Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to PsychoVanjie for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

After a long search and a PAF we located the cache holder a long way away but it has been damaged and is not longer holding the cache. Grass mowing activities in the area are likely to have had an impact.
Photos of the damaged cache holder have been sent to the CO to confirm.

This one gets a favorite because basically... It's excellent. Great effort, great hide, well done!
Well, this one had us put on our thinking caps. After a quick search, we were able to claim "found it". Very clever hide, thanks PsychoVanjie. This is what we love about geocaching.
I was back down this way dropping off my dog to the nearby pet resort as we are going away overseas tomorrow.
This is such a clever simple yet devious hide. It took me much longer than necessary. Had to put the thinking cap on and think outside the box.
Thank you for the cache here PsychoVanjie

A few finds as I head north on my way to visit our youngest Son and his family.
Magnificent in it's simplicity; a style not often encountered. Thanks Doug.

Clever! After my first look, then back to the car to read previous logs, I went with “clever hide .... something out of place”. I spotted something that looked .... odd. There it was. TFTC
This was the first of the three finds. It took way longer than it should have.I looked at the previous logs and gained some hints but couldn’t understand why I couldn’t find it. After a frustrating search I stood back and looked and spotted something not quite right. Thanks for making me use more brain power for this one.
Out for the day family caching on a not so nice summer day. Heading towards Mornington and see what we come up with on the way.
Haha. Scared Geowife with this one. Nice hide. Took us a bit but got there.
Thanks for the cache and bringing us to this spot.

Thank goodness there's where hints further down the log . Otherwise wouldn't of found it! Really clever!
Great day for a drive with friends. Find some caches with Mrx2 and Monica is evil. TFTC
Found after a bit of a search. Just happen to put my hand on the right spot and when it moved I thought yes I found it. While we were signing the log JMorg got attacked by bull ants so please be careful here while the nest is active. Thanks
A cool hide found by Cathylm. Watch out for bull ants as I got attacked by a few here.
Out and about with geoson while doing essential deliveries. This was an excellent well placed cache. Best the day. I will give it a fav. So thats where our vegies come from. Never been to this part of the woods before. Thanks for the cache PsychoVanje
Out doing a delivery and this one was just too close to let it Pass Me By.

A lovely day for geocaching. Purpose of going to Cranbourne was to buy a tap and thought the weather so nice I would sneak in a little geocaching on my way.

Great construction. Love the veggie fields

Only gave myself a couple minutes on this find on my way to meet up with a friend. I was tempted to a stop by the number of favorites, despite time restrictions. I thought it would be a dnf but as I headed back to the car, the different angle gave inspiration for 1 last look...and there it was. Loved it, thank you. Added another fav to yr collection.
Just about to give up when Mr Ski found this one. His comment on eventually finding it was “It was an easy one, when you know where to look”!
Since Victorians were released from Stage 3 lockdown we have tried to get out regularly to do a caching run. Our plans for travelling the central parts of NSW and Q’land were thrown into disarray in 2020, so our caching numbers for the year ended up being our worst in 10 years of caching, so we are keen to up the ante this year. As usual we met up with caching buddy Rebel Acts, and as a result have signed many of our joint finds RASP.
After leaving home in the rain we arrived in Warragul to see it get heavier. The forecast said it would clear towards later morning, but we were more hopeful than believing. However the further west we travelled the drier it got, and ended up a lovely day-weather wise that it. Unfortunately as we took a break to have lunch it was to hear Dan announce a short, sharp Stage 4 lockdown for the entire state. Thank goodness we decided to do the caching run today instead of tomorrow! We blame Rebel. Last year we were on a caching run with him at Glenmaggie when Dan announced the Stage 3 lockdown. We ended up with a full house after that, our daughter moved in with her husband and their kids so we could help them cope with working from home, remote schooling and preschool watching.

Another great day out with My friends Skipair who picked Me up from home for a day out caching, we picked this area for today's fun and to clean a few unfound caches off the map.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels. Got to admit we neally called this a DNF, we were just about to give up when Richard found it, he was on fire today.
Logs signed as RASP
Thanks PsychoVanjie for the cache.

Very clever hide. I initially thought another spot would have been a great time but nothing there. Had a look around and read through previous find logs when finding it and looking at the photo of where to find it at the same time.
Log sheet a little damp but still usable. TFTH

This one was awesome!! Geokid found it surprisingly fast, within about 30 seconds. I love! Log was a bit damp though, and sorry I only have a crappy pen to use. Thanks
Found at 1:52 pm.
Work had strongly encouraged everyone to take more annual leave so I took a couple of days off and did well on the weather timing. Today was perfect. I went for a drive to avenge a DNF I had plus then do a bit of free-styling plus a visit to my mum's place for lunch. All round a great day.
A few trucks and cars along here today but found them reasonably quickly. The main road to Tooradin was closed at the moment so that probably didn't help the traffic situation.
This one was very well done and thanks to a previous log photo I managed to find it quickly.
Thanks McSee&Petal (Adopted by KnoAngel) for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Enabled because its safe to find, but hope people are sanitising before touching anything.
Happy to say I've bought a new cap from hardware store so the logsheet is safe and sound. Kind thanks to all finders .
Passing through the area and found your cache along the way.
The log book and lid were missing when we extracted this one, have added a log sheet, but cache will need some attention.
Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment.

