On a stroll from town I took the road up the hill and came past the old hotel. It is a pity to see it in such a state.

The cache was quickly found with the hint.

After we found out how to get here (obviously not from the nice and steep streets at town center side), we enjoyed the view of Nafplio at night. The cache was found quickly, no turtles to protect it this late. TFTC!

We went to Greece for a holiday. Of course we made some time to look for geocaches
We made a trip from Athens to the Peloponesses back to Athens. We stayed for three days in Athens.
We have enjoyed our trip. Greece is a wonderful country with friendly people and fine food.

Thanks a lot to every cacheowner for providing so many caches for us.

We gingen naar Griekenland voor een vaantie. Natuurlijk zochten we ook naar caches.
We startten in Athene, gingen naar de Peloponessos en weer terug naar Athene, waar we drie dagen bleven.

Griekenland is een prachtig land met een vriendelijke bevolking en heerlijk eten.

During our journey to Greece we tried to find some caches too. Unfortunately we travelled in a Muggle-group with a fixed program, so we couldn't look for all the boxes we were passing by and sometimes we had not the time for an intensive research. But nevertheless, finally we had found a lot of caches.
It's a pity that there are many caches in Greece, which are not very well groomed: Often the boxes have gone since a longer time, but the owner (and so the reviewers!) doesn't react. And sometimes - so in Thessaloniki - the owners have a strange hiding-philosophy: The caches are hidden at overcrowded places, but there are no hints given to facilitate the search. I don't think that this is conducive to our hobby!
Nevertheless - we had a lot of fun in Greece and again we were led to places, which we had certainly not visited without Geocaching.
This cache was one of our greek finds.

During our climbing holiday I used the early hours to log the Napflio city center caches. Hopefully no ticks in the greenery. Thanks for showing this piece of former glory!

Heute früh sind wir mit der Aida aura in Nafplio angekommen. Bei einem Stadtbummel sollten natürlich auch ein paar Dosen gesucht werden.
Diese hier war schnell gefunden.
TftC sagt el Patrone aus Neubrandenburg.

Auf der Durchreise mit der AIDA war die Dose schnell gefunden.

Adam1950 und Adam1947,waren mit Aida unterwegs und auf allen Landausflügen (zu Fuß, mit dem Bus,Taxi und Leihwagen)dabei,um einige Caches zu loggen, dieser war auch dabei .TFTC.
Hier bestand das Logbuch aus einer alten Fahrkarte

Das Team Adam1947 und Adam1950, war unterwegs mit Aida und hat bei den Landgängen (geführte Ausflüge, zu Fuß, mit dem Bus , Leihwagen oder Taxi ) einige Caches aufgesucht,gefunden und geloggt.Dieser war auch dabei.

Als ich erstmal den Zugang zu diesem Berg gefunden hatte, war das finden der Dose auch nicht mehr so schlimm.

Holidays in Greece and logged as "B-Team" with my friends LemonHope (from B-arcelona), Lockter (from B-alaguer) and me (from B-adalona).
Wonderful trip visiting not only Athens, but also Nouplia, Epidauro, Mycenes, Argos, Ancient Corinto, and Santorini (Oia, Fira and Imerovigli).

--2nd day, Discovering the Most eastern Peloponeso villages--
Early in the morning we head to get our rental car. we have less than 48h rental so we decided a short tour to see more places (too bad becasuse we wanted to know Meteora) Anyway the day was terrific visiting a lot of interesting villages and places. We didn't waste any minute. Wonderful.

About the cache:

>> Amazing abandonned place where we entered through a broken fence. This would be a amazing place to hide a night cache. Easy find with the hint.

So my boss was planning this trip with his wife, going to greek, having a nice time together. Eventually, it got a little complicated between them a week before departure, and so i was the one going to greek with him in place of his wife. But we changed the activities a bit: Doing loads of climbing on the promenade of Nafplio! We couldn't changed the double bed in the remote holiday home though However, we also did some Geocaching after climbing, as Team Miraculix. Nice little cache, close to the parking place. TFTC!

Eerst het hotel gaan verkennen maar daar konden we niet tot bij de vlaggenmast. Dan maar weer door de voordeur en daar was hij op 1 m van de mast

After the 1000 steps to the fortress we went to the hotel, although it was closed it was no problem to find the cache.

Das war der dreizehnte Cache auf unserer Griechenland Reise. Sehr schöner Blick auf den Hafen von hier. In die Richtung stört die Ruine auch nicht. DFDC

On our way to the clock, nice walk and climbing through the streets, we first came along this on,a beautiful spot with beautiful views. Hope that museum project will be successful otherwise they can always open it for urban photographie.
But now the cache.
Finding that one wasn't a problem, so logging and to the clock
