The drizzle was heavier and the road muddy as we found this one.. luckily we were able to pull over on the grass. The car was covered in mud though, so we decided to skip the next cache down this road as the parking was nowhere near as handy. The a trip to Koo Wee Rup car wash to clean off the mud! Thanks PsychoVanjie.
Did your Dore Way (I) today. 8 October 2024 3:23 pm Tyfc PsychoVanjie total caches now 6999 .
Apologies to the spider who made a home in the bottom of the cache accidentally dropped him the the grass
A super easy find! No problems here like its absent twin down the road, TFTC in this super hot Labour Day holiday, currently 37 degrees third day running!
After having trouble at the previous cache we were prepared to drive past this one, but the grass seemed shorter here so we stopped and after a short search I found a container, log and some camo. I signed the log and then reconstructed the cache. It appears to be missing it's cable tie.Thank you PsychoVanjie for this cache.
Came to Cape Paterson for a weekend. We were going to ride our ebikes but the weather was to rainy So decided to explore the area. Trip over to Wilsons Prom finding a few caches on the way. On our way home to Geelong today and finding a few caches on the way home. TFTC
Out and about near Tooradin today. I had my sights set on a small series in the area put out in 2015 and still going. I was interrupted by muggles last time I was here. The grass was long but despite the sunshine it was not hot so I carefully searched the area. No snakes about.. Thanks PsychoVanjii for placing the cache.
Quick drive by on the way home from mums birthday in Drouin. Nice easy find. TFTC
Parked with one set of wheels of the road and crossed fingers - very soft ground but it held. quick find and on to the next.
Two days we got our rental car at the airport and we’re advised the car was brown. It seemed better than white and in my mind would hide dirt better after driving up country roads finding some caches.
The important bit they left out was that the colour was actually baby shit brown. It’s a colour that everyone looks at and not for good reasons. Thankfully there was no one on this road to ridicule our rental car. tftc

I'm grabbing a few caches on this quiet rds to somewhere. While the surrounding Roads are super busy thanks to the long weekend. It didn't take me too long to find this cache.
Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to PsychoVanjie for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

Easier in the GeoPrado than the truck.
Waited for a lone cyclist to ride past before making a quick find.

Disturbed a couple of pretty colored bugs under this one. I’ve got to say: I love caches where I can have a quick search without feeling like a weirdo, due to muggles . TFTC
Wondered if it was where it was meant to be? Also wonder if Aunty Kath Dore who lived in this area, is part of the reason for this road name. Tftc
Last few caches for the day. This one was a reasonably quick find. Thanks
Out and about with two great friends Mrx2 and Monica_is_evil. Thanks for showing these locations. TFTC
Found this cache had flown out if the coup! Popped back in a safe secure place. Log slightly soggy.
Easier than the last one thankfully. Parked the car and walked straight up to it!
Since Victorians were released from Stage 3 lockdown we have tried to get out regularly to do a caching run. Our plans for travelling the central parts of NSW and Q’land were thrown into disarray in 2020, so our caching numbers for the year ended up being our worst in 10 years of caching, so we are keen to up the ante this year. As usual we met up with caching buddy Rebel Acts, and as a result have signed many of our joint finds RASP.
After leaving home in the rain we arrived in Warragul to see it get heavier. The forecast said it would clear towards later morning, but we were more hopeful than believing. However the further west we travelled the drier it got, and ended up a lovely day-weather wise that it. Unfortunately as we took a break to have lunch it was to hear Dan announce a short, sharp Stage 4 lockdown for the entire state. Thank goodness we decided to do the caching run today instead of tomorrow! We blame Rebel. Last year we were on a caching run with him at Glenmaggie when Dan announced the Stage 3 lockdown. We ended up with a full house after that, our daughter moved in with her husband and their kids so we could help them cope with working from home, remote schooling and preschool watching.

Another great day out with My friends Skipair who picked Me up from home for a day out caching, we picked this area for today's fun and to clean a few unfound caches off the map.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels.
Logs signed as RASP
Thanks PsychoVanjie for the cache.

