nearly forgot to log this one, another enjoyable CITO with some great people. thanks sully1
After turning up to the last CITO a bit late I managed to get to this one on time. Between catching up with people I managed to find half a bag full of stuff in what was a clean area, but then McLookers decided to go down into th edepths and find a treasure hoard which helped to fill the bin!
Had a great time at this event meeting new people and catching up with other caching friends. Thanks Lisa for a great event.
Attended with Tagalong Wife to find the biggest CITO skip we had ever seen. We grabbed and gloves and a rubbish bag and headed off into the scrub. We were all remarking on how clean this area was and headed back with a half filled bag and piece of chicken wire to chuck in the skip. After that we were just chatting when Phetlern started yelling out that some one was trapped in a big hole over the back and we had to go and rescue her. Arrived at the scene to find a human chain had been formed to drag treasure from the centre of the earth. We never did find the missing person but we almost filled that big skip.
Thanks for a great day Sully1.
Thanks for a great day Sully1.
Wow what a turnout! Fantastic effort by all. Especially the human chain to drag the rubbish out of the centre of the earth. Thank you Sully1 for organising such a terrific event. Well done.
I attended this CITO in a great location, when I first saw the size of the skip I thought we would be lucky to get anywhere near half full but with a huge group of cachers and a massive amoun of rubbish we got a lot more than I thought
Thanks for hosting

Mary & David were there. After the Event at Wodonga yesterday, we drove back here and stayed overnight so we could get a later start. Even managed 15 caches before we arrived. What a huge area, and a gigantic skip to go with it. Think we could have used one of these at the last Ballarat CITO. Could have filled a bag earlier as we cached along the old Learmonth Road. Wonderful to see Phetlern back, and to see Honeysucker too. More new teams and perfect weather made for yet another great Ballarat Event, and this time Mary made it to the photo. The skip looked a bit bare for a while, as there didn't seem to be much of the usual rubbish about, but by the time it was over, and all the old tyres, shopping trolleys and other scrap metal went in, it was an excellent result. Our thanks to sully1.
Thanks for organizing this event it was fantastic to see everyone and walk through such a lovely area making it even more lovely as we removed rubbish, geokid had a amazing time climbing hills and helping find as much rubbish as he could.
Beautiful ballarat weather for this adventure. Great to see so many cachers here. Attended with emthegem and Doormatt during weekend in ballarat.
Great turn out sully1 so congrats. So you dont miss out a little something attached TFTC.
Found a hole in the ground, guessing old mine shaft that had been uncovered, so put the planks back as best as I could chuck them without falling in and pulled a branch over it. Not that I expect many dog walkers will be off the paths after dark.
A fantastic event on a beautiful day that resulted in a great cleanup. Thanks for organising sully1, it is so good to be able to give something back to the environment and to the game we get so much pleasure from.
Perfect weather for this event. Nice to catch up with everybody. The chain gang worked hard to get all that rubbish from the hole. Some of it was quite heavy and we really made an impression on the rubbish there. Thanks for every bodies help in the 'gang'.
Thanks for organizing a great morning sully1 and perfect weather.

Attended this CITO with all four members of Fergzter. Ballarat finally turned on some great weather for todays event. It was a most enjoyable event and got to see some parts of the local area that I hadnt visited before. Thanks for hosting the event Sully1. A great effort by all who attended.
This was another successful CITO in Ballarat. It was great to see so many cachers turn out, especially those that came from far and wide to lend a hand.
The weather was ace too!
Thanks for organizing it Sully1.

