In Napier with rattll for work. A quick stop at GZ, soon had the cache in hand. Signed, and returned as found. Tftc!
I have accompanied matagouri on an overnight work trip to Napier, so today I get to head out to grab whatever caches I can within walking distance, while he's busy working! It was a beautiful sunny, but slightly cool morning, which was ideal for my wander around. I'd tried to get this one on a previous visit, but there were way to many muggles about, including exactly at GZ so I just kept walking. Once again there were muggles here when I arrived, but this time I had arranged to meet matagouri here, so sat down and waited until they eventually moved on. Once the coast was clear, it was a quick find. Thanks for putting this here
Today I was going to Tauranga but before we left I decided to get a near by geocache so I got on my bike and went to the cache. I got to the cache and my geocache senses knew where it was I found it signed the log and then went to get a ice cream and went home a fun geocache experience that got me out and about! Tftc!#66 -MONKSTHATMONKEY
In Napier for 4 days to surprise my Dad for his 80th birthday, and I needed to fit in a spot of caching for the latest souvenir on offer form geocaching HQ..... it looked like not too many muggles to be found.....TFTC.
This isn't the sort of location that I can comfortably visit but it was a cool late afternoon and nobody else was around. I had a fair idea what I was looking for (confirmed by since reading earlier logs) but it was a DNF for me despite giving it a good go.
Sneaky hide but worth it.
Infoferret has a few days of leave to use up and asked if I would like to accompany her on a jaunt to Napier. How could I say no???
Kia ora rawa atu for the cache Cee Vee.

9 February 2023 10:30 TFTC SunnyBunny64, RainbowJordy. Adopted by CeeVee for placing this cache, number 12352 for me. Although today was intended to be a puzzle finding day, we couldn't resist a couple of traditional caches on the way....
#13,081. Park, walk and grab in the playground on Allen Berry Avenue in Pirimai, Napier. Fortunately, GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Quick find. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Out on a bike ride and finally made it to this cache (also found out where the famous Pirimai Fish and Chips shop is nearby). The log strip is full and unfortunately I didn't have a replacement with me. Will send a photo to you CeeVee to prove I was there.

A nice quick find in a nice park that was surprisingly empty on such a nice day. TFTC

Found it with ease, no pen so had to go for the painful photo log, took on concrete as not to reveal place
Due to the MEGA postponement - DavidsonClan and I struggled to put together a weekend plan. The path of least resistance lead to a Squirrelnutcase & Fap'N'Gap adventure in Napier. My Alarm went off at 2:30am and caching started just before sunrise. We had an excellent day but due to a few DNF's - we'll be back. A big Thank You to the CO's for the virtual tour of your city.
This cache was found quickly and without fuss thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placement. Cheers Cee Vee & TFTC

With (Mr) Davidson Clan, Gap (of Fap and Gap), and Philip.Perry. This line up was stitched together last night, just in time for our 4AM departure from Rotorua… We have planned another blitz of Napier caches. This should seriously tidy our geomap…
Not a muggle in sight this long weekend Saturday - A quick find. Thanks SunnyBunny64 and RainbowJordy and TFTC.

Long weekend plans to attend the Mega in Auckland we’re postponed due to lockdown in Auckland. We decided to do a day trip to Napier so it was an early start Philip.Perry picked me up just before 4am and we meet up with Squirrel Nutcase and Gap from Fap and Gap on the road out of Rotorua at 4am. Had a fairly mild day weather wise only a few DNF were logged the rest of the caches found mostly in good order. Thanks to all the CO’s for placing and maintaining your caches.
Nice easy find on our way back to waipukurau unfortunately had no spare paper log book is full and needs replacing
Lovely play area. No children around so it was an easy find. Thanks for the placement
One of nine caches located today on day 5 of our motorhome summer holiday to Hawkes Bay. Went for a bike ride on one of the Hawkes Bay ‘iways’ before breakfast, not knowing how far it would take me. I’m impressed with the number and variety of these trails! Landed up picking up a couple of caches along or close to my route. Took a brief moment to find this one. I’m just glad the playground wasn’t being used at the time! #3660. TFTC.
while up in the Hawkes bay i endevoured to locate caches , nd this was one of them. the cache was easily located signed and returned to its hidey hole . I took nothing and left nothing
thank you for this cache

We were out this way to grab some fis n chips for dinner after enjoying a day at Splashplanet. While we were waiting for our order my eldest son and I grabbed this cache. Nice issues with find, thanks for hiding it.
In Taradale for a Dahlia Show. Time to find some caches before heading home. Thanks Cee Vee for the cache.
Quick find while visiting next door. Log getting full, only seven blank spaces left. Thanks for the hide.
Playground filled up with muggles making re-stashing a challenge.

I shifted my snail shell from Taupo to here yesterday and after getting a few things to fill the larder I was off to sign off the odd puzzle cache and get some nearby trads as well.
Luckily there were no muggles here today.
Cheers for the cache.

Mum ducked out to grab this one at lunch time, as she had a gap on the caching calendar to fill.
As she pulled up, she was pleased she chose today, as the area was pretty quiet. A couple of kids scootered by as she got out of the car; but they were gone by the time she found the area she wanted to search. She was a bit concerned the cache had disappeared, as there was evidence of a recent fire in the area - but after a bit of searching she spotted it (true to previous logs, it was pretty well camouflaged). Cache signed, and ready to be replaced; and back came the kids... They didn't pay much attention and were gone in no time... phew!

The colour matching on this one is almost perfect. Might have also been the time of day, making it harder to see. Got it in the end. Thanks!
Found during an early morning walk. Always glad to find find small ones with no hint. Felt for it rather then saw it. TFTC
In Napier for a couple of days visiting friends and caching (priority not necessarily in that order). I enjoyed revisiting this area after quite a number years. I had to hang around trying not to look dodgy until the muggles departed GZ, then found it quite quickly. TFTC.
OMG, this was really tricky. So small and the colour just make it so hard to spot!
I signed on the last spot on the one side, other side still completely free.
Thanks CeeVee for taking over several caches in the area. It's really good to see them good to go again!

Noticed that someone logged a find a couple of weeks ago. Thought I'd go have a look for it myself. Yep a quick find and log in good order. Cheers
I'm staying nearby with the kids for a few days and decided to bring them to this playground. While I was here I thought I'd take a look for this, even though it's been disabled. I had to wait for a muggle with her kids to finally leave the GZ before I could start my search. It didn't take too long before I spotted it - it really blends in well. It had been so long I struggled a little bit with getting the log out - even the standard trick with this type of container didn't work. I eventually got it out and signed my name next to the last nearly two-year old signature. Replaced log and cache. TFTC

Found on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Easy find, cords were pretty good so we figured where it would be quite easily. Tftc
Had a go and was really getting into searching then the rain came. Its on our 're-visit' list
Finally found this cache. Took mum and dad to help us search. Was sure we had searched everywhere, but no!
Yay.. My first Sunnybunny & Rainbow Jordy cache! I knew what it was going to be, and where it was going to be, but still took me ages to find! A great park local to my house. TFTC.
This should have been an easy find. Walked straight up to gz and knew exactly where to look but...couldn't locate the cache! Just as we were leaving I decided to check a couple of spots again and found it
A few people around the park today. Lucky was a quick find. Nice to come to a spot we never knew existed. Tftc
FTF just as dusk is settling in. Playground is so lovely and a great story comes with it. Well hidden. TFTC.
