Got to chat with the friendly owner of the firewood place, then went to find the cache.
Met up with Doctor Owl in Balaklava and we headed off for a fun day of caching around Blyth and Clare. We started off here and tried a few back roads that were very soggy. In the end we gave up on that idea and stuck to the better dirt roads and the bitumen. [^]
A quick find here after a local asked us if we were OK.
Thanks for the cache S and A.

Thanks for the cache S and A.
It was school holidays and I needed a break from school and chores and needed to just have some fun. I talked sir_spectre into joining me for a weekend away caching near Clare and Burra. We avoided the big towns and focused on the caches we normally drive past on the way to somewhere else. Any caches that needed some attention got it.
Thanks to S and A from mogni

Staying at the Beautiful Hummocks station at Snowtown (highly recommend it) we ducked out to Clare for some shopping and Mrs F needed a haircut we of course found a few caches on the way into and out of town.

Sorry for generic delayed log - Found on a lovely weekend away at Leasingham, exploring the local surrounds. TFTC
A quick stop here and I couldn’t find anything at GZ so widened my search and managed to find the cache 8m south of GZ
Today I headed from Adelaide up north caching my way along from cache to cache and found myself in Peterborough for the evening. Stopped at Clare and Burra along the way as well as doing a few lab caches. Roughly 80 finds for the day.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
In the Barossa, staying in Nuri with our good friends Snappy Tom Cats. HevWalker joined us for the weekend, so we devised an area around Clare that we had not cached, and they had quite a few they had not yet found. Set off with lunch packed and gps's loaded
Found by the threesome after walking around in circles a few time, then eventually growing the circle to a bigger radius. Thanks S and A for the hide.

Headed out today with Dunmowin and Hevwalker to do a few caches around Clare and districts. This took a little longer than it should have. Had GZ about 8 metres away from where we found. TFTC
Looked for about 15mins could not locate maybe missing or we jtst blind this am.
It was time again for a Wednesday Wander and I joined S.A. Sewer Rats and Blackadders for yet another meander north towards Clare. Once again it a circuitous route that took in Parham, Lochiel and Blyth was taken to try and rectify a few previous DNF's. I managed to find two from my list but added and two as well. Such is life! [B)]
Finally we made it to Clare and could start working on the caches we didn't get to last time. The GPS had me searching in the wrong location. But the Snake went and looked in a likely spot and soon had the cache in hand.
**Thanks S and A for this cache. **

Hunting caches in the Clare region today and this one was next. Parked opposite GZ and had a good look around with no luck. Expanding the search area had the cache in hand. Thanks to S and A for this one
Found at 11:16 AM GAFF1.
It is weird how the log sheet in these containers gets wet - nothing should escape or be let in with these lids, otherwise the soft drink would escape.
Thanks S and A

This was predicted to be another hot day, so we headed out of Peterborough and set our sights on the Clare Valley area, as did ilook4geo. Some caches were picked out for the hunt list and represented the towns and districts that we travelled through. It was a mix of types today, with traditionals, a multi and a virtual.
Each cache had its log signed with two more names and photos were taken for the virtual.
Agree that this one was about 6 metres off the mark, but we managed to find it without too much trouble. Thanks to S and A for placing this cache.

We decided to look for some easily found cachers today as it was going to be quite hot. Each cache log was signed and was put back as it had been found. Thanks to each CO.
