What's a trip to Swan Hill without a few frowny faces Had a good look around GZ with no luck. Will be back to Avenge at a later date.
Top good for us lol. We gave it a red hot go but now adding our names to the list of shame. Thanks anyway for a good hunt.
Spent quite a bit of time here but came up with nothing. We will be back again another day to find baby Franklin.
Well, well, well! What can we say about Baby Franklin It would appear he is very shy as we had come to this peppercorn tree daily for the last few days and was unable to coach him out of his hiding spot. So, with a bit of guidance we were finally able to have a one on one with him. With log book stamped it is time to move on Tftc
After a heap of DNF's we thought we had better check on this little beauty. and guess what, its still there all nice and dry and just waiting to be found and its very lonely. so please find this cache.
Checked on this little bigger today and we can say with ease it is still there, just waiting to be found again. All still in good condition and having a look out over Lake Boga towards the new silo art works.cheers.
A plan was devised by Phetlern and Suscoe to do a caching trip around Swan Hill.
Geoturtle37, Papi4506 and ourselves were invited to go along.
Day 4. A lap from Swan Hill to the country side and back again.
Unless otherwise stated - all good here.
All caches signed as the 'B Team', 'DGP' or 'The Drovers'. Replaced as found.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Sparra0907, and for Phetlern & Suscoe for the invite.

So very pleased to find this even though it took at least visits that I can remember. Must say a huge thank you to a friend that gave me a hand. Thanks for bringing us here with this cache.
Suscoe and Phetlern were heading to the Swan Hill area and asked The Drovers, Geoturtle37 and myself if we would like to accompany them. We have a number of DNF's that need redemption so were pleased for the invite.
We looked and looked and looked for this one with no luck but eventually, with a little help from a friend, made the find. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find . . . at last.

Out and about on Anzac Day, in the great company of Geoturtle37, The Drovers, Papi4506 & Suscoe, we made a loop trip S. H. to Kerang and return.
We had looked for the baby a couple of years back, without success. Today one of the group had received some extra info, which made finding Baby Franklin a great start to the day.
Satellites had our GZ 7 metres SE of where we found the cache.
(With 5 teams in the group we signed "B team" to leave room in the logs for future seekers.)
Thanks to the Owner for placing this cache in an interesting location.

Suscoe was out and about enjoying another beautiful day in the Swan Hill Region.
We decided to head south today to enjoy the lakes towards Kernag and then a little bit further before heading back to Swan Hill.
We saw lots and lots of waterbirds, great farming country and interesting rivers and lakes.
We also found some really interesting cache hides in great locations.
Thanks to Sparra0907 for this hide. This one has had us going for a long time, numerous visits and finally today the right spot was found.
A terrific hide and a favourite from us. We also had a lovely chat with some neighbours enjoying the morning in their front yard.

Went out again to check on this well hidden cache, and its still there. Cheers. The CO.
Hi there Sparra0907.
This is the 5th of 5 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
Now we're really grumpy, 'coz we spent quite some time around here and we still couldn't locate any more of your caches. This one hasn't been found since June 2018, is it really there? Surely we can't be suffering that badly from "cache blindness".
Regards
Ian and Penny

We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out!
Unfortunately this D3.0/T1.5 didn't want to show itself to us today!
Anyway, thanks Sparra0907 for bringing us to this location.
*This log composed and published using Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK).*

Despite a thorough search, no luck here today.
Heaps of unloved for whomever finds it next.

Searched again but no luck. I wonder if these caches should have harder difficulty ratings.
Thanks Sparra0907 for placing the hide!

Disappointed to log this after a successful morning but this one has beaten us
Have been for a ride with lunch at Boo’s. heading home and thought we would have a look...
The cache may have been replaced but we couldn't find it after looking for 20minutes
After a few DNF's went out to check on this cache...and it's still there, still in it's original spot just waiting to be found. Cheers. The CO.
I had a few extra days off work so BettyBoo3747 and I decided to nip across to Swan Hill for a few caches. Been quite a while since we have been here and there are lots of new caches to do.
Did a few caches around Lake Boga in the morning, then a few in Swan Hill in the afternoon.
We weren't sure if we could drive the loop of the lake, but made it down an dry weather road.
Spent a bit of time at GZ, but no Baby Franklin's could we find.
Thanks, Robmc.

Day 3 of our few days staying at Lake Boga and caching around the area. Not such a successful day for us with the DNF tally starting to climb steadily upwards. I did however manage to get 15 finds. It was tough going with several long searches slowing us down. By 3.00pm we called it quits in frustration and headed back to Lake Boga to relax.
All the way around here and no baby Franklin to be found by us today. Our DNF's continue. I am sure it will be there, from reading a long line of past logs and CO comments. Too good for us.