Attended with emthegem and TeamLauren for a fantastic CITO. A great effort for all with cleaning up the area and I even managed to fit in climbing the nearby tree cache. Thanks for organizing the event sully1.
We were all excited to help out with this one and explore the area that was unknown to most of our family, and the geokids have already put in the request to go back. It was a great day and we are slowly putting more faces to names. Thank you sully1 for organising this.
So glad I was able to attend to help out the local area. There was a huge amount of rubbish further down the hill and with a bit of effort, was able to help fill the skip. Thanks for putting on the event.
it's amazing the stuff you find, and lose on a CITO! One pink gardening glove went AWOL, so I guess someone will find it at the next CITO!
Wowee! What an amazing turnout. Bourke Street Mall here today! The kids and I headed in one direction but found little rubbish (although a cache was found)! Back to the skip and off in another direction. A little more rubbish but not much. Mrs McAdie however found a sneaky spot with lots of rubbish. We headed of minus kids and struggled to bring it all back. A fab morning. Fab people. Thanks heaps for organising. Much appreciated
This was our 1st event of any kind so not quite sure to expect! Thanks Lisa for organising the day.
First CITO and not the last. Great to meet others with similar geo-addictions and to clean up our fair city

We hadn't originally thought to visit Ballarat today but after the Geo family gave me the ok, it was all systems go We left early to make the CITO event. This was our reason today to visit the area. As we arrived there was an all mighty skip to fill. We got the Geo kiddies out the car and made our way along the track. The first area we worked on wasn't too bad until the track went lower. Trolleys, metal, bottles galore, tyres. The list was endless. I hope we were able to help just that little bit to give back.

This was the first one i`ve been to. I thought it was pretty cool watching everyone pass the rubbish up the big hill. Finding the loaf of bread was pretty gross.
What an awesome turnout and the weather was perfect Thankyou to every single cacher, muggle tag-along, and all of the children as well for your fantastic efforts today. Mention must also go to the many that travelled for the events here in town today, and it was great to meet some newbies who were attending their first event. Thanks to McLookers for the initial scoping works and a big Thanks to my mate Thomo at City Council for getting us that gigantic Skip Bin. Thankyou one and all, give yourselves a pat on the back. Cheers, Lisa
What fantastic turnout today. With the sun shining and a huge skip bin to fill, we all set to work. It was great to see a varied range of ages all working together to clean up the area. Thanks for organising a very rewarding cleanup. Good on ya sully1
Lovely day to be out and about in Ballarat. Could not believe the rubbish that was in the skip at the end. Thanks for organising.

Attended at 11:15am on Sunday, 23 August 2015
I was a little late to arrive, as I had set my car sat/nav to the wrong Napier Street (yes, there are two of them in Ballarat).
I went for a walk and initially retrieved a broken TV, a tyre, and an old shopping cart with the help of Mrs Riddeler. Then we were directed to get Tania out of a hole full of rubbish. When we all arrived there, she'd escaped, so we formed a human chain and removed enough stuff to fabricate a VIP car fleet. Then it was photo time, and we chatted, swapped pathtags, and dispersed.
A great morning, and a lot of rubbish left in the biggest skip I've ever seem.
Thanks for organising the CITO sully1.

attended today without knowing I was about half a hour late until I was home.
A grate day all around for cleaning up and caching

The main focus of the day was to attend Black Hill CITO and Afternoon Tea @ Zegames and grab a few caches in between. The CITO was well supported by the caching community which was great to see and the perfect weather for it.

We enjoy coming to Ballarat for events and lending a hand to a CITO event.
We arrived to find a huge skip and the clean up crews on the move around the area. It was evident at the end of the clean up how big the turnout was and by the amount of rubbish in the skip everyone had done a great job.
Our thanks to Lisa for organising the event.

I had a great time during this CITO.
It took us a while to find any rubbish, then we found lots.
I couldn't believe how big the skip was!
Thanks for hosting it.

Attended with Mum, Dad and Eddie today.
I liked being out in the late winter sunshine today.
Thank you for hosting the CITO so we could help clean the area up.

Great turnout, it looked free of rubbish at first, but once everybody went in different directions it amazing what can be found, thanks for organising sully1 great CITO.
I love this area. I often walk the pooch through here. So, I was most pleased to see this area earmarked for a CITO. Very happy to be able to lend a hand here. Thanks for organising sully1.
After a bit of shift manipulation it looks like we should be able to attend this one.
One half of the Tritonz will be there to lend a helping hand while the other one slaves away at work.
