###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Back for another go; this time with another set of eyes to help. Again we came up empty handed. After a series of DNF logs might be time for the CO to confirm it is still in play?
The sun's out so a detour on the walk home was in order; not an auspicious start to the afternoons activity.
Took 15 year 10 students on excursion and none of us could find this. Is it still there?
Lunchtime walk with BenFeeMezzChop to grab a few smilies along this section of the creek. A lovely day.
We checked this one for a few minutes at the start of our walk but no luck. We stopped by on our way back to the car with a better idea of what the cache is. With spot on co-ords the cache was quickly in hand this time.

Found it relatively quickly- that's relative to how long it normally takes us to find an XS cache! TFTC
Being from the UK, I was a bit wary of scrabbling around to much in the bush so when I couldn't spot the cache quickly, I decided discretion was the better than valour and moved on.
Took a long time but was no need to climb into bushes but gps was off about 2 meters!
Returned after a few months and found! Was worried that it might not be locatable because nobody had been since my last trip. Brought Geonephew for his first experience so great start to the day.
Found it!
I grabbed one of the nearby caches and saw the recent DNFs so I wasn't hopeful. It was well camouflaged but not good enough for me this time.

I'll be back another day. Others asked us if we were looking for the same thing. Must be a good hide!
15:06, 13 Aug 2017, Out with Ali on our bikes in the area doing this series today... no luck finding this one.. we looked in and out and around.. orh well we will have to come back another day.. did i mention i dont like micros... haha..
Took a bit of finding until a common type of cache was spotted. Logged the find and replaced cache where it was found tftc.
Maybe some paranormal activity has been happening at GZ ....or maybe I just couldn't find the cache! Paranormal activity sounds a lot more exciting tho so let's stick with that
Another day of caching around Geelong and more finds ... Moneydork had a grand plan for a big circuit on our bikes, it come unstuck several times.
No joy for us today.
No joy for us today.
Another day and another half an hour searching here. GPS had me in a different spot today but still had no joy. Finally with the help of a friend I had the cache in hand.
It was not what I was expecting for Paranormal activity I must say. My mind was on another totally different wave length. That wouldn't have helped.

Finally found, after much searching and many attempts. Great camouflage and GPS was accurately on point. Great hide and great time.
I got lucky today. Great co-ords led me to a spot and I put my hand on the cache. Thanks Ketchthor.
Nothing is wrong here. The cache is exactly where it should be. No maintenance required.
Sorry about the delay. Will aim to check this/ have it back online by 18th January.
### **MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
This cache would appear to be in need of owner intervention, therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Geocache maintenance is a cache owner responsibility and includes regular visits to the cache to ensure it is in proper working order, especially when a seeker reports a problem with the cache.
Your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers, have a read here: [Cache Maintenance Guidelines.](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) The guidelines advise; **if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can.** This Help Centre article tells you how it can be done; [Temporarily Disable and Enable.]( http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 )
**Please respond to this situation within 28 days - so as to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.**
If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to date, or the cache will be treated as an abandoned and archived without further notice.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable ](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

What is going on here - no sign of a cache anywhere. Maybe we looked too hard here.
The four of us were hoping we would find this after a DNF on the last one but it wasn't to be.
I suspect someone might have tossed the cache into an inaccessible tangle of bushes perhaps
25 July 2016
Spent a fair amount of time looking in the bush for this one but considering there are houses so close i had to call it a DNF till another day or residents arriving home from work may get suspicious. We will be back!

3rd time lucky. Geodad helped with this one. Thanks to the CO for pointing me in the right direction also. Find number [160]
Looked for over 20mins. Even had a lady ask me if I was doing the geocache thing. She pointed to where ppl look as she lives opposite the park. Still no luck
Too good for me today. Checked the logs and spoilers but still couldn't come up with the goods. Simply will have to come back and search again.
Thanks for the hunt Ketchthor

As the sun sets, AKETCH1 waits patiently for the dog walkers to pass and then, like a panther - he pounces on the cache, signs log and disappears back into the bush.
Took advantage of the extra hour thanks to daylight savings ending. So headed out with na'wal to grab this series.
Still darkish when we got to this one so had to use torch light. Took a while and I joked about what it was. And it turns out I was correct. Not what I first thought it would be.
Log signed and replaced.

