Really really cool spot. I recommend wearing sleeves. The log book was very wet though.
Walking along the pebbles sure was hard going but we eventually made it and the cache was found and logged.
Thanks BushwalkingBandit for the cache.
Thanks BushwalkingBandit for the cache.
Well what a beach️?!?! Found the log very very wet. I have placed it into a plastic zip lock bag. Thanks for ️ this trek.
Took a couple of minutes then got it A lot of rocks to walk over to get this one Thanks BushwalkingBandit for this one ️
Today was that calm day, perfect for a walk. I took heed not to roll that ankle while stepping across the rocks. Cache found and signed before the huff and puff back up the stairs.
Very cool spot. Cache is water logged. Log can only be written on in permanent marker & that's not even ideal. Really needs log at least replaced, probably the container to a more water tight job. Tftc
After not finding it a couple years ago i finally made my way back and easily found the cache. such a beautiful location. thanks for putting one here
needs a new book, super waterlogged. will return to sign it asap.

There are lots of hidey holes here you just have to look a lovely sunny morning here
Thanks for bringing me back here. A great way to spend a sunny afternoon. TFTC
Thanks for taking us to this secluded spot, stopped and enjoyed the sunshine after we made our find!
On a road trip to the Mornington Peninsula and today we did some more exploring of the area and picked up a couple more caches, this being the second. We have been coming to the Peninsula regularly for many many years but we had never actually been to this little beach. After taking the rocky walk to GZ it was Mr Pooky who soon spotted the well hidden cache. Great views, great beach, another perspective of the area. TNLN and we also visited 2 TB's.
A favourite from me. I lived near this location for many years and wasn’t aware of this beach. Thank you for bringing me to this peaceful location.
Finally, tried to find this in the past to no avail. But we had success today. Tftc
Had a quick search but couldn't locate. Thought we were in the right area and would have stayed longer if not for the tide coming up quick
2nd visit as the first one was high tide. Great hide, a bit of a tricky rolly walk to cache as it really is a pebble beach.
Fun little adventure with my little sister!
Thanks for getting us out of the house!
Thanks for getting us out of the house!
Our 6yo birthday today and what a great little find! Smelt and looked quite mouldy. Nothing but a coin and a shell…will bring some treasures when we return!
Nice challenge walking over those pebbles and the stairs are a challenge going up if you are unfit like me ...gps has a mind of its own closer to GZ so use your geosenses and you'll find the right hiding place. Cache is pristine, liked the painting job, hides very nicely!
For some reason i never got around to coming down to this beach before and ive only lived here for 20 years!! Taking the TB on firther adventures. Tftc.
Picked up from buckley nature reserve when it was archived. Thought this setting was more appropriate for a fishing lure.
I have caught flathead here in the past.
Cheers bwbandit

Nice easy find in the end. Rough walk to ground zero but when you’re close there’s a likely spot to look. TFTC

Went to replace tbis one this morning on the way to work.
Walking down the path i noticed three boats overnighting just off the beach and a tent set up at the back of the beach.
To much of a risk to replace, so will try again next week.

disheartened by other dnfs i have given up after only 15-20mins searching, i didnt like crawling over too much of the vegetation and when the location is this good, geocaching becomes more about the places and the adventure than actual finds. would have liked to have found it though.
After another dnf i had better disable this one til i go back to work after new years.
We spent almost an hour searching for this cache. Climbing up, looking along the cliffs, pushing aside bushes. We tried our best, and came away unsuccessful. I think this one needs a check as it has not been found in a while. Beautiful location anyways!
Working nearby and , with a little time up my sleeve, struck out for a couple of caches.
I sail regularly out of safety beach and have seen these cliffs and beaches in the distance but never investigated.... Until today.

Geohaze and I made the trek to this one. The boys weren’t far behind, but Lea stayed back at the stairs with the dog. Quick find once we made it around. Luckily the tide wasn’t too high! Tftc
The first for me for 2020. Nice exercise down and up the steps and along the boulders. TFTC
Thank BushwalkingBandit. Found with Jimmytherat. Nice walk along the shore although you do have to keep your wits about you. A bit damp & mouldy but ok! Excellent spot.
TFTC Bushwalking Bandit. Nicely placed and hidden. No twisted ankles walking on the rocks so far. Jimmytherat with Noelle04
Over the years, geocaching has taken me on many adventures, including interesting destinations all over my home continent of Australia and many overseas as well. It has also introduced me to a diverse group of like-minded caching tragics, many of whom I now call close friends.
Today, I was lucky enough to be out and about searching for caches, something I do on almost a daily basis. This was one cache that was targeted and found.
Sorry for the late and generic log, something I am notorious for. Thank you BushwalkingBanditfor adding to the adventure that is geocaching.

Out caching for the day, I decided to stop and try my luck at this one with a group. The boat shown on google maps is missing. It caused many navigational issues. How could a boat move? A great location for a cache. Thanks for placing it BushwalkingBandit

While on my way to a couple of events I made a stop here first.
Down, down I went and then along the rocky beach to GZ, once there it didn’t take long to spot the cache and the log was signed.

Today we found Pebble Beach on our travels. We made our way along the beach trying not to do an ankle, again! Beautiful view almost distracted us from the job at hand, thank goodness one of us was switched on!
Thanks BushwalkingBandit for being part of our geocaching fun.

