Motocross fence built around the cache site

It was in a tree log behind a rock

I remember riding up here at the motocross track 25 years ago, and there wasn’t a house to be seen.

Last local one we had to find, easy walk if the bottom gates are open

Found in the last place we looked. TFTC

Found after our first walk at the Little Para Reservoir Reserve, opened yesterday. Beautiful Spring day with lots of green to be seen. TNLNSL

Not sure how to switch this back to Active but cache has been returned to correct location and is ready to be found!

Was out for my daily walk - which takes me past where this cache resides. Found many moons ago so don’t take a lot of notice of it.
To my surprise, quite a bit further along my walk I noticed a container out the corner of my eye. I opened it up and there is the Vroom Vroom log book!! This is over 1km from the correct spot.
So anyway - I have taken the container home and will drop it back in it’s correct hiding spot tomorrow!

It looked like you could drive to this one but I was wrong, I parked at the base of the hill and made the ice and easy walk up to this one, a quick find was had and back down I went, cache and contents are all good

With uni finishing early today I decided to head out to tea tree gully to complete the new lab caches before cleaning up the few Davidwazza and I missed last week around golden grove

I was on a walk and remembered that I saw that there was a geocache around here somewhere so I got my phone out and I was exactly in the spot so I looked around and there it was!

Went for a walk here with Purrfect Di.
Saw some bikes leaving.

I’m trying to do all the green caches in the city of TTG, and I guess this is the northernmost. This is a decommissioned dump? Interesting spot anyway and thank you for bringing me here.

A spot a little out of the way. You could vroom as loud as you wanted here without annoying the neighbours.

The gate was open today so this one was a drive by for me. But I almost got locked in on the way out so that was maybe not such a good idea. Nice views from GZ though!

Father's Day and out I go with Magic [8] on our annual pilgrimage to find some Yellow Smiley Faces to celebrate Dad’s day. Followed by coffee and cheesecake before the rain sets in.
Luckily this was one that we found, placed a Pathtag for the next to find.
Thank you to the CO for bringing us to this part of Suburbia.

I was in the area on a delivery when I spotted one lonely green dot. Got to drive all the way to GZ and made the quick find on a sunny afternoon.

Came up this way to find some older cache missed or DNFd on previous trips out here.
With the gate open today with trucks heading in and out, I vroom vroomed up the hill and made a quick find between dumpers...

The nearby motor bike area was seriously busy .... and seriously noisy!!! Nice views from the GZ. Walked into this with my mother. We both remember a time when there wouldn't have been a house visible from this location. Thanks pfalcon for the hide ................. nice one!!

A nice afternoon for a dog walking expedition so off we set with no GPS but a mental picture of GZ courtesy of Google Earth. A quick find as the cache was lying on the ground in the open. All in good condition so I put it back in a more appropriate spot! Thanks pfalcon

Muggle son wanted a lift to a friend's place so Brodie and I used that as our excuse to get out and enjoy the sunshine for a while today
Only found 3 caches but we had a great time relaxing near a lake, chatting to other dog owners and then wandering up a hill as the sun set

A lovely walk up to GZ as the sun sank behind the horizon
Had a look over the bike track, then wandered back down the dirt track to the car again.
Cache was a quick find.
Yes, I did hear a motorbike but it wasn't on the track, it was on a road nearby and revving like only an idiot showing off ever revs their bike

It wont be long before this area is taken over by housing like the rest of the Golden Grove. No muggles or activity in the area which made for an easy find for the snake. TFTC and the views.

We came for a stroll today to find a cache.

Having stuffed up another cache, owl was pleased that a pleasant little walk was rewarded with an easy find. Phew!

Not sure if there's an easier way in, but we found our way down to the end of Barrow Road and a locked gate, so walked up the hill to the cache (probably needed the exercise anyway) .
Nice view from up here and it's interesting to see the line separating the housing estates from the reserve area . TNLNSL.

I never knew this vroom vroom track existed. Nice morning for a walk in the country side so close to suburbia. Thanks pfalcon for the adventure and excersize.

After a nice short little walk, thanks to nice co-ords, this was a quick find in the second place I looked.

We were just starting to relax of the sofa when red saw this cache pop up! Luckily ronso was not yet in her PJs. There were two new targets to aim for... which shall we head for first... we quickly grabbed the touches and headed out the door. ... vroom vroom... of we motored towards GZ. Arriving at the gate, it was quiet and dark, no one around. A nice little walk up the hill (which would have a great view during the day). Closing in on GZ, we saw a few likely places for a cache. It was not long till we found a nicely hidden container and a fresh new log book waiting for our name :c) TFTC pfalcon!!

I will not put this as a DNF as i did not look for the cache, i got as far as the gate and decided to abort and do this one during the day so we could enjoy the views and not to alarm the locals being in here late at night, i reckon the spot near the gate would be a popular dumping ground for peoples rubbish so i didn't want to hang around to long and get the nearby houses wondering what i was doing here, we shall return when the sun is shining : )
