This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
We spent a bit of time looking for this one before I eventually checked the activity log. Saw the pic someone posted then realised we had actually found the hiding spot but the geocache itself was gone. Definitely needs maintenance if my pic does show the location.
Our first cache for the day and a nice one it is too! Thanks for placing it here.
We were heading to pick up a final cache that we had left behind on a walk once before. Before arriving we stopped at a BP for a snack. Mrs 4ando ran in to grab it and man the decisions, what should have been a 5 second decision turned into a conundrum. Why are there so many different types of chocolate bars, it just gets confusing, plus the decision of in the fridge or not in the fridge! Bugger it, it went in the all too hard basket, coffee will do for me and Pepsi for Mr 4ando.
Caffeined up and we were ready to go for our walk to make our final find in a certain bushland, well that was before we saw one we were going to drive straight past. We pulled over and thought it probably would not be possible with this many muggles about, but thankfully the GPS was leading us elsewhere. With one of us looking up and one of us looking down it wasn’t too long before we found the cache.

Out and about heading to Kawana Waters this morning to buy a new sleeping bag for an upcoming event. Thought I might try for a couple of caches on the way home. Cache needs urgent Maintenance
Thanks for the cache and the adventure Mr Showcase

Nice easy find yet a great little cache. Unfortunately the cache was waterlogged and the log resembled a mothball so i was unable to sign the log.
New log and the cache will be great.
Thanks Mr Showcase, this makes find #407.

While camping in Landsborough for a few days with my geodog Scruffy, we just had to get out and try finding a few caches in this area.
Log very wet.

This cache was found lying upside down with the lid visible. As a previous cacher mentioned that the cache slides right out of the hide. Have left it upside down but put something on top of the lid to disguise it from passersby. Placed a piece of paper inside for signing.
Really loved your hide unfortunatly the log was to wet to get much down on, i did have a replacement log but it didn't fit, we might be coming back up here later in the week i will try and bring up a new log then. TFTC
Nice find today. Two problems though - the log is very wet and I could only just show my name, and I did not have a spare. Also, unfortunately the cache falls out of its hidey-hole, which is a pity as it is a well constructed hide. TFTC Mr Showcase.
The last day of the year and with a big night on the cards I rolled over in bed and asked my wife if she wanted to go for a walk this morning. We were hesitant because we probably could have done with a sleep-in to stock up on what we were probably going to miss out on tonight. I said lets go for the morning and then we can come back and have a nap in the afternoon.
We grabbed a coffee and headed towards this cache. Instead of parking near the toilet block we parked at the other end. I thought the cache was just in the bush but somehow I had my map upside down.
We trudged through kicking ourselves for parking at the wrong end and started the hunt. My first move was to pick up the cache and throw it away trying to look under it. Lucky it landed the right way up because my wife came to the rescue with the find. Great little hide. tftc

Out here today for my Son's Soccer game and couldn't pass the opportunity of grabbing the cache that was so close.
Approached GZ and hunted around for a few moments before making the find.

Log is a bit moist. The hide is obvious to a cacher but not muggles - good design. TftC.
#14252. Took me a little while for the GPSr to settle, but once it did I quickly spotted the object that the cache was embedded in. TFTC.
Thanks for the cache! The log is a little wet due to the recent rain and nearly full. A great spot too!
So exited to find first cache. Can't wait to find my next one. I had no idea what to expect or what i would find. It was a fun find.
Neat little hide! Took me a few minutes to eliminate other possibilities. Log a little damp and will be full soon. Thanks for the hunt. Spent a lot of time in this locale a few years back when geoson was racing BMX.
A fabulous tricky hide and a beautiful place to show people. Well done for your first cache Mr Showcase
Wow, for a first cache this is really good. Better than the first one I put out.
Well, finished off the work I had in the area and wanted to grab one more before heading back to Brisbane for work. This one was close to toilet facilities, so was a clear winner. Once the muggles in the area had moved on, went in to get the cache. It is in good condition, plenty of room in the log. Thanks for bringing me to this spot - very much relived! TFTC.

Basically I was driving past and saw this one pop up on the car GPS so I parked the geomobile and wandered over and nabbed it .