I was up earlier than normal for a Sunday so headed down here early before the CITO just up the beach a bit started so a perfect opportunity to find a few more of these to finish off the series one day. I was very cool and quite windy which was good because it kept the muggles away.
We had 30 minutes before the next event so PinkPiggy7 and I walked up and down to get to here. Luckily we were here at a tide level that allowed our feet to stay dry.
Thanks BushwalkingBandit for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

My fourth find for streak week and managed to get to it then back to the car before the rain started! TNLN! TFTC!
Of course we happened to arrive at this cache at high tide which ensured a rock scramble. Doing what all good geoparents do, I sent the kids to pick up this one!
A quick find and another spot on the peninsula I had never been

Lovely winters day in Safety Beach. Out for a paddle on Kayak and grab a cache too. What a day.
Nice location for a cache, only reccomend hard shoes rather than soft boat shoes - ouch!
Seriously, thanks for the cache.

Tide was in so got our shoes off to get around the point. Great day for it. TFTC!
I hadn’t been here since I was a kid, the water was crystal clear and totally flat today - magical ️ tftc ^_.^
Found with cindercake, lovely little beach. Beautiful for a morning walk

Today we were out caching in this tiny section of the Peninsula to clear out three caches in an odd spot that we hadn't touched. This was the last of those three, and the one that required the most physical activity. Luckily 200m of rocks didn't stop us and we had the cache in hand in no time. Thanks to BushwalkingBandit for placing this out here, it's a great spot!

Had a trip down this way for work and managed to use my lunch break to snag a couple of caches. This was took a bit longer than expected just due to parking up on Marine Drive and following the footpath down to the beach. There was a fisherman down there (possibly illegally as he seemed to disappear as soon as I arrived) but nobody else in sight where I needed to head. I wondered if I would get wet feet but certainly today with a calm day all was well and I made my way towards GZ. Once there I thought it might be a tricky search but I was pleased to spot the cache pretty quickly and soon had it in hand. Grabbed the TB to move it along, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache BushwalkingBandit.

Found thanks to my daughter who walked the rocks as I couldn't cause in need of a operation .... Really nice beach... Retrieved TB and also left a TB...
Cool cache on the rocky beach! We have pebbles in the UK, that beach was definitely full of rocks! Took me a while to grab it, my phones GPS seems to be playing up a bit. Lots of swag in the cache and a couple trackables. Nothing taken. TFTC!
Out and about enjoying some sight seeing and finding some caches too. Thanks so much for highlighting this interesting little beach that we may not have otherwise discovered. TFTC
Found your cache easy enough signed and replaced. Awkward walk in & staggered back.. TFTC

Really loved this little beach. No wind, sunny skies made this place awesome. Tide was well up but that didn't pose a problem. At GZ it was a quick find. Log signed and back safe again.
Time for some pics.
Thanks

Nice little stroll on a beautiful day. Rocks were a challenge foie the youngest geokid today.
Suscoe headed off to the Sorrento area bright and early this morning on the vehicle vessel.
The Phetlern vehicle shared the crossing and so the day was planned over coffee up stairs.
It was a splendid day with blue skies and very little wind.
Thanks to BushwalkingBandit for this cache, a remarkable location, why hasn't someone done an Earth Cache here?

After sailing across the high seas of Port Phillip, in the spirit of Mary Hyde, with fellow pirates Suscoe, this is one of the caches we found laden with gold coins to contribute to the crew's collection. Surprised we didn't find an earthcache here!
Thanks BushwalkingBandit for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Wow this was a great way to end our morning's adventures. Ri felt just like a pirate in search of hidden treasure making his way down to the Rocky Beach and skipping along the rocks as the tide rolled in. He even managed to locate the booty all by himself and was rapt to find his favourite treasure inside! TFTC, a favourite for me
My hands were almost too numb [the sun had barely risen yet] to open the cache but not only did I ultimately achieve that, I picked up the trackable [Zomear - make a journey]. Fine place for a cache. I'll be shocked and sorely disappointed if don't eventually spy this one on my 'lowest altitude finds' list. Just noticed the warning about the potential for rolling an ankle; I think that dominated my own thoughts on the approach. But I lived to tell the tale. Evidently. Thanks once more BushwalkingBandit!
Raemoz found it on a bright sunny Autumn afternoon. Left my TB Make a journey. Didn't see any other TB in cache.

Only for the sure-footed! Make sure you've got decent walking shoes, the 150m walk across pebble beach is challenging. What a great spot though!
As a budding geologist I like a good rock........ and I got some nice rocks haha. Even though I have lived in the area all my life I never knew that this place existed. After finding the other nearby cache I headed down here quickly down the stairs I realised that this cache is going to be a little difficult as there were many muggles on the beach but even though I had this problem the cache was quickly found and in hand . I would like to thank you for taking me to this marvellous location

Tide was out enough for me to have a pebbly walk over and not long after had the cache in hand. Many thanks for the placement in such a lovely spot
A quick and easy find as we cache our way through the area today. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Well me Papillon4506, headed out for a hunt today while the weather stayed nice and we thought we could head up to safety beach area for some caches. thanks for the cache.
