Heading back to Brisbane after a week in Hervey Bay and we decided to comevua here to avoid all the roadworks on tbe Bruce Highway. The weather was pretty ordinary but we still enjoyed looking around. A quick find here before heading to the bakery for a bite.
Thanks JenkinFamily
Thanks JenkinFamily
Tftc Jenkins family, having a drive around the area and stopped to look for your cache.
Made the find with no trouble.
Bit jealous of a group just boarding a boat for a fishing charter.
Now for some local Seafood for lunch

An overcast day and nothing to do at home so we thought that we would go for a drive to Rainbow beach with a couple of friends, and stop along the way to grab a few, as it has been a few weeks since our last find.
Thanks JenkinFamily for the caches.

Total Cache Finds 13427,
Took us to a place we wouldn't have normally visited. Very close to houses, wondering what they think.
A nice quick find here. Thanks for bringing us here and for the cache. Dropped a tb that only wants to go to trads.
Nice easy cache to introduce my aunt to geocaching (she was duly impressed). Grandma didn't quite grasp the concept and was floundering around in the shrubbery across the road.
Thanks for this solo one in Tin Can Bay. The paper was a bit damp was able to sign it on one of the pages. Otherwise a quick find.
Third cache of the day heading into Rainbow Beach with a side trip to Tin Can Bay.
Buttons has wanted to come here forever and a day.
A nice area for a relaxing weekend is my first impression……
Until we pass all the 70 year old hoodlums doing doughnuts on the the golf course grounds.
Don’t they have homes to go to get out of the rain?
Parking near GZ I don’t even bother to pull out the GPS, it’s been no help for days with all this rain around.
Speaking of which, the rain chooses yet again to cooperate and sods off to look at something more interesting on the other side of the estuary, leaving us moderately dry to find the cache.
The hint is a complete giveaway (yes I know this is for kids, but any cache found while rain is about is worth double the difficulty in my book) and it takes longer to find a spare spot to sign the log than to find the actual cache.
Buttons complains yet again that she has nothing on her to leave and I mention at least we remembered the pen this time. We seem to be extra unorganised this trip.
TFTC
Note: log needs replacing.

Spending a few days in the area so took a drive to Tin Can Bay. While in town we picked up some fresh fish for dinner (which was delicious!) and stopped in to find this cache. No trouble finding the container in good condition. Log signed and replaced as found. Tftc
A quick find on a quick visit to the very cute Tin Can Bay. My first visit here. It's lovely and quiet, I think I'll come back for a longer visit next time.
Thank you JenkinFamily for the cache.

Pretty quick find. Look high up in the eucalypt tree and you might see an osprey nest! There was even a juvenile osprey peering down at us
I love the Cooloola Coast and had to grab this one while feeding the dolphins. Nice hide, a quick grab and go.

Found while on a weekend away at Tin Can Bay with friends. Thanks for the cache
Geohubby and I decided to spend a few days in Tin Can Bay. Riding along the foreshore, we stopped to grab a smilie.
Bugger, two muggles spoilt our plans. Never mind, we went down to the marina for a coffee and came back.
Cache was soon in hand, signed and returned.
All good with the cache.
Thanks for bringing us here.
