I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
To continue with my personal challenge of having found a minimum of 10 caches for every day of the year I needed to find 2 caches today to bring my total finds for the 24th November to 10.
Having just fulfilled my caching task for the day I found myself passing by the location of this cache as I made my way back to the travel trailer. A quick look at the previous log (needs maintenance) didn't fill me with any amount of optimism, but I thought I would look anyway, seeing that I was close by. The hiding place was soon found but it was plainly obvious that no maintenance had been performed. The container is missing its bottom half and thus the log book has most likely fallen into the depths.

No bottom to the container and thus the logbook has most likely fallen to the depths. This cache either needs maintenance or archiving.
After staying in Waimate for the week for personal reasons, it was time for us to leave Waimate for this visit and start making our way north to Christchurch for the night. As usual I decided that as I was going to be passing a few Geo caches along the way if the chance allowed I would stop and pick up one or two.
After dropping off some gear off at Ashburton hospital , I decided to check my GPSr and noticed that there was a cache that was not too far away actually there were a few, but there was this cache that I decided that was worth a go and decided that I would stop and check it as out. The weather was not the best for caching today, so I decided that I would put my all weather gear on before leaving Waimate and was glad I did as I was as snug as a bug and nice and warm. Actual it was sleeting, and at one stage I thought it was snowing[^].
As we neared GZ, I decided that I would find a nice safe parking spot on the hard packed ground from GZ, before making my way to the cache. I was able to find a safe parking spot within 100 metre from GZ and then it was time to get out of the car. Once at GZ I worked out where the cache was going to be once the GPSr settled down.
Managed to retrieve the cache, and found that there was noting attached to the where the cache should be, only the lid was there[xx(]. Decided to take it back to the car and see if any of our containers would fit, but alias no. Took a photo to prove that I was there and will send to CO and then took it back and replaced the cache back where I found it. Thanks team_macdonald, RAYZR01 for placing this cache here and for bringing us to this spot TFTC TNLNSL (13881). What a clever hide, pity the log book was missing.
After replacing the cache I managed to get back to the car without being too wet, this was our last cache for the day as I still had a few errands to do in Christchurch.

With our grand kids and a young friend hoping to find this one. Always another day to try again.
A nice quick easy find as I have found a similar one like this before so had an idea where it was hiding. Sadly unable to sign the log as part of the cache has gone astray.
A nice hide which didn't take long to find, in the late afternoon, with nobody else in sight. A favourite from us. TFTC
I’m here for a week from Australia doing the great Southern scenic Trail. So far I have spent time in Queenstown, Te Anau, Bluff, Stuart Island, Invercargill, Dunedin and Timaru. Met the lovely locals in Airbnb’s. Today I’m heading to Christchurch for the flight home tonight. Gorgeous scenery thanks for this cache, it was in the first place I looked which doesn’t happen very often!
Nice quick find after not bring able to retrieve last cache was nice yo end on a smile. Thanks
I was suffering from cabin fever. Lucky for me Bbear came to the rescue and suggested a weekend away.
We stayed in Ashburton last night. Found a few caches before lunch. Had lunch and went for a walk and a bit of a caching frenzy before heading home.
We knew exactly what we were looking for and found it quickly. Nice hide. It was too cold for most muggles so it was a good time to search.
Find out more about New Zealand's next big event [Oamaru Geofest](http://oamarugeofest2017.wixsite.com/geocachingevent) and come and join us.
Thanks. team_macdonald, RAYZR01 for putting in the effort to hide this geocache. This was find 4965 for me.

15 July 2017 2:08 PM. Waited until a couple of cars pulled away and all was quiet. I wasn't the first to investigate my initial option but found at the 2nd. TFTC team_macdonald, RAYZR01
Traveling towards Mt Somers for hiking, found this with johgusta after a stopover for lunch. Greetings from Stockholm!

In Ashburton to visit a sick family member in hospital. Ideal location for a walk around the domain. This was well done. A fav from me
I knew where this was when I saw the hint. Very well constructed cache! As I was leaving I saw another geocacher make the find too. Tftc!
StreetWalker and I want to reach 3000 finds for the year - a record for us - but I was still 95 caches shy (SW needed 83) so we thought the 53 remaining Thompsons Track caches would get us well on the way to our target. We left Christchurch at about 7am, and by 11:30am we were heading to Ashburton for a well deserved coffee and, being gluttons for punishment, some more caches .
With 80 caches found, we were well pleased with our day, thanks to the COs for their cache placements.
A nice location on a warm day, and even better, we had it to ourselves, so no one to see SW's first attempt at finding the cache. It was only after looking further afield did we locate the nicely hidden cache. TFTC.

