15/01/21 DNF, Lots of Previous DNF. Today caching on way towards Mackay. Roadtrip Mackay to Emerald to Barcaldine to Aramac to Blackall to Jericho over the next 3 weeks. Lots of puzzle solving before and during trip.
The bin mentioned is no longer here, and we presume after thirty minutes of looking that the cache was removed perhaps by a muggle, or with the bin that is no longer

You're right - not much of a lookout. Mind you, I've been coming to Moranbah for over 8 years and no idea this was even here. TFTC. No space on log and zip-lock bag is damaged.

Quick easy find in a lovely spot! In Moranbah fir a few days working on the heart truck!
Day 4 of the get to QOGM 2018 trip. Travelling with RoddyC and Mrs RoddyC in two separate travelling machines and last night we stayed in Moranbah. Time to set off. Not logging these in order of being found. We arrived at this spot and did not take too long to find what we sought. but what a mess with all the rubbish. Good views. Did a small CITO here. TFTC camkea.
We came across your cache, camkea, on our way with youngoldfella, caching towards this year's QOGM in Barcaldine.
Nice quick find - so disappointing to see so much rubbish there, though.

Not far from town. Thanks for giving us a reason to check out a place we had no reason to go to. Easy find which was good.
Found it!! Never been to this lookout, it was great to find a new place in our little town to visit. However the rubbish in the area was appalling
Oops, I drove up the wrong side of the road initially. The track on that side looked like an illegal dumping ground☹. TFTC the track on the correct side is much more scenic
Easy find introduced my best friend to the hunt. Great view good for a picnic with the family

Looking for a 3,000,000th cache, well not for me, but for the world.
We chose to head west away from the rain and to explore areas some us have never been too.
Lots of finds, Lots of fun, lots of laughs too. A few DNF, wrong turns, oops and not going back moments were had but a fun day over all.
Its great to get out and about in our back yard with the Boys and Rainforest Cookie too. It was a big day where we covered may kms, used a tank of fuel, visited so many great places.

In town waiting for cyclone to pass so we can continue our journey. Have not been in Moranbah before, so using geocaching as our guide, went for a drive, despite the threat of rain. Went up to the look out and found this cache at 11.00 am, before driving further along Railway Road to the station. All very interesting. Thanks camkea
What a shame with all the rubbish about. I will return with garbage bags to tidy it up. Great to find a new place in Moranbah I haven't visited yet.
