Headed out for a few things today and had some time to fill in between appointments so had a quick look for some nearby caches. This one was one we thought might be a bit tricky due to the neighborhood but the timing was good today and cache had just been returned as a muggle went by on his daily constitutional. tftc
Recycling ist always good - even more when a cache is included.
This was a very quick park and grab for me. Signed in the car and put back as found.
Thanks for placing and maintaining.

over from melbourne visiting jays folks and grabbing the odd cache on our travels. tftc
After two unsuccessful caches earlier in the day, it felt nice to quickly find this one. TFTC
A quick find with Tregearp a few weeks back. Was heading out into the area again today and saw the green icon and went ??? I thought we'd done that. Stopped by and confirmed.
A neat little cache - plenty of the general type, but first time we'd come across this particular variant. Thanks Sidewaze for the cache and apologies for the late log.

Finally went back at night when no one was around. Found it fairly quickly this time without the pressure of being watched. Nice Tftc.
I had never looked for this one before as I imagined it would be too prone to muggles - but as it is one of the only green colours on my map of Richmond I thought I would do a drive by and have a look. I was surprised to see how much cover there was, so made a quick find. Thanks Sidewaze for the cache
Thanks for this. Showed my 5yr old son while out for a walk around Dellside Reserve. He liked the bell. I had no pen on me so couldn't write in the log. TFTC.
As suspected this was a great one to grab at night. Plenty of artificial light about and a nice quick find. All in good condition. Thanks for the cache.
After visiting the accountant I needed a reward in the way of a bit of caching. Great hide up here, pretty sure I got in and out without being seen today.
Thanks very much!
Thanks very much!
We found the treasure in the rain. It was raining hard. Didn't have a pen with us so didn't sign it.
Out and about grabbing a few caches for the end of the month now where have I seen that before
Has taken a while to get to this one but a nice quick find today. I think I've seen this cache before . TFTC
Went on a big adventure with Wafflekitties and geo pups, had a blast thanks for the memories! TFTC.
Found while on a winter holiday with LCBuilder and our two geodogs. We spent 3 weeks travelling down the east coast and then up the west coast, setting our tent up at a different campsite each night. We didn't have any real plan, just went where the caches took us we saw a lot of awesome sights and will definitely have to come back one day as 3 weeks isn't really that long!
Finally made it to Sunny Nelson, definitely one of my favourite places.

High jacked The Seagnoid for a trip to Nelson to test drive a mini-dink 4wd vehicle and possibly time for some caching. Morning spent test driving out back Richmond & trying to get vehicle inspected. After scrubbing of the extra mud at the car yard, we now have time to find treasure.
Quick stop here for another find for me. Amazing rocks in the garden across the street. Cheers.

TaybeeDragon and I are in Nelson checking out a 4WD to buy. Bring it back clean the sales yard says, when we set off for a test drive. But I wanted to check its 4wd capabilities, esp as it only has a 660cc engine. Yeah, tiny! But it performed great, so we returned it, washed it, booked it for a mechanical check. Still time to go caching!
So off to the hills we go. This was on the way, so we had to stop. On seeing the environment I guessed what the hide was, and after the Dragon found it I was chuffed to see I was right. Although this specific version I had not seen before. Signed, drove around the corner and headed into the hills.

A trip over the hill was the plan for today, to hell with the weather there's some bedroom furniture needs sourcing and there's caches to be found too. Just the 3 of us heading over, will sure be different from now on without my black hairy shadow, Tally the dog. I'd recently bought a new Geocaching coat from Kathmandu (the shop, not the place) and was looking forward to testing it out against the promised wet stuff. I also bought some specific shorts but these were M I A after our recent house move so their test will have to wait. I ended up getting a few Multi caches today, which was a nice change of direction and the rain sure did come down. Where there was once dry ground, there were rivers and streams so had to be on my toes (to stay dry)
Seems to be a who's who of cachers today with a few different C Os providing for my finds. Was close by recently looking for Gully Whomper (D N F ) but this was surprisingly close so I should have headed along. Nice and easy here today, a Q E F ensued
T F T C Sidewaze, replaced as found

