After completing an awesome new puzzle cache nearby I decided to stop here and give this one a go. Despite spotting a few trains and nearly getting run over by someone going over the bridge on a moped I came up empty handed did spot a few holes that could conceal a maccasreps evil nano type hide though. Even tried a PAF in desperation which confirmed I was looking in the right spot but alas no cache and no log. Will return once its been confirmed its still there.
It's been a while since Cravo and I have set aside a full day for a caching adventure, so we hatched a small plan to have Thursday afternoon free for a half day caching run.
With time being tight this afternoon we decided to head to Rockingham and shoalwater to help cleanup the map before several new hides come up in the area around the WAGB event.
We picked up all caches in the vitsol series, the new PP2 caches along Parkin road and the caches around Point Peron.
Vitsol was a great series with a great variety of containers and hide styles, certainly lived up to the name of the series! Great job kyzabra, some fav points coming your way.
We then turned our attention to the point person caches which were all great with some nicely done camo jobs and a few more installments in the shipwrecks of Western Australia series.
We then tackled the new pommie Parkin caches which were all good quick finds and helped with adding some numbers to give the day a good total find count.
We also had a sticky Beek at the facilities on offer for WAGB, which look dry nice and some
Nearby accomodation which should suffice!!
Thanks to the COs for a great day out and we look forward to coming back to Rockingham for WAGB2017!!
Fav point added

I had looked for this one previously one night to no avail. I headed out today to clean up my map, and find some of these pesky little hides. I took the hint literally which didn't help.after about half an hourof looking the cache was in hand. TFTC!
Close by today with a few spare minutes. Took a little while to eliminate some possibilities.
Thanks Maccasreps for the cache.
Thanks Maccasreps for the cache.
How come I haven't watched this movie yet? Off to Blockbusters I go!
After looking search at GZ we finally came across to this little zukker! The caches are getting harder and harder by Maccasreps. Thank you for another great cache.
Have fallen behind on my logging, yet again!!
Nothing for it but to start at the beginning and work my way through, all 96 of them.
Grrrr!!!
Anyway, came up to Rockingham today with Eliktrisiti, exploring parts of the coastline that she hadn't seen before. Had visited this spot on previous occasions, both for the original cache, then once for this one. But back then, I did't know what kind of hides this particular CO specialises in, so approached gz with a totally different notion of what to look for. Still took us quite some time to locate, but got there eventually.
Thanks for the smiley Maccasreps

There wasn't anything on the footpath either I was blind or the council worker that were there cleaned it up
Very quick find here. Geo-hubby and Mr iluvtrekking had it in hand before I had caught up with them. Thanks Maccasreps
Another movie I've not seen, but then I prefer humourous ones, and I was told there is a lot of violence in this one. Funny, I had imagined train spotting to be a very placid hobby; we did spot a train while we were here though.
The coordinates for this cache were spot on. I had my hand on it shortly after I arrived at ground zero. That does not mean I found it easily. The search continued. Nothing obvious in this spot. But there never is in Maccasreps hides. That's why they are called hides, he certainly knows how to conceal them.
The search widened but no luck, rechecked coords - back to the original spot. A closer inspection and the log was in my hand.
Thanks Maccasreps for another clever concealment.

I was in the area today having helped wellsy21 put some furniture together in her new place. So I said, let's go grab a cache.
I wanted to grab this before but never got here so today was the day. I remember finding a cache here before.
I won't give anything away but needless to say, a favourite point from me.
Great to see these creative hides you have been placing. A fav point from me.
Have you logged your WILL ATTEND for WA GOES BIG in 2016 ?
I have and am looking forward to seeing as many of you in Pinjarra on the WA Day long weekend.
Log you will attend at GC5YAGP

What a great cache!!
Was so much fun trying to figure out where this little sucker was and I have to say this is by far the best cache I have found so far, thanks Maccasreps.
Find 4 for today.

Came by here today to hopefully avenge my recent DNF. Started my search in all the same places as last time, but was a bit more persistent and eventually came away with a smilie. TFTC Maccasreps
Maccasreps, I found your cache Trainspotting 2 on 11/12/2015, 2:07 PM. This is my find #2029 and #1 today.

Well talk about cache blindness ..... This one was the last one yesterday and the first this morning .... I cant believe I missed it but after driving almost to Busselton spending the day caching and back again I guess I can be forgiven ..... Now for the cache ( sorry no spoilers ) all I can say well done ..... TFTC Now can I get fries with that !!!!!
Well this is attempt number 2 .... in between the showers still no luck and now we need bandages for our fingers due to sticking up every orrifice ...... Will be back !!!!!
Cache is back up and running, have done some modifications which should make it more durable too.
Also, due to the structural changes of the cache, you will now definitely need a log removal tool.

OK, after creating work for the owner on this cache previously (sorry [8)]) I went on the watch list. When I saw that it was back up and running upon return from work today I grabbed my kit and headed out. Knowing what I was looking for I made a bee line for the prize and didn't mess it up this time. Happily for me the log was still blank and I could claim the *FTF*
Thanks for the cache Maccasreps, it was cache number 2067 for me.
Cheers

As per wileyclans log the cache has been broken, will be up and running in a couple of days
Had no luck at this one but on reading the previous log perhaps it wasn't there if it had been broken.
Day off work so I went for a look at this one thanks to the lure of a possible first to find. Arrival in the rain saw me looking haphazardly before I noticed something interesting. I have confirmed with the CO that I did find the cache - but broke it [B)] [xx(]

After a few days laid up on the couch with a bug that I returned from work with, I decided I needed to get out and find a cache. This one fitted the bill perfectly, being 8km from home and still to be found...I parked up nearby and started searching when I was on the right side of the tracks. Having been here for a previous cache, I knew that I was going to be in for a long search. I methodically worked my way up and down near GZ, but couldnt find anything that remotely resembled a cache. Had a very similar GZ to the previous cache Trainspotting, but knew that this one was likely to be more devious. Checked all the obvious places and the not-so-obvious places, not sure where I didn't look. I will return to claim my smilie here at some point, though I'm pretty sure the FTF will have been claimed by then. TFTC Maccasreps
I noticed no one had found this cache yet so I dragged kristybelle down with me to have a look. When we got there another cachet was already searching but after about 20 minutes it started pouring with rain so we gave up looking. Will come back another time TFTH
So many places to look... not enough time to check them all! Hope to check again but I'm out of town for the weekend and I'm sure there are many smarter cachers than I out there.