#13600. I investigated a possible hide location, only to find nothing there. Then I spotted something close by with a couple of possible hiding locations, and found the cache in number 2. TFTC.
Did a maintenance check as I got a message saying cache was stuck. Had a check and sure enough it was. Have replaced and is good to go again
This one was a great cache but trying to go for it was a another matter between muggles coming and going. TFTC
I actually came past here before first to find was claimed but as I had skimmed read the cache page and thought it said only to be found at night time I hadn't looked long enough to find it. Also I didn't have my GPSr with me so only a general idea of where it would be, lack of time and muggles meant it was only half hearted look at best.
Today I thought we would be safe on a Sunday and that there wouldn't be many people about. We arrived right as a large group of people left from hockey trials. Thankfully boys had a football to kick around and it wasn't long before most had left.
I went off for a wander, something wasn't as it should be and caught my eye. I waited for the coast to be clear and made a grab for it. Loved the logbook, much better than a folded up piece of paper that gets ripped to pieces after a couple of visitors.
Thanks for the cache, no surprise this has more than 10 favourite points.

Found with Mum. I wouldn't have needed help to get this one.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
The pressure was on as Dad needed the car to get to work at noon. So while we distracted people kicking a ball around Mum did a quick find. Not sure how she found it so quickly.
Nice hide. Thanks for the cache.
Nice hide. Thanks for the cache.
Mum was like we're finding a cache to get a souvenir everyone in the car. Interesting hide, thanks for the cache.
Tftc found on the third try... By my clever partner in crime not me in the end! Great hiding
Took quite a bit of thinking on this one. Fantastic hide! Found by my wife in the end
On a trip over from Australia we decided to come out for a night find, great hide!
Holidaying with tmann421 and collecting some caches along the way. Really enjoying this lovely part of the country.
A nice quick find for us here. TFTC

We had to lurk around the Entrance until two elderly Muggles had wanderd off..Had to put our Geo Brains into gear, and soon found the very clever Hidey Hole..Have found similar before..TFTH
A read of the description had me look at the hint knowing it could be a tough on. Was early evening on Sunday so in the end no muggles around. Spotted tell tail signs and went for it. Awesome. Tftc
No one around so I went straight to the hide and made the find. Put it back the same way. All good.
Found on a wee road trip to AshVegus. Cheers and thanks to all the CO's for their hides.

Stopped for lunch here today and went for a walk to hunt out a couple of unfound caches. Not in the first few places checked but found easily about 10 metres away from where the GPSr was taking me. Signed log, TFTC
7261. Had a meeting in Timaru on Friday night so we went a day early to fit in some geocaching. Did eight on Thursday, and this was the second one. Found it in under five seconds after a short walk. nice hide. Thanks. Iris and Rodney.
A beautiful domain. No one about today- we had an idea what we were looking for and there the cache was. A well created cache. TFTC
During a nights bike ride with the family I decided to to nab this one and add a smiley to the area.
TFTC!

First cache in the SI for us and first ever for my brother. Lovely walk through the park. Tftc.
What a great hide. This is one of our favourites so far. Despite there being lots of muggles in the area, the tallest Gruffalo managed a sneaky grab and an equally sneaky replace once the log was signed. Thanks for this cache! Our 8th of 9 today.
After reading the clue we knew instantly where to look. Glad for a quick find as it was raining. Tftc
GPS had me dancing around for a bit, but got there in the end, neat hide. TFTC!
Would have never found this by myself but luckily working with friends tftc!
Cache does not need archived. Cache is placed with permission and just because it wasn't written on the Page that it was there is always someone who assumes the worst. I have replied to your email explaining that I have permission and that I haven't written it on the Page
I decided to do this one this afternoon as there was no-one about at the GZ. Loved the camo job.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
Out for a wander after dinner. Very good hide here - luckily the group taking photos of absolutely everything were ahead of us. TFTC #7519
I enjoyed a wander around the night garden today
A few Tombliboos, Pontipines and Makka Pakka were sighted [:o)]
Closer to GZ, I could see the signs of a cache hide from several metres away [:o]
So with Iggle Piggles help I grabbed the cache
There was a lot more to this cache than expected [:o]
Ooooh !! Lookout a muggle approacheth !!
Everybody look busy
With the logbook signed,
the cache was returned,
to its hiding place.
But who's not in bed ??
Iggle Piggles not in bed !!
Don't worry Iggle Piggle, it's time to go
Goodnight [^]