Dora the Explorer and I had set a target today to gather the caches around Ewen Maddock Dam and it was decided that the best way to do it was by push bike. Some of the caches had already been found by Dora the Explorer and some had been found by me and some caches had been found by neither of us.
We succeeded in making it around the dam gathering all the caches bar three when light had failed us. The distances are deceiving as they are measured in a straight line. Some over water which we were not too keen to attempt on cycles. The next challenge was to determine which track to take when there are choices of many.
This was the last cache for the day as the soon was beginning to go down and we still needed to complete the lap of the dam.
This was a very clever hide.
All is good with this cache.

Mrs Just a Trifle was out and about again for a day of caching with the lovely ladies RhoBoCacher and Wombles & CO. Today we found ourselves looking around Ewen Maddock Dam for a few caches. We found the cache easily and with our names added to the log book, we continued on our adventure for the day.
Thank you Mr Showcase for having placed the cache and maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

A nice little cache- a great effort by Mr Showcase especially considering your age. No muggles about today so after a quick hunt was found without trouble and managed to extract cache with makeshift tool. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC.
Out for the day with Rhobocacher and Mrs JAT, this was our 2nd cache for the day.
A cleverly hidden cache. Thanks Mr showcase!

Out with Wombles & co and MRsJAT and this was out 2nd cache for the day. This was a cool lil cache especially from a cache owner who is ony 10 years old. Say hi to mum n dad for me and well done on your first cache hope to see and do many more of your caches in the future. TFTC
Decided to get out the trusty treadly again and ride from Beerwah to the BMX track and then onto the Mooloolah Rain Forest Reserve to get a couple of caches that I hadn’t had a chance to do earlier. Got to the BMX track and it is almost wall to wall muggles. Luckily the cache is hidden from the view of most of them. So with a little stealth I quickly grabbed it then not so quickly put it back as it kept sliding out of its protection. Used a little natural product to wedge it in tighter. All good.

Finally some time to get couple of the caches around here. Tftc, very nice one.
A tricky little find for out last one of the day. Lots of muggles about but managed to sneek in and find the cache. Found & signed. TFTF
This is an awesome area I would never had gone to. Cache is easy to find with a really cool hiding spot. Beware of onlooking muggles from the skate park. Ashski92 and I had to be super sneaky. TFTC!
We thought we had this in the bag. We followed the GRSr to where we thought GZ to be and started the hunt. We looked here, then in here, then moved this and nothing... Hmm! We opened the search a little more and what would you know... Something looked out of place.
With our suspicions being correct, we soon had a cache in hand. Thank Geogods for that, we really could not have started the day on a DNF!
Well, it has been a long time since ZooDes got together and headed out on an adventure. We had to get the team back together and we decided that we would get out and hit up Ewen. It is surprising, as this is really the only place on the Coast that we can cache together and actually have caches that neither of us have found.
Thanks for the cache Mr Showcase. All is in good order here.

Booyah Found it!
Met up with MinkosDes today to do some long overdue caching. We weren't going home until we found 100% of our finds and luckily we found all that we had set out for!
Found this cache after a little bit of looking around in the wrong spot. Once at the real GZ, Minkos retrieved it pretty quickly.

Hi Mr Show'cache'
Catching up on missing cache notes.
Kerry from Slow Puncture has been up the Sunshine Coast way for work, has set a goal of trying to get at least one cache every day, depending on where work takes her. Maybe more than one a day if time permits!
The Slow Punctures had driven past this spot a few times previously, but today was the day we stopped in and collected Mr Showcase’s BMX cache. I couldn’t believe it when, after looking at the obvious spot and moving it, nothing was revealed, so upon looking around a little bit more, I returned to my original spot and had a better look. Well! There it is! (it had fallen out and was hidden by leaves and was buried a little bit), but after signing the log book, the cache was returned to its intended spot and replaced. Looks like this area could get very busy at times, but it was very quiet today.
Thanks ***Mr Showcase***, for showing us this place.

Went past bmx track for this one. Started lokking in the tree branches but was soon found in a hidden location nearer to the ground
Our GPSrs had us searching in opposite directions but it was Mrs. Herbz phone that led her to the cache first! TFTC.
Out caching this morning with us3scouts, we stopped by here for a nice quick find.
Log book is well and truly full and needs replacing. We did manage to squeeze our names on the log, but just
Thanks Mr Showcase for the cache