Very clever. A quick dash to retrieve, sign and return the log in between neighbours coming and going. TFTC.
Well I'm so lost ! I circled around the street ! And could not find it ! War house was it by ?
We have been to this area before to look for this cache but there was just too many muggles so we decided the cover of darkness and a small torch would be a better option. Even then we had to wait for a jogger to pass before we could make the grab.
Thank you Sidewaze.
Thank you Sidewaze.
More than once the muggle factor was to much. Under the cover of darkness and with a small torch we finally managed to make the find. I really tried to look innocent when a jogger passed and a casual greeting didn't have him miss a beat. Pheww. Thank you Sidewaze
This was an awesome cache I accidently found it while I was looking I didn't click to the hint till afterwards tftc
In Richmond for a wee holiday. Mr TG grew up here....and staying at Mum & Dads who still live just around the corner. An evenings run with Mrs TG....dark now...had a bit of an idea of what we might be looking for...a wee search and we soon had the clever cache in hand. Cheers.
Told Ataz about geocaching that day and got to do her first cache with her. I almost gave up when she found the nice hide.
#10305. Just a short lunch break today (had an afternoon dental appointment) so looked for a nearby cache. I checked with Troodles as to the nature of the hide; just as well as my GPSr was a bit off. TFTC.
A change of schedule at work today meant I needed to make a quick cache dash if I was to fill my next calendar gap.
Fortunately, I had a nearby option here which also promised a familiar container, certainly if the cache name was anything to go by.
Arriving at the GZ, my suspicions were realised, but the find took a lot longer than I expected due to the very good camo.
Pausing for a few minutes to allow a couple of school kids pass, I then ducked in for the grab.
Thanks for the hide - it's always good to see old objects put to a fresh use.

I decided a late night raid might be the best option for this cache and it proved to be a good call. Not a muggle in sight and no twitching curtains. I had a fair idea what I might be looking for and sure enough, there is was!! Thanks Sidewaze!!
I had decided that the best time for this one was early, and it worked well and I missed the rain as well.
I reckoned I knew what I was looking for and it all went very well.
Thanks sidewaze

Quick find with Nanzie to keep the numbers ticking over thanks Sidewaze

Got muggled out again at About Face so this little rock came to the top of the list. It is very close to where a great colleague lives and a good reminder I need to catch up with him soon. TFTC and the timely reminder. #7242
In the flurry of new cache publications earlier this month, this one slipped by unnoticed. It wasn't until I used the "Find closest cache" function on my GPSr the other day before setting out to Brightwater on a cache finding mission, that the name caught my eye and I had to investigate further. Always good to have another nearby cache to call on in times of need.
And today was the day, as I needed to turn a threesy day into a foursy, and this was a short detour en route to the supermarket. Managed to overshoot GZ, so had to come back and park on the other side of the road, which left me a bit exposed. Strategic parking would be a definite bonus here. Luckily no one was around so was able to make a quick find.
Suspect this neighbourhood would be wary of strange cars and strange people lurking around so would recommend a high viz vest as camouflage. Thanks for the recycling, the first round helped me with my year long streak, and this re-incarnation is helping with a local challenge. TFTC.

Had my chauffeur drive me to GZ this morning and park strategically. A not so quick find. The cache was half a metre from where Bum had found it 9 days ago so returned it to where he had ftf'd it.

Rain had us bypassing the 2 new Richmond cache from the CO yesterday. No problem today to stop with the sun out and a nice quick find. Mrs Sobad wandered down the road to the cache - back to the car for the pen - and then back to replace the cache.
Thanks.
Thanks.
An email told me SQ was up and about, so had a look for other new caches...a sunami.
Parked up hill, realised I needed to walk down....made the stealth part easy.
Every one should walk uphill 18m (from GZ) and have a look at the rock by the cabbage trees, keeping in mind the cache description. Nice.
Thanks for the cache Sidewaze

After a few days out of town for work I decided to find a few of the new caches that had popped up while I was away on my way to the shops this morning. A nice quick find here too. TFTC, Biggles.
