Crew and DaffyNZ with the aim of picking up 200+ caches in one day.
After checking in at our accommodation, we headed out to grab a few on the Friday evening. This one was nearby and was soon found, despite the constant traffic passing by. Picked up the TB jeep to take on further travels. TFTC

I'm down from Okaihau in the Far North with 0B80B8 and DaffyNZ on a three day caching mission. We aimed to get the Kiwi puzzles, the NZ series and The Eyes Have It series in one day. Not a feat for the faint hearted geocacher.
With careful planning we managed to get 214 caches on Saturday. We worked really well as Team GOLD and had a great trip so it was all smiles for us
We had arrived in Hamilton on Friday evening in time to grab a few caches before the big day. This was one of the nearest ones to the accommodation. It was a quick find, thanks

The Freezer Mice strike again!!!
Out with the junior members of the family today, so some quick and easy caches were in order.
This one was found without any issue at all.
Left Jeep TB.

On a road trip with GAR and one geodog to WENZ Mega. Left early to beat Auckland traffic and after a pit stop had a look at what cache was by the road that we'd like to start the caching off with. I liked to title of this one and glad to say it was a quick find once we walked back to it - GPS took a while to catch up so completely overshot it! Thanks for the cache steel and peel!
We are spending a couple of days in Gordonton, and wanted to pick up a couple of caches on our way to the supermarket at Rototuna. This cache fitted the bill nicely. We could see the likely suspect once we had parked and inspected the general area, so made our way over to it. And were rewarded with the find. TFTC
Have driven past this so many times but never got around to stopping until today. Avoided making a geotrail and initially focussed on the wrong side until I turned around and quickly spotted the cache. Walking back, I startled a duck in the grass and, looking down, saw she was on her nest. She flew off down the road, narrowly avoiding the traffic and I quickly left the area to allow her to return. Hope she did. TFTC.
Parked up the road and walked back down well off the road. Cache all good and in excellent condition The traffic certainly goes fast past here even with slow down signs further down the road. TFTC
With work finishing up nice an early today, I decided to take the opportunity to spend the afternoon collecting smilies to add to the magical creatures tally and what not. Good weather for it so far. I found a safe place to park on the side of the road and got to looking. Quickly spied a potential geo-trail and followed it to GZ where the cache was immediately spotted. Nice to execute a super quick find from time to time. Cheers for the smilie!
After clearing most of Huntley we headed off to the Tron. Was a quick stop and good co-ord's. TFTC
Out caching with Team BOPnJAM. The aim of the day was to clear as much of Huntly as possible.
On the way home we headed for a few more (or "just one more") in Hamilton.
This was another quick park and grab to boost the days total. Well over 120 caches found today and still counting!

Another big trip planned this time in an effort to obtain all the Hidden Creature Souvenirs. Team BOP (Davidson clan, McJandals, Frogybecaching, TNXPro & myself) joined with a couple of Westies (Jag50&Merlot58) to fill up the van and clear Huntly off the caching map Now we're on our way home - head lamps at the ready - cherry picking our way through Hamilton. We signed the logs as BOPnJAM for expedience and to save on log space.
Cache found quickly and in good condition thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placement. Cheers steedandpeel. TFTC.

With Hidden Creature souvenirs up for grabs. A plan was hatched with our Westie buddies. We were all ready for a stormy rainy day but the weather gods were good to us today with no rain until getting home at 10pm. A fun day was had by all and many thanks To all the COs for giving us a reason to come here. We had a nice mixture of cache containers, types, DTs and hides. We signed as BOPnJAM to save room on the logs. Please excuse my cut and paste logs in advance due to numbers. Cheers
Up from the Naki to do the icons thought I would drop a TB as we got all smiles TFTC
Heading back to the 'Naki after working on 'The Eyes Have It'. All smiles of course!
Located this one during a visit over the hill to grab a few more smilies in the Waikato. No problem with the find TFTC.
Weather in our favor today and enjoyed some much needed caching ended up with a tally just over 40 replaced logs where needed and enjoyed some good laughs over the course of the day, thanks for taking the time to place the cache.
Out and about in the Waikato with a few friends (Team SEAC) on a caching raid. After finishing "The eyes have it" series (the purpose for crossing the border! ), we decided to find a few other Waikato hides. This was one of them.
Mr Stik-a-Crane was the first to get his hands on this one! Log signed as "SEAC 11" to save space (as there were 11 of us present today!)
TFTC, and sorry for the delay in logging!

A group consisting of LiverKiwi, Dragon Griffin, NZTravellers, HeMaLuDy, Purply, Darthcacher1, EIR-0T, Keylev, and NewlynFam headed down this way to collect as many of the Eyes have it series as possible after having a solving session at the end of last year....
This was a lonely cache that we just couldn't leave unfound.
We signed in as 'SEAC 11' or 'SEAC 18' depending on whom signed the log, to save logbook space.
Cache was in good condition.

Had just completed the Eyes have It Geoart series and the group of 3 cars was heading back into Hamilton to do some further caching and grab some dinner and then continuing caching back to Auckland.
We signed the logs SEAC11 to save log paper.
Thanks to all the COs who have placed caches and keep these maintained.