With an extra hours sleep last night, it was planned that Buzzsmc and I would tackle this series and a few others around the area. We woke early, had our GPSr loaded, grabbed our geo tool kit and we were off up the highway. The roads were quite and it was still dark when we arrived. We found 15 from 16 attempts today.
This was the second of our morning run. We parked close by and still needed our torch for this one. Day break was upon us and lucky no mugles about. We circled this one and read the clue which in the end was correct, GPSr had me a few meters off. I noticed this one and the right angle and have seen a fair few of these before so I knew it straight away, still a sneaky hide. Stamped and returned as found.
**Thanks for this cache and series, Ketchor**. [^]
**Log and container in good condition.**
**Took Nothing, Left Nothing.**

GPS jumped around a lot & had us walking in circles.
Lots of poking about in bushes, but no joy.
Thanks anyway.

Today was day 70 of our trip out of Sydney to visit the southern states of Victoria and Tasmania.
This was a nice find with nobody much around to hinder the search, although it did take a bit of looking until a familiar type of hide was spotted. After the log had been signed the cache was replaced where we had found it. Thank you for bringing us to this area and thank you for placing this cache for us and others to find.

No screaming, nightmares or paranormal activity as we worked our way around the Skeleton Creek cache series, in the good company of Ian and Penny, before they head off travelling again.
Our thanks to Ketchthor for bringing us to this location.

[font=Comic Sans MS]Hi there Ketchthor. We found your cache "Skeleton Creek #3 Paranormal Activity" today. This cache makes our find count 12538.

We spent a really enjoyable day today, caching with Phetlern. We started off in Werribee South then roamed across to Point Cook, Seabrook, Williams Landing and Hoppers Crossing. We found a good cross section of 'caches ranging from Nano right up to Large, and arrived back at camp tired and ready for a few drinks, a baked salmon dinner and a huge pavlova (Thanks Penny & Helen).
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt,
Regards
Ian & Penny.[font=Verdana]

This one had us searching for a while, determined not to leave until it was found.... Got it! TFTC
Great path in an area that I have not ventured out to.
I liked doing this series.
Nice Summer day to get out and pick some caches up.

15:24, 2 January 2016. #313. The iPhone and gypsy disagreed where this one was. The gypsy won by quite a margin when the cache finally revealed itself. Another simple, clever hide.
SLTFTC and for another interesting series Ketchthor.

Came past with geomum on a hot hot day. After about two minutes of hunting through bushes in the 38 degree heat we decided that today wasn't the day and to come back another time.
Finally found time to look for this one and wasted too much time before I finally found it. I even paf and then spotted it! Very good hide and camo. TFTC and the series Ketchthor.
This cache took us a little longer to find as there sure were plenty of spots to search. Great cache hide yet again!

I made much to hard work looking for this.
I looked under every branch.
Then when I did find it well I'd seen a few like this before.
Signing the log I was soon on my way.

With a sore foot and not wanting to head down to the G2Q Rail Trail this weekend, Mrs. caughtatwork and I chose this little series not too far away. Well, certainly closer than Geelong let me tell you.
This one was a great challenge, despitre very accurate cio-ords we simply weren't looking for the right thing. Eventually we found it when I just about stepped on it. Doh!
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks Ketchthor for this series of caches for a nice stroll along the creek.

# 9671. Out and about on a grey cool day with Robmc gathering up a few caches around Hoppers Crossing and Werribee. A bit of a frustrating caching day overall - I am used to rural caching and find urban caching much harder to cope with., however we did manage 16 finds and 1 DNF.
A nice easy find for us today as it was just sitting there waiting for a cacher to find. It should of course remain free from muggles. Slightly larger than the ones we usually find like this.
Thanks Ketchthor

Bettyboo3747 and I jumped into the geo-chariot and went down to Altona and Hoppers for a few local caches.
Again no Paranormal Activity around here, in fact, no activity at all. Made for easy searches though!
A different hide here. BB spotted it before we got into any bushes.
Thanks, Robmc.

Another quick find for me today. To a pro cacher this was an easy find as I have seen many of these caches, they never get boring though. TFTC
After a nice breakfast out and with the sun beaming, before I headed home to do housework I decided to give this cache another go. With daylight on my side I thought I would be able to score it easy enough. I arrived at GZ and started looking and was coming up with nothing. I re-looked at the hint and thought I was on the right track, but nothing was popping out at me. I was about to give up and turned around and noticed something that didn't look quite right. Sure enough a sneaky cache was found sitting there in plain sight! TFTC
Contrasting with the last hide, this is a type that I am not at all fond of - In vegetation with a hint that does not actually help. There is an explicit statement in the description to not trample on the bushes but many people read this after looking, if at all. I actually found the cache after giving up after a shortish search, and no, you do not need to trample any vegetation at all. Unfortunately this is exactly what will happen.
