I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Team 8 Ball, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

##Cache Maintenance Required please.##
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner needs to either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page.
See the maintenance section of the [Geocache Hiding Guidelines](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance).
If there is a good reason for a delay in enabling this cache, please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on.
When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "Enable Listing" log, and then post an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.
I will check back in 30 days to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided.
If there has been no action to repair the cache, or explain the situation, unfortunately I will need to Archive this cache. Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Hi there Team 8 Ball.
We found your cache **"Kookaburra"** today. (This makes our find count 22797).
Today we headed out from Geraldton so we could attempt the "Aussie hits from the 70's" series - but we also had to find this one. As it's not part of the series it deserves a finely crafted log, not one of the crappy cut-n-paste ones that usually are associated with power trails.
We found 23 caches today & DNF'd 1. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels. We awarded this cache a favourite point for the excellent construction.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

A quorum of the Fott was here so we are retrospectively claiming the find. If that's an issue let us know.
Heading up to Gero for the annual IGD event with AlliedOz & SVKR_WA on a day trip, lots of banter and shenanigans in amongst the 900 odd k's traveled for the day.
SVKR came up trumps here, not sure it was in the right spot though. Put it above ground level a bit.
Team 8 Ball I found your cache at 10:38am, this was the 10th of 34 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5569.

Well today is International Geocaching Day for 2019 and Granett, AlliedOz and I hatch a somewhat crazy plan to head to Geraldton for a day trip to attend the event there.
We left a wet and cold Perth at 5 and headed north, stopping for a couple of caches along the way and a bit of maintenance that was needed.
It was a long but fun road trip - lots of banter, great company and it was great to catch up with a pile of people at the event in Greenough.
Team 8 Ball and TeamBastholm SVKR_WA is happy to have found your cache Kookaburra today at 10:39:25 17 Aug 2019. This brings my find count to 3648
Team 8 Ball and TeamBastholm - Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. We love travelling the state and visiting some places that we would only visit due to this game.

Out with SVKR_WA and Granett for international geocaching day and a drive up north to make the most of it. Started out early and picked up a cache here and there on the drive towards today's destination event by West Oz Geocaching.
SVKR_WA found the cache on the ground, hung back where its believed a kookaburra should be
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Team 8 Ball and TeamBastholm you help make this game what it is.
Cheers for the cache

pug002 found it 20/10/2016 on our trip to Gero. Last time we looked at this fellow it eluded us. Determined not to let this one get away from us, quick find. TFTC Team 8 Ball.
We headed out today in search of wildflowers, history and caches. This one had us going for a while as we managed to drop the cache and have to find it for a second time, so we get 2 smilies for that? All god to go again, thanks Team 8 Ball.
Headed out bright and early with iluvtrekking in search of wildflowers and heading towards Mullewa. Return trip was via Walkaway. Thanks Team 8 Ball
Headed to Geraldton for the International Geocaching Day event on Saturday 20th August.
Barnzy12 and I packed the car at 6am and headed North. Despite making a critical error by choosing the freeway to start the journey we then made it to Geraldton and checked into the motel by 5.30pm.
We found several caches along the way some new, old and even archived caches. As I missed the event last year I was guided to some others on the map that I hadn't found before and made for some quicker finds yet still enjoyable.
Ended up back at the motel after getting the new plane spotting series and some other caches close to the city centre at around 9pm. Beers were cold and was then time to relax. After a 15 hour day sleep was needed ready for the big day tomorrow.

This one seemed like it would remain unfound until GeoM of robroy_co spotted it with her eagle eyes. TFTC Team 8 Ball.
Nice work!
There was moisture inside as the seal has perished. The seal fell to pieces as I opened it. I tightened the cap. Tftc

Left at 3.30am from Perth to go to Geraldton for a few days, and stopped along the way to pick up some caches. Most caches were found quite quickly with a few tricky ones that took a bit of searching. Managed to find 45 on the way with only 1 DNF which I think might be missing .Looking forward to finding more tomorrow TFTC
What a wonderful windy day to try and find something in the bush. After about 5 to 10 minutes searching we finally spotted it. Will have to hang onto our TB a little longer as he wouldn't quite fit into this cache.
SL TFTC Team 8 Ball, Good fun.

Found on a Jenny sponsored day out to Greenough. with nannajoan 7, great day and a few finds. TNLNSL Thanks.
TFTC! This cache was found on my two and a bit day GeoTrip to Geraldton and surrounds to attend the International Geocaching Day event in Greenough.
The weekend started with a nighttime drive from Perth to Geraldton getting in at 1140pm after finding a couple of caches along the way in the dark. I rose on my first day in town as grabbed supplies before some CBD caching and then some more hides in Greenough before the event. I had a nice little run after the event following the guys chasing a few of the FTFs before getting back to my planned routes to help cleanup a lot of the newly published caches since my last visit in 2013. Had a reasonable day, which went Pretty pear shaped come mid afternoon, with a large number of DNFs in the northern Geraldton suburbs. I returned to my accomodation to freshen up and watch a bit of footy before heading out again on a night time run around the CBD. Big Mistake. had one of those blind nights, where the easy finds were impossible and I resorted to PAF to help guide me on some of the simplest hides!!
I was back on the saddle the next day grabbing a bunch of caches in southern Geraldton before attending the CITO event. Grabbed a few bits of rubbish and got talking to the local COs, where were most amused by my DNFs LOL. They were gracious enough to provide a large number of hints which Ive stored in the memory bank for next year!
Thanks to all of the locals for your hospitality this weekend and I'm looking forward to attending next year! Thanks

Out caching with MC_ZombieSlayer after the nearby event. TFTC Team 8 Ball
Without giving it away can I say very appropriate. Loved the cache. The girls in the paddock were interested in what we was all doing searching around a tree, they had seen others before us but weren't giving any hints, even with the offer of bribes. ha ha.
Yay found with becknmonts, ruben.kylie, miss-placed

At the event we got a scroll with the newly published caches, But...... no coordinates. Well, there you go with your GPS'r and no smartphone . Fortunately we shared the drive with Ian & Sue and they were better prepared as they had an iPad so we could look up the caches and manually type in the coordinates. So off we went and from the event location this was our first stop. We found the mysterious envelopes pretty quick but where was that cache. Six pair of eyes were looking everywhere and all of a sudden one of us yelled out and we found the cache. Now we had to retrieve it but there were some "tools" nearby so that did not take too long! We all signed the log and off to the next one. TFTC Team 8 Ball.