Thanks to a long weekend (Happy Birthday Queen V!) we had the chance to make a Sunday day trip to Swan Hill where GemmaSistema & family were camping.
We left the muggle husbands with a couple of the kids and headed out with neisha07 & chan02 to cache our way around Lake Boga, Swan Hill & in between. An enjoyable day.
We spent a bit of time here wandering around, before I finally spotted the little guy. TFTC

This afternoon becca85 arrived with her hubby and kids so we split the team (leaving 4 at camp) and headed out with myself, LukeSistema, becca85, neisha07 and chan02 (signing as Team Clarmensma) targeting Lake Boga and surrounds. Lots of circling here by the 5 of us when someone yelled the magic words of "found it". Many thanks for the cache.
Wow....that was hard to find! But what a thrill when I did! Then....disaster...my pencil is gone from my pocket. . But wait...I have my camera here. So I have taken a photo of the log with my GPSr. Thanks for the hunt and good luck to all those who follow
Finally, this was my third attempt at finding and it is just where the gps was pointing. Why do I not believe it and head for the nearest large item? TFTC
Dnf. Clearly CO is a very good hider as we could not find find either of the Franklins at Lake Boga. Two wipe outs in one morning! !
Not at all what I was thinking. GPS had me all over the place. It's not the big tree.
Eventually spotted something, ah got you! SL with the dog across the road barking at me. TFTC

This is a tricky one! The mozzies got the better of me - will try again another day
Went out and checked on this cache today and it's still there just waiting to be found. Cheers The CO.
**On Christmas day went over and checked on this little cache to make sure its still there.......and it is, all nice and dry and just waiting to be found during the holidays. Cheers. CO.**
5632 found by baby&Mrs gopher with Nodalot at 1315. The GPS'r took us to the trunk of the peppercorn tree but the container was located some metres away from this. Lot made the find after we phoned a friend for a bit of a prompt. SL Tnx Sparra0907
Found in the company of baby&Mrs gopher on our trek out of the wilderness. SL TFTC
A DNF for us today. After sometime searching, geowife & I came up empty handed. I do enjoy a challenge & this one bet us today.
Boy at last we have this one. Very sneaky indeed. a clever hide.
Found with a couple others today. Signed and replaced. TFTC.

Went out to checked this young fella out today and he's still there nice and cosy and warm and ready to be found. All is ok with the "Baby." Cheers.Sparra0907.
Sadly a DNF really wanted to find this one, ah well on a schedule and a long way to go maybe next time
Sorry to say not today. I should say yesterday as I'm now several hundred k's away. Road trips allow little time to find interesting ones. Oh well next time, I will be back.
Baby franklin was discovered by accident was more worried about spiders and webs when we discovered the cache also great view of the lake
found it was a ftf with my cousin but didnt use username but found again today with my sister an the geo kids
We searched and searched but like franklin senior it may take us a few goes to come up with the goods.
In its own way this one was just as hard as its big brother.
So many places it could be and a less than cooperative GPS had us searching for quite a long time.
But we finally found it and it was the hide type we were expecting.
Have visited the lake before but it wasn't at its best today being overcast while we were there and windy.
Wanted to go completely around the lake so drove the dirt road back to Boga. Only had to negotiate one dodgy bit. Thanks.

Back at Lake Boga to do the caches we missed on the way up to Mildura.
Beautiful but blowy day for caching around this pretty spot.
Thanks Sparra0907 for the hides,

Having found Franklin previously, the mind was conjuring up all sorts of images of a "baby Frank"
Arriving at GZ it was on all fours for an in-depth search for the little beastie
Around n around and up n down that tree at GZ we did go.
Finally, finally, finally Pinky spotted said beastie
Log book signed, knees dusted off, its to our GZ we go
Thanks for the cache Sparra0907

I managed to find the 'back road' to the northern shores of Lake Boga from Pental Island this morning
That saved me a few kilometres of driving.
Time to coax Baby Franklin out of its shell
I found a nice spot, sheltered from the cold breeze to poke around in.
It takes about 20 minutes for me to drink a can of fizzy cola.
And I had opened a can at the start of this search ..... now it was gone [:o]
Baby Franklin is sure one reclusive customer.
I kept looking
Hey !! I had nowhere else to be today, and this is a nice spot
No sooner had I thought that thought, than BF said "Hello"
Oh !! That is a good cache hide that will take some a while to find ... just like me [^]
