### **MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
This cache would appear to be in need of owner intervention, therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order, especially when a seeker reports a problem with the cache.
Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, have a read here: [Cache Maintenance Guidelines.](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) The guidelines advise; **if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can.** This Help Centre article tells you how it can be done; [Temporarily Disable and Enable.]( http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 )
**Please respond to this situation within 28 days - so as to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.**
If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to date, or the cache will be treated as an abandoned and archived without further notice.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable ](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

After a run of DNF's definitely time for a maintenance check by the CO or archiving. CO hasn't found anything for 12 months.
Another DNF added to the growing list today. Will post a needs maintenance log - time for a CO check I think.
No luck again but was hampered by eating lunch in the process. Hopefully it might be still there!
We have teamed up with mcsee&petal for a weekend of caching around the area. We had a pretty good look around today without any luck, but we will return another day. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
GZ seems to be overgrown with weed, pity because I think that is why the cache was placed to show off this little garden, had a decent look but came up empty-handed.
4th trip to this cache and I give up, grass to way long and garden's (?) are over grown.
Staying locally so decided to give this one a go in the early morning. Nice walk down and spotted a pair of King parrots in the tree above. Unfortunately there has been a heap of fresh cut grass dumped in the area. Searched a good 20m radius from GZ but turned up nothing so had to give up on this one.
Spent a lot longer on this then I should have! 4th for today. Found with Meltweedale. TFTC!
**Late log**
Found this one a long time ago with DazRascal on a day out in Benalla.
Went on a caching slump and have just found all my notes to log my caches.
We had a bit of trouble locating this one and took a bit of widening the search area to come up trumps. TFTC

Out and about with Haveanez for a days caching around Benalla.
Took some time to locate this one, and couldn't really find anywhere the clue suggested to even think we were in the right spot to look.
Read through past logs and decided to widen the search area a bit before finding the cache.
Cache signed and places back it was time for some lunch.
TFTC , Cheers.

#1706 We grabbed Some lunch from a bakery in town before making our way to the reserve to have a picnic of sorts, to search for a cache and most importantly, get away from work for a bit.
After an unsuccessful initial look, we expanded our search area and Mrs BGF finally spotted the hide. Just as well it didn't take any longer, it's pretty hot outdoors today. Tftc KTJ30

Found on a morning stroll with the geo-puppy and Jigg61. Lucky I was there to find this sneaky little hide!
found in the company of hQ88 while walking the geopuppy.good hide in this corner of the park. tftc.
Spent many a night at Churchill cheering on the kids at the netball. I didn't even realise this little garden area was up the other end. Found quickly, signed and returned and off again to the the next one. TFTC
Last cache for the day, on our way home now. Nice quick find in a great park in the housing area of town. Nobody in sight today and easy to get. TFTC
We have finally made our way back out of the Hills to a much more populated area. Fortunately by the time we arrived in Benalla any soccer games would have been well and truly finished. Took a little while to locate this one, even though we knew what to look for. Maybe we could blame it on the gathering darkness! LOL SL at 6.15pm #3043 TFTC KTJ30 - a great spot for a first hide.
Quick find on the way home from setting another cache in Reef Hills. TFTC an good to see one pop up around here.
