Logs
Went on holiday and decided to go geocaching while I was exploring. Thanks for my first find!
After making our way down from Sydney (Sutherland Shire areas) we attended a CITO Event and had a great catch-up with everyone before doing some caching. Stopped by here on our way out and back towards home. Very quick find in the first place we looked! The container is missing a lid though.Nonetheless its a find and a lovely location/suburb! TFTC, signed and replaced. Now back home and hopefully some more caches along the way?
#15154 14:45A long weekend of geocaching away from Sydney. For this long weekend, a group of 8 geocachers descended down upon Callala Beach at Jervis Bay. Each day a different area was selected and all logs were signed with I'M ZEBRA, comprising of the initials of each member of the group. How nice to be welcomed to Callala Beach for our stay over the October Long Weekend!TFTC
Coordinates close enough after putting our thinking caps on. Log is full! THTC! ??
Quick find with a bunch of mates. Lid missing but log is dry. All in order here. TFTC!
Day 21 of my interstate trip. Today had an early start from Nowra heading south again towards Bateman's Bay where I stopped tonight. I managed to find 13 caches today and 2 DNF's.Wouldn't be a day without at least one cache on a Welcome Sign.TFTC mistysoho
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. We expected to be hunkered down all day today with the forecast rainstorm but by midmorning it was still clear so we headed out for a few hours. Well the rain stayed away and we didn't get home until it was dark! TFTC mistysoho
We came across this one on our way to visit Myola. Easily retrieved and logged between cars. Thanks for the hide.
Quick easy find. One of a few we managed to get following a number of DNFs. Good to get on scoreboard after a few blanks.
Was a little bit out in the open for the find tonight so returned it to where I think it was intended to match its Callala Bay partner in crime. TFTC.
Found it easy one knew where it would be straight away from the callala bay one. TFTC
A very busy road today so had to find a big enough gap in traffic ti make the find. Luckily it was exactly ehrre I thought it would be. Thanks!
Coordinates out by 25 metres nevertheless the hint was a help and found it in no time . Eventually the container may need replacing because of the lid but a good hide . TFTC
Found while out our for Australia Day coordinates are a little off but the clue was good, thanks for the find kids loved this one.
Easy find once I got there - Coords said 25 metres out, but the hint made it super easy regardless. TFTC!
Found this one last year, but neglected to log it. Nice to be back visiting good friends. Plenty more caches in the area for next time.
The kids wanted to go back to Callala Beach so I went as well and had a bit over an hour to do a mistysoho run. Wasn’t as successful as I liked - 3 caches, 4 AdLab stages and 4 DNFs (more time needed and lots of people about). But happy to add a few more to my 2021 tally.

I parked just part the cache and as I walked back a large Kangaroo crossed the road. GPS was a long way out here (25+ metres) but an obvious spot. Quickly signed and returned between passing vehicles.
