I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi zboy wonderThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
There were a few folk around here today. I tried to inconspicuously as possible check out a pile of bricks but may have been in the wrong place completely! Will keep an eye on this one. Stunning area!
DNF I searched the "piles" in the area I was directed to but it's possible my coordinates were out a bit. Do we have any confirmation that it's still there?
Out and about on a "Sunday Drive" (in spite of it being a Saturday) with my other half, we ended up driving along Stratton St so naturally decided to stop and see if we could find a cache or two.
Visiting The Woolshed had been the reason for coming up here. Apparently when the weather is better then this place is heaving, but today there were just a handful of mountain bikers. My GPS took me to a very likely hiding spot in line with the Hint, but a very thorough search there, including actually crawling in underneath the building, yielded nothing. We expanded our search but still came up blank.
Without wishing to cast aspersions, I do note that the previous finder was a complete novice. I wonder if the cache was removed? I have known that to happen more than once. If not then it's either gonnaburger or I was having a really bad day

After my walk up to the Belmont trig I decided I had time to search for a couple more caches, this one took me a while to find, but it was hidden as I thought it might be, glad I had the place to myself to search in, never been here before, a nice little spot, TFTC
I decided to go on a hunt for another oldie, and down the road seemed like a reasonable place to park and start. TFTC!!
A bit of exploring on a Sunday afternoon - the same idea as a number of muggles it appears which meant I had to be a bit more stealthly than I was expecting for this location. Didn't take too long to find. TFTC.
Mmmm, one pile, two pile, three pile, more.... now which pile is it I came for?
A reasonably straightforward find with a bit of looking and feeling.
Cache in order. Log signed, and then all re-hidden safely.
TFTC this is always a great place to visit, made even better when the weather is warm, sunny and not too breezy. Like today!
The Turtle strikes again!

Quick find where all good at GZ on a wetter than expected Christmas Day.
Thanks for another smilie.

Looked in the wrong place for a while after reading the hint but got there in the end! Tftc.
I was up this way for a run two days ago. Today I came up in my car after dark. Trying to find this by torch light was challenging but fun.
The cache is in good condition. All nice and dry.
Thank you

Fortunately I'd hit on the correct interpretation of the hint and I just needed to be systematic in my search. I found the cache in just a couple of minutes.
A lovely spot that I'd not explored before. I'll be back to pick up a couple of caches I missed on this trip.

Had us going for a while, our first interpretation of the hint had us thinking "you're joking right?"
Then it clicked and the rest was easy. Thanks!

A cool wee spot, pity about the windy day though- resulted in terrible hayfever with the younger kiddies!! haha- but we will deffinitly be back, especially because we just couldn't find the other cache further down
Took a while away from my GPS indication, and a lot of help from John (of PatandJohn).

No worries here. A nice quick find after my walk up to Belmont Trig. All good. TFTC
A lovely morning to be out and about, I had to come up this way to attend to an errand so it was good to be back in the area. A great facility and very picturesque. *TFTC zboy wonder, #9132*
Last find of the day, after returning from a walk up to the trig. Straight forward find. TFTC.
Found it after 10 min searching after a MTB night ride up the "4 degrees" track. Must have missed it the first couple of times but got there in the end.
Another great find with Just-Lookin.
Quickly located and signed - nice short walk.

A relatively quick find here today with tmann421. Enjoyed the area in the lovely sunshine today.

I had an attempt at grabbing this soon after publication, but with inaccurate coordinates and an inaccurate phone GPS, I had a large area to cover and I couldn't lay my hands on the cache. With a much more accurate device I was able to narrow down the search today and while I still struggled a bit, I spotted a likely looking hiding spot from a different angle and came up with the goods - even though this was a spot I searched previously. TFTC
It took me a few minutes to find this wee treasure. My GPSr led me between two hint objects and, after finding nothing of interest, I had to decide which direction to move to continue searching. This time I made the correct choice and I was soon signing the logsheet. The cache and contents are in excellent order.
Cache # 2,797 - took a bit of searching, as GPS lost its signal the closer I got to the building. Found the nicely concealed container after my feet were thoroughly wet from the morning dew this morning. Almost got muggled as a couple of trampers passed by, but managed to avoid them. TNLNSL. TFTC!
Out for a spot of caching with the usual crowd. A fairly quick find on a windy day. TFTC
No obvious recent disturbance of the surroundings so it was a matter of working our way along the rather nice Woolshed with UlmusLynx and Selesi. Those two agreed they hadn't seen a container like that one for a while and it brought back memories of Selesi's children's diet. She found it.
Knew there was one round the wool shed and thought we would play a bit of freestyle caching. We both could pick one spot where we thought it would be hiding. Both picked the same spot and there it was. Tftc
Didn't take too long to track this one down. Have been saving these for the next time I came walking in ?Belmont Park, but today decided a quick drive in the late afternoon sun was in order to nab a couple of caches that are a bit out of the way for me usually.
TFTC!

#6957. Returned to Stratton Street for what was thought to be a quick almost park and grab. But it took a bit of searching for this one. Well placed. The cache was in excellent condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Found while out on a walk to explore the new cycle track. Its going to be a beauty. Well done WRC. TFTC
#1230. FWF. Headed out this afternoon with the whole family to do some of the new caches in Belmont Park and ones we hadn't yet done up here. This was the first cache of the day. Despite the hint and updated coordinates it took a few minutes to locate but got there eventually. Signed the log and returned as found. Our first visit to this road end. TFTC

Given the feedback from AGCNZ and Infoferret I have updated the coordinates, not sure why mine would have been out by that much...

Eventually tracked this one down, using a combination of "where I would have hidden it?" and AGCNZ's coordinates (pretty spot on, when the phone GPS finally got it's act together). Even better, the torrential rain stayed away whilst I was searching, and the area was more sheltered than I remembered! TFTC, 2TF & FWF.
A rather serendipitous FTF at 16:50. With the perfect weather I had gone for a walk in the hills above Silverstream to clean up the most recent caches published there - I was on my way back to the vehicle and I saw this one come up on my cellphone. As it was only a short diversion on my way back to Wellington and I had the time available, I headed here. The cache was over 12 metres away from where the GPSr was pointing me (see my measured coordinates) so it wasn't an instant find, but quite a satisfying one all the same. Good to see a blank logbook - signed log, TFTC