A group of Team SEAC cachers were in the area collecting the Eyes Have It series and decided to head to Hamilton to continue our caching expedition after lunch. A nice quick find here. All smiles. Signed as SEAC 11 to save space in the log.
Mr. Kiwi had just been out with some of the members of Team SEAC completing The Eyes Have It series in the Waikato. Since it was a beautiful day and still plenty of day left, it was decided to head on into Hamilton and plunder some of the caches there. There was an ongoing debate as to how many we should do, 125 or 150. We decided just to get as many as possible.
On our way into Hamilton from Gordonton, we just had to stop here and find this cache on the way.

Logging this as found, I was going through my phone and discovered several caches I'd found, but not 100% sure on the date.
I'm going to revisit these next weekend and update this log with the correct date. TFTC!

After finding the recently added Eyes caches, I still had some time, so I grabbed this one, too. No need to look up bifurcated. TFTC.
In Hamilton for a Daffodil show yesterday. Early start for a big day caching, a quick stop as I headed out into the country side. Thanks steedandpeel for the cache.
Nice easy find as I knew the word in the hint. Didn't see original log container so put a new one in. Apparantly the original was there and i missed it. TFTC
What a treasure trove of goodies here. Was a nice quick find. Geo Kid was swallowed a few times by the long grass but was all smiles Tftc
ROAD TRIP!! Tripping to Hamilton and back with RX. Grabbing a few caches on our way. Cache is an interesting treasure trove that geokid got quite excited over! Thanks for the Cache!
On an all night caching bender with harisree and Gorby to clear out the Eyes puzzles currently released, along with the Kiwi art series and any other caches that we drift along past. Who knows where we will get to or when we will get home. but that's the fun of it, right... TFTC!!!
FITW FMZ and Gorby
We started our caching adventure with the midnight pirate event in Auckland. Headed straight to Waikato. Cleared all published "The Eyes Have It!!" series, The Kiwi Art Trail, also picked up few trads here and there. We also managed to squeeze in two more pirate events. One in Hamilton at 6.30 AM and another one in Tauranga at 3.30 PM. We managed to reach back Auckland by 10 PM. I must say that it was a long day for us but fun too. Thank you for the placements. Sorry for the repetitive log.

Quick detour to find this cache on a trip over to Hamilton. No cache trail seen, but the clue was quickly spotted and cache found. TFTC )
Having a big day of caching today, left Auckland about 3:30am... about 50 or so caches I have got now, just for the heck of it, trying to make April my best month of caching (which happened).
After visiting Lego Land cache, I turned myself around and managed to park just slightly off road to go and find this cache. It's quite late in the evening now... I have had dinner... and I'm getting tired. But a few more caches to get as I head home. Cache no problem here, all good to go. Cheers S+P. Thanks for that.

Out on a trip with 11hpg11 to grab all the caches in Hamilton we could that we've been procrastinating. Safety in numbers!
A bit of a wade through the long grass is right! Luckily I had taken my hayfever pills or this could have been a sneezing disaster! We had to google the hint item at the time but was exactly what we thought... actually since logging this I've forgotten what it meant. A quick google again to log the webpage

Out today with Kyb3r to clean up some local caches that we have been procrastinating over for far too long. A nice easy mission today, no early starts, no crazy goals... just some nice quick drivebys plus a few small walks.
A bit of a swim up through the long grass for me, whilst Kyb3r waded through effortlessly. I had a fair idea on what the hint meant but did a quick google just incase and turns out my suspicions were correct. A nice themed hide and all contents and log in good order. Thanks for the hide.

News Years Day, perfect for a series of driveby and walkbys in the Waikato. With no-one around parking was pretty easy. Thanks.
Quick park and find during short North Island trip. All smiles after dnf on the previous cache.TFTC.
My teen wanted to be this side of town for a few hours & I wanted a stroll, so I indulged him & meandered around a few caches while waiting to pick him up. Went to collect him as arranged & then, to his dismay (he thought he'd avoided caching today bwahahaha) I insisted we stop here to look for this cache as we head home: fair parental tax for the taxi service, I reckon
Great little location & a good hint took me to the very smiley cache, cache all good, TFTC

Headiing home after the NZ Geocaching Adventure MEGA in Turangi (yeah, I know, has taken awhile to catch up on the logging, but sometimes I have to actually do some work, while at work).
Needed all the smiles after the long drive. TFTC

Heading north again to the airport so decided to take a different road and try for some caches. This was my first stop and I had fun (not really) fighting the blackberry to get from the car along the fence line to GZ. Easy find once there. TNLN, TFTC steedandpeel
a quick find after dodging the traffic, lucky there has been no rain since the last find as the lid was not put back on, tftc
Nice quick find while leaving hamilton today on the way to thames. I liked the container that the log was in, I have thought before about using those for caches! Thanks for the cache
All smiles for so far today! Great themed cache. Thanks for another yellow smile on my map.
Last time I went to find this one I couldn't find it, this time I had someone with me so wasn't able to give up so quickly. After a frustrating minute or two (and some wet shoes from the grass), I was happy this was in hand & I never have to come back to here again! feel so conspicuous!
Spotted the bifurcated one straight away. Left another smiley with all the others. TFTC
Parked the little bay just down the road and found the bifurcated no probs here.

Bi golly it was Bi the Bifurcated and managed a quick find as I was passing bi using my bi focal 's thanks for the cache well done
We checked on this one today, the log is indeed there, just 'hidden' in a kinder surprise container labelled 'log here'. It gave us a chance to tidy it up and add a few more smiles.
First road trip for a while and making my way North. Enjoying a variety of caches all adding to the fun of this trip. A quick find here. TFTC
Parked a bit closer as fence line from off road unforgiving. Easy park n grab.
