#611, 2 April 2017In town doing some maintenance on other caches. Fanfan-77 needs a find today so as we hed off to do some food shopping we stop here. A quick find in obvious spot. TFTC
After a morning walk with sveppi where we also maintained caches and placed a cache, she got a find or two that I already had before, but no find for me today. We choose a quick one on the way to the supermarket just to give me a smiley. Easy find in the obvious place. I remember finding another cache in this area a few years ago. Log is pretty full, one might be able to find a spot if they manage to completely roll out the very last bit of the log, but that's about it.

I walked along the river to see the beautiful nature and volcanic activity. I found this little think easily.

I did an 11K run this morning, stopping at several points to look for caches. I was a little worried about this one because sometimes these types of hides give me problems. However, I was able to spot this one pretty quickly and sign the log. TFTC!
A lovely stroll through a path I normally run. It's nice to look around properly tftc!

Checked on cache today as there have been a couole of DNF. Cache is there and naturally camouflaged with its surroundings.
What a nice day to have taken off as AL to travel up here and go caching. Going for a few then evening break at the spa and might see how many more can get in on the scenic route back to the hotel.

2235 Crossed to\he park to this one. Gps had me going straight to a logical GZ. This turned out to be correct. Was thankful for the seat as it took me 3 goes at rolling log and getting it back in. Nice sunny afternoon anyway.
we arrived in the mist of a game, but the muggles were more interested in the game rather than us, signed and moved on to the next cache
A rugby game was on and both sides were very well supported, there were hundreds here! Luckily I put my hand on this wee one as soon as we arrived. The log would have only had one more place after we signed so, after a bit of a discussion, we decided to replace it, as we had some tiny waterproof strips in our repair kit. I hope you don't mind that we took the old one away.
Thanks for the cache. Lovely to get one while we were shopping in Rotorua. Log full signed it Z4EB to save space.
Thankfully the rugby training was happening on the other side of the field. Quickly located the cache and carried on my walk by the river. TFTC

Found on a morning run during my two night work trip to Rotorua. Usually I have a bad track record with caches like this, but this was easy to find once I read the clue and not many people around on a Saturday morning. Thanks a lot for the new log. TFTC 
First find with the new log book, but to wet to write in it. Smallest find so far!!
#7418. A nice short walk in Ngapuna. It was all quiet today. Quick find. The logbook was full, but we managed to find the last remaining empty space to squeeze in our initials. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

On our twentyfirst day in New Zealand we stayed in Rotorua, searching some caches and visiting a spa.
Only few runners from the Rotorua half marathon were still around but they didn't pay attention to us. So we could easily look for the box and were soon able to sign the log.

A very quick find as it was sitting loud and proud on top of everything. Signed in, placed it in a slightly less obvious spot a few centimetres away.
Out today turning green to yellow and boy lots of new green things on my map - but another smiley face now . Enjoyed the walk from the pongy one and got to GZ - looked at the obvious place and spotted another !!!!! Yes another one even out here - think they are taking over the world - Nan nu nan nu
