Great spot! Really nice to see how well this hall has been looked after. Unfortunately it looks like this cache may be MIA, couldn't see anything at GZ and it looked to have had a bit of work done recently.
Found with PapaGrouch. Took a while to find, PapaGrouch had given up and so I had a go. Spotted a broken lid in the loose grass under the hall, so investigated a bit further and found the rest of the container under the grass. Replaced as found but it might stand a check, not sure if it was supposed to be at ground level and the container appeared to have been caught by a whipper snipper or something. TFTC
Found whilst on a very non direct route to QOGM - Charleville 2022.
On the hunting trail again with SeasonedBird (aka Mrs Geo, Salty Chook, the Old Boiler, Old Chook, Dirty Bird, Angry Bird & occasionally even Love Bird). It’s a great day for caching.

Easy find. But needs some attention. The log book is breaking into pieces. Found a spot to sign then replaced as found. Find # 1157. Thanks PalsLove

Spending a rainy day caching in the Yarraman/Cooyar area. This one was on the way so made the stop and found the cache quickly. Tftc PalsLove
A week long holiday of driving for the 3 turmoils as we headed to Emerald for the geoart.
Not very hidden so we popped it a little more out of view.

Quite an impressive number of ants nests have been built in the front lawn here. Almost more nests than grass! Cache was found on the ground so we have replaced it where it looks like it should be. TFTC PalsLove
Found with our new geocaching friends. Quick and easy find. Left a stickeez vegetable toy.
Ground was a bit wet so I had to grab my picnic blanket to lay on - I dont like to blindly stick my hands on things. Nice easy find - log is falling apart and is nearly full. TFTC
It's a pity that these halls which used to be the hub of a community are so underutilised now. TFTC
A few caches on my way up to the QOGM 2019 event at Blackall....

Found with Touchstone7 on a trip out west of Brisvegas. We were up visiting my father and decided that a little side trip around an area I haven't really been to could be fun.
And of course, there were caches.
Thanks for the cache and sorry for the late log. Sometimes life gets a little hectic

Return in to malaney at the end Of 3 days exploring the country areas west of our father's.
The cache was quickly located and is in good condition. The hall looks quite impressive today, offset by green grass and storm clouds, which seem to be building quickly.

We pulled up on the grass and the wind is so strong the grass is getting blown over. CaptainVimes made a quick find in the obvious spot. Thanks for the cache
Chasing - a coppers job is chasing! Although lately I feel like I’m being stalked by a tall bearded man. I’m going to have to check in with the Assassins Guild and see if someone else has engaged their services. At least it means I’m doing my job.
We stopped here for a breather and to take in the views, a large hare ran out from under the hall and across the road into nearby bushes, cache was well hidden but easy to spot to a geocacher, made for a nice easy park and grab before heading on to Nanango

On the way home from Cooyar, we came this way after visiting the bats at The Palms.
Pulled up in front of the hall and it was a quick find with the description.
Convenient seat at the front step to sit and sign the log.

Hi there PalsLove.
We have based ourselves in Nanango for a few days & picked a cache that was some distance away and then tried the "Next Closest" route calculation method to complete our cache raid. Unfortunately that didn't quite go to plan as some of the caches on the rail trail were a little above Penny's terrain rating so we took a punt on "Beans", and that took us on quite a mystery tour. (Unfortunately we didn't get the final as it was an unsolved puzzle before we started, and those don't even make it into our GPS.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area & ended up finding quite a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route.
We found 18 caches today & DNF'd 0. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Ate a pear & found a cache. They had just mowed the grass so we had a green carpet in the front of the car. Looks like the car wash is our next stop at Toowoomba. Kutgw
Heading off for a weekend adventure with 1minniemoo and nyssaflutterby. This was a nice quick find, we could see it as we walked up, so we hid it a little better when we left.

Pulling up at this cache, which NyssaFlutterby had done, she decided to stay in the car to continue writing her logs, while Wombles&Co and I headed over to look for the cache, hearing the nearby neighbours chatting away.
The cache was found on the ground so we signed the logbook and replaced properly.

Interesting story about the hall and where it came from. Cache all nice and dry. TFTC PalsLove
Love travelling the back roads. This is a pretty little hall with its recent paint job. Great cache placement allowing a search out of view of the neighbours. Spotted a likely looking container on the ground and was grateful for the geocaching sticker alerting us that we did in fact have the right thing...replaced back on its perch. Thanks PalsLove.
Decided to spend a few days camping in Nanango with my geodog Scruffy, so we just had to go out and find some of the caches hidden in this beautiful part of QLD.

I'm visiting Yarraman for the weekend and met up with Brother Colin and teamdfl today to set up camp. Then after some lunch, we decided to take a drive out west to grab a few caches.
Yes, that is definitely a hall [^] Spot on co-ords made this a very quick find in the first spot I looked. TFTC, PalsLove.