After a dnf saying they couldn't find it thought I had better check on it just to make sure. Cache is still there safe and sound. Thanks
Found this after lunch in the gardens - coords were over in the bushes but a familiar hide so Mr D had no trouble finding it. But some concerns since this is the sort of hide which needs permission for the placement. Have emailed owner.
I found where I thought it must be, where the co-ordinates led me to and the description and hint all seemed to fit. However, after opening where I thought the cache would be (being very careful to look nonchalant whenever I heard a car approaching - not easy given where I was standing) there was nothing there. I suspect I found the right place and it is missing or dropped out of sight. I took a photo of where I think it should be and will send it to the cache owner to ask.
Not in the obvious place, it was in the other place, which did probably make more sense! After dakotacats told me the name of the cache I couldn't get the 'night garden' theme song out of my head. Thanks for that team macdonald.
Staying the night in Ashvegas on our way home from the Chch Mega. Had a pretty good idea about what we were looking for. Turns out it's not the first place we tried. Got it after we moved locations. Great hide. Well done. TFTC
This was the start of a MEGA caching weekend in the company of good caching friends. In the company of both HKCB & 11HPG11 this was going to be another memorable caching road trip for many reasons.
This is the mission that we had set ourselves up for several months back. It was HKCB's idea, I was just dumb enough to think it was a challenge and I'd be up for it, 11HPG11 was silly enough to come along for the ride once we confirmed a spare seat (Nova Lightening pulled out for family reasons).
We were going to try to beat the NZ one day record in New Zealand (it would have been easier with 4 people), so after 2.5hrs sleep after a good feed at Omarama we were ready to go. This was the number three hundred and fifteenith on what was to be an epic day with what amounted to 401 caches collected for the day and about 38 DNF's. We managed this with 10minutes to spare but by this time we were done for and still had to drive back to Kaiapoi. All in all an epic days caching with good friends and something I don't think any of us will repeat in a hurry.
All in all it was going to be a big day with a number of challenges, great scenery, and of course great company. Fantastic driving along and up here as the landscape was so different from what we are used to back in the Waikato. One good thing about backroads being that we could continue our neferious activites without being disturbed by muggles.
Nice quick find here without any issues .
thanks for the placement , thanks for the cache

What a Mega Mission for a group of Hamilton Over Achievers! A great trip, a long time in the planning. I teamed up with Cats&Dragons and HKCB to grab a couple of caches while in Christchurch and surrounding areas for the 2015 Mega Event. We flew out from Auckland on Friday night and traveled to Dunedin in the dark of the night. Stopped for a few hours sleep before setting off to grab caches in the Otago area on Saturday before attempting a few more on Sunday and then arriving at the Mega on the Monday. An amazing, yet crazy road trip. Signed logs as HOAC to save room
When C&D mentioned a day with over 400 caches I should have turned and ran... instead I said yes, and here we are. 401 caches in 23 hours and 50 minutes. All done on about 2.5hr of sleep. It was hard work with only 3 of us and there were times that were hard and tiring but I still had a blast! An amazing experience that one has to be slightly crazy to even consider
Thanks for bringing us here and placing caches for us to find. I thought of the "In the Night Garden" theme song while grabbing this cache. Right where we thought it would be.

Headed down south with C&D and 11HPG11 for the CHCH Mega as part of the HOAC team, and decided that a Mega road trip/Mega Mission was the right thing to do. After a great day caching from Dunedin to Omarama we manged to get a few hours sleep before the big day 2 started.
Day 2 was the start of a ambitious plan to try and find as many caches as possible in one day! To maximise our chances of a big number we decided a 24 hour caching day was the only way to go. What an epic day, and some great moments too. The rough idea was to cache from Omarama to Oamaru, and then head north towards Christchurch. A huge thanks to everyone for the cache placments, and I apologise for the copy and past logs.
Find #313 for the day.