TFTC! Luckily this was a quick find with Rodneys1 as there were some works up at the intersection. However as we came from the south no one saw us!
Spending the afternoon doing maintenance (required or not) on caches that I have recently adopted
Found it , Should have worn the gumboots with all the rain we have just had. With our feet all wet we still found and signed the log. Tftc
Enabled because its safe to find, but hope people are sanitising before touching anything.
Another quick and easy find. Thanks for the cache. All looks to be in good order.
Gee some hints on caches around this area would make it a more enjoyable experience. Tftc
This one required a little more hunting as the gps was trying to tell me I needed to be 10 meters out into the field. I knew that was wrong so I kept searching and eventually I was pointed and the phone corrected and gave me gz. I soon had the cache in hand. There looks to me a few branches down but none effecting the cache.
Thanks Dvynanjl for the cache.
Found at 7:34 pm on 13/2/19.
Find # 1253

Out and about around Tooradin, amongst the coastal villages and vast seas of vegetables and equine activity.
Front door/ back door, not quite sure!
Thanks to 'Dvynanjl' for adopting and caring for this gamepiece.

Very easy find today. Found this cache and its holder on the ground. Needs fixing back in its place. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kkams
Caching day on my day off and weather was too warm. Found it. Nice spot. Plastic string has been broken. Need to replace. Thanks mcsee&petal for placing the cache.
Another quick find by SirJ-Oz at 1532 on a New Year drive with his clan to try to find some waves. I'm having no luck with GPSr accuracy or with instinct on this run, at this rate I might as well stay in the car!
Thanks for the cache Dvynanjl.
Thanks for the cache Dvynanjl.
Find #4080. Found @ 15:33 with AmethystPig and The Good Lady Wife (skirrel and j-bean were in the car, but didn't get out for the caching).
The outing for the day was to visit a beach, and find some waves. With AmethystPig in town, we invited him along for the ride. After going to beaches in Tooradin, Jam Jerrup and Kilcunda and doubling the intended travel distance, we found some satisfactory waves. Then we followed up in San Remo with some fish and chips for dinner... a fine way to spend New Years Day.
Navigating to the water via a collection of caches on the way to Tooradin, and we came across these caches. Three from three for me for this stretch of road.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Dvynanjl

Another nice hide on a quiet country road. Lots of warbling magpies and rabbits running around in the morning. Thanks for the cache.
Another easy one in fact I could spot it from the road before gnome5580 even got to it. TFTC!
Out for a drive, we circled a couple of times before locating the cache. Well hidden, safe and sound, thanks mcsee&petal
Found this one which gave me a clue what I was looking for for a couple of previous DNFs
Another find as we meandered towards Warneet to do the walk with nature. tftc.
Apologies for the generic logs, but unless something needs attention they will do.
Petal and I visited the caches we adopted out before moving last year, as we can now log them as we no longer have any connection to them. The caches now are under the careful watch of my geobuddy and are in good hands for others to find.
Thanks to Dvynanjl for the caches - we loved them. lol

Don't you just love it when you roll right up to it, step out the car and spot it? That was this one for us. Tftc.
Not going to lie, I went to the 2nd cache first and just had no luck. So my next idea was to go do the first cache first then go to the second one. So this cache was found rather quickly actually, little no know struggle, so with the hint that was got from the type of the hide and I returned back to the other cache victorious. Anyways thanks for the cache and the little adventure.

Catching up with some late logs.
The Drovers were staying with us for a quick visit so we naturally went out for a day of caching
We haven't been around this area for quite awhile so we decided to target it today.
The weather was quite kind to us and we had a great day out letting the GPSr be our guide
as we wandered around these back roads.
We have been out along this road in the past chasing caches for the Casey Fields Mega.
Today we came back and located much easier hides and very happily added our names to the log.
Thanks once more mcsee&petal for placing these caches to get us out of the house and get a bit of fresh air.

Spending the weekend with Team Crackers, and headed out for a fun day of caching.
We found a variety of caches, some harder to spot than others.
Signed the log and replaced as found.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Dvynanjl, for us and others to find.