95Km from home.
Our first outing in our (New to us) caravan, a sudden change of plan when Mrs R-F found out here Victorian based brother was on the coast for the weekend so instead of night one at the base of the Bunya Mountains we found ourselves spending it in Mooloolaba.
We’re now headed West to Yarraman and have unhitched “The Mystery Machine” (The Van) from ScoobieDo (Our Subaru Outback) at the Yarraman Caravan Park and are doing a bit of a run around some of the local caches.
As soon as we arrived, I reckoned I’ve done a geocache here before, not just in the same area, but the same hide. May have been a GCA cache back then. Pretty sure last time I got covered in spider webs so Mrs R-F rushed out of the car and I let her…
A quick find for here and we headed off to the next on the list.
The hide is excellent, the container is in good nick and the log is ready for the next finder.
We took nothing but memories, we left nothing but footprints and our tag.
Thanks for the cache PalsLove.
Cheers

Travelling around Australia and now super excited to be finally starting our trek to the Easter Geocaching Event at Alice Springs.
Staying longer than initially planned in Nanago as the GeoCruiser has been at the Toyota Doctors.
With the Cruiser back on the road we decided to make today about testing it out to the extremes before we tow our house further North. Pleased to report all seems good.
Had a great day touring and mostly visiting Yarraman and surrounds, using Geocaching as a guide. Only 2 DNF's and 1 was definitely muggled so is that only 1 dnf [?] [:o)] lol.
TFTC PalsLove and an awesome day.

A day out was planned with Slow Puncture to find as many of Queensland's oldest caches as possible in a single day trip around the Darling Downs today.
We passed through Ravensbourne, Crows Nest, Carbalah, Meringandan, Kingsthorpe, Goombungee, Haden and Yarraman on our adventure, finding 8 oldies and a total of 26 caches during the 540 km drive .
On the way home, we stopped in here. Thankfully the place was deserted, and the hint made it a quick find.
This cache is in good condition, and makes smilie #2872 for us. Thanks **PalsLove** for showing us this spot. Discover our code TGQNRV, and mention where you saw it.

Thursday. It was an early start for both Orange Crew and Slow Puncture as were out today to collect some of the Oldest and Finest as well as other caches that came along our way.
A quick find on this one which was a blessing as our time was running out for the day with trying to find all the caches we wanted to collect on our list. Lovely spot here and we added our names to the log for a smiley.
This was the 23rd of 26 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***PalsLove***, for showing us this place.

Floating around the area while we wait for the event in Toowoomba on 15th October. Have had scratchy internet since we arrived on 10th October, so late in logging. Have been around this area previously and found some of the caches. Now, catching up on the missed ones.
Arrived, and sat in the shade while geo hub spoke to muggle son, (we had been out of phone range for a couple of days) before we found the hide.
Thanks PalsLove

We decided to have a Sunday drive seeking caches, so we mapped out a bit of a trail that would take us from Kingaroy through to Brooklands, Maidenwell, and Yarraman before heading back up the highway to Kingaroy. This was number 9 on our list, and the front of the hall seemed like the perfect spot to stop for a well-earned coffee break. Then it was back to business, and time to locate the cache. It was an easy enough find, thanks to the great clue. What did surprise us was that the inside of the container was quite wet, and the log was soggy. Given the well-elevated hiding spot, it's difficult to imagine how water got into the container. We dried it out as best we could, but it could probably still use a bit of maintenance. Thanks PalsLove for adding to our most enjoyable Sunday Drive. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
another day of our touring through QLD. Thanks to all the CO's for the caches that break the monotony of travelling, and adding to our list of smileys. Log is very wet and mouldy, needs replacing
Having come to Crows Nest for the Rural Challenge Event and staying overnight, we planned on caching today from Crows Nest to Yarraman and then as time allowed a few on the way home to Brisbane. Today was in the company of Nadine1989.
Love these old country halls - there seems to be a multitude of them in the South Burnett region right down to Toowoomba. The cache was damp inside - large sweat drops have formed. Likewise inside the zip-lock bag, making the log book quite damp - but still signable.
Found at 12.05pm on 29th May 2016. TFTC.

RoddyC and me started on this morning very early to find some caches on our way. Most of them there traditional ones and not very complicated. The two special ones, one multi and one mystery were great! I enjoyed the tour, the landscape and the caches.

Jelly the Wonderdog and myself were now on the return leg of our roadtrip. Picking up a random smilie that crossed our paths. Not sure if I made the best stealth mission to GZ driving around most of the Hall to get closest, but we managed to be out of view of any neighbours. With Spangle still pumping out that delicious air conditioning, I left Jelly to go forth and make a smilie. It didn't take much time until I had the beasty in hand. I left a mark and replaced the cache as found.