We’re logging this one as a find, but the log was missing. In fact, the whole screw top of the cache is missing. We contemplated adding a piece of paper as replacement log but it would be pointless as it would just fall straight out. We had nothing that could substitute as a ‘lid’ sorry, so will log a NM so the CO can come fix it up. Clever hide though! TFTC
Walked off ready to leave it cos we couldnt find it. Walked back and just stood and looked. There it was. Tftc. Great hide
It's been some time since we have been on big caching day, and the Queen's birthday holiday was just the occasion to break that bad habit. Heading down Tooradin way we detoured a little to get these three. Why, because this one on this little road will amount to our 700th. So, here's 700 geocaches found and logged.
Thank you! Fav point from us.

Out and about around Tooradin, amongst the coastal villages and vast seas of vegetables.
We enjoyed a cuppa, while watching the farmer prepare further rows of ground for planting. A FP logged here for a very clever cache.
Thanks to 'Dvynanjl' for adopting and caring for this gamepiece.

I think the cache guardians are out in force tonight and I have seen large spiders near each of the gz. Although at the last one I could not locate the cache I did find several spiders.
This cache was another quick find which I was pleased about due to it proximity to farm houses. The cache is in excellent condition.
Thanks Dvynanjl for the cache.
Found at 10:30 pm on 4/1/19.

Been searched for 15 minutes but unfortunately some muggles were watching me across the road. Will come back another time.
After the other fresh vegetables this brought me up into a stalemate for a lot longer than I was expecting until I finally got to that ah ha moment. A favourite point for this clever hide TFTC mcsee&petal
On our way home from 2 weeks in Tassie. A beautiful morning in Victoria and doing a few caches waiting for the cattery to open. This was a great hide. Thanks for the cache.
I’ve learned from the best - S_38; don’t look at your phone, just look! And there you go, found it within a minute! TFTC,really nice one and clever hide!
Very clever. I have considered a similar hide myself but it was Lekker_Ding who made the find today. Thanks mcsee&petal
I hadn't been in this particular area before, and I was pleased to see the production of the crops. tftc.
Out and about with geo-daughter collecting driving hours on this rather wet day. With the rain not letting up I had no choice but to search in the rain. Having set a bearing and distance to the cache, I left the GPSr in the car and scarpered over to find a cache. Having checked all the possible hiding places I could find, I came up empty. But then I remembered something I had read in previous logs and with that in mind I soon had this very well hidden cache in my grasp. TNLNSL. TFTC. KkamS
Apologies for the generic logs, but unless something needs attention they will do.
Petal and I visited the caches we adopted out before moving last year, as we can now log them as we no longer have any connection to them. The caches now are under the careful watch of my geobuddy and are in good hands for others to find.
Thanks to Dvynanjl for the caches - we loved them. lol

#2051 Third find for us for today as we headed towards Tooradin. Eagle eyed Mrs laurenda went straight to this well hidden cache. Well done & thanks yet again mcsee&petal. Nice job.
Marvelling at the sight of salad greens growing in the background and the sneaky cache in the foreground. TFTC mcsee&petal and Dvynanjl for maintaining it.

Alright this proved tricky, but geomissus seemed happy to play on her phone while keeping the car running. After a couple of minutes I spotted something NQR and sure enough, the cache was there. Thanks mcsee&petal for the fun placement.
Have I ever told you the story about the geocacher who got cocky, left their car running and gps in the car? No? Well let's not TFTCmcsee&petal
31/07/2017 - 1.15pm - No. 888 (what a lovely number that is) - 4th for the day - with dgfb33.
On the way back from another appointment we decided we should do a bit of finding too A lovely day for it too . With only 1 found in this area the world was our oyster. We prefer more rural hunts so I programmed in some caches that looked suitable. This was the fourth & last one of our chosen 4. Hmmm ... not there, not there, what about ... no, scrabble, scrabble, fossic, what about ... 'Hey, Look at that! [;D]' Great hide!. Signed, sealed & returned as found. Thanks for the cache.

First one we looked for today, but we moved quickly onto veg number two as there was a tractor load of workers in the field-mind you they paid us no attention. At first we weren't sure what we were looking for, but had an idea when we came back, and the farmers still took no notice of us. We had to get a clue from a previous log about the terrain rating, then the ingenious hide was discovered. Thanks!
I was getting worried Id never find this one, took me longer but as I stepped back I saw something worth investigating and Wow! Lots of hiding spots here. Enjoyed the surprise alot, thankyou kindly.
Found by geodaughter with her geograndma and muggle grandpa while on a quick weekend visit for them from Adelaide. Signed log, tnln tftc

Thanks to Franklj, cache maintenance has been performed and a new cap in place.
All good.
All good.
Tricked me too. The cap and log have gone so I put in another log and closed it with some insulation tape. Thanks mcsee&petal.
I think it's kale growing on one side of the road and the other is currently lying fallow.(How's that for getting technical? ) TFTC series.
Well this tricked us for a while. Not sure T rating is appropriate. Maybe a 2. Found with Surefoot24 on a day of hunting. TFTC
