Ummm forgot that some of these dirt roads go for ages.
We are meant to stick around on bitumen roads but figured what the hell.
The rest will have to wait until a couple of days when we have another respite day.

Day two of our “Raising Hell in Maidenwell” false start cache run…
Our “Raising Hell in Maidenwell” cache run, it was supposed to be a car show but incorrect info on the website had Scooby Doo (Subaru Outback) and the Mystery Machine (Caravan & Mobile Geo HQ), stacked, loaded and ready to go on the wrong weekend. With Mr RF hanging for a day off and a trip anywhere, we decided to change the weekend into a cache run with a visit to the Maidenwell Hotel Saturday night for the monthly “Pig on a Spit”. Basing the Mystery Machine (Van) in the pubs free camping area Friday afternoon for a Sunday departure we headed off to do some caches.
Looking, looking, looking, walking up and down, walking down and up, this tree that tree, had enough and as I’m heading for the car I spot the hide. Our last find for the weekend. Thanks for all your efforts Fisher Clan we have had a great time finding your caches.
We took nothing but memories; we left nothing but footprints and our tag.
The hide is excellent, the container is in good nick and the log is in good condition and ready for the next finder.
Thanks for the cache Fisher Clan.
Cheers

Out and about in the area finding a few caches with some friends after lunch.
Last time I was I spent 1/2hr in a fruitless search. This time I found it in the first place I looked.
Thanks for the cache.

I'm visiting Yarraman for the weekend and met up with Brother Colin and teamdfl today to set up camp. Then after some lunch, we decided to take a drive out west to grab a few caches.
Last one for the afternoon, and we only came here because BC had had a DNF on it last time he was here. Seems he spent half an hour wandering around then, but today he walked straight up and made the find! TFTC, Fisher Clan.

This was our last one for the day and also Brother Colin's first for the trip. He had a DNF previously. Out of the car and straight to it today.
A detour along Glencliffe provided nice views over to the Bunyas,
but no nice views of a cache

Out and about with Ranibaskale finding a few geocaches and enjoying the scenery. We stopped to find this one, and looked for a while before checking the recent activity. Ooooh Brother Colin logged a DNF?! Well that settles it, we're not leaving til we find this cache, LOL! We wandered around and around then all of a sudden I spotted it. Not where I expected it to be, perhaps the hint is slightly cryptic... but the cache was there and now has our signatures too. Thanks for the cache, Fisher Clan.
Out and about in the camping van for two days of Geocaching.
And I am on another dirt road. The van will need a wash after today.
I slowly made my way to this cache as the van is not exactly the vehicle of choice for dirt roads.
NOOOOO. After a very long search I had to walk away.

Decided it was time for anoher mini road trip so set off heading West out through Woodford, Yarrraman and eventually Kingaroy hoping to pick up a few caches and have some fun along the way Unfortunately the log is saturated needs replacing.

Found this cache after a visit for the Earth Cache at the Bunya Mountains. It's nice not to think too hard again while caching, lol. Found the cache safe and well in its hidey hole and thankfully signed the log. Cheers Fisher Clan and thanks for all your caches I've been finding today. [^][^]
After turning into Glencliffe Road from Williams Road, we didn't have far to travel before we had to stop to find an Eclipse tin cache hiding away in a mossy little spot. No wildlife to annoy us, er, for us to enjoy today.
Found at 4:15pm on 3rd December 2015. TFTC.

Out and about with one half of The Drovers from the South Burnett to Gympie areas for a couple of days caching. We found a variety of caches and containers along the way and plenty of different hides to keep us on our toes along the way and this was one of them.
Thanks to all the CO's for placing and maintaining the caches along the way.

Mr Drover joined up with Konie and headed off, for a 2 day caching & camping trip.
Drove from Caboolture to cache the hills, travelling 600 kms in a loop & back to Caboolture.
We found a variety of cache hides and containers, some a little tricky to find.
Thanks to the CO's for all the effort of placing and maintaining these caches, we had an awesome 2 days.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Fisher Clan, for us and others to find.

Arrived home from my big caching trip Sunday afternoon and spent Monday and tuesday just unwinding, sort of. Well now to have a look at the fisher Clan new lot. Nanango to Kumbia via Brooklands to commence my hunt. 22 hides and it looks like a few hours worth for me. turned out to be 251 Kilometers Nanango to Nanango. Left home at 9 am and arrived home at 1430 that means 5.5 hours of fun. Broad Plains was my last one and the GPSr indicated 74 Kilometers from thee to home.
Signed log YOF as that is what I use on small and micro logs to save space on the paper as I write big.
Parked safe close to GZ and was a quick find. TFTC Fisher_Clan

Saw a series of new caches in this area come up yesterday, so it seemed like a perfect opportunity for a Sunday drive in an area we haven't explored yet. This was No.3 on our list. It was a very easy find, in the obvious spot for a cache. Thanks Fisher Clan for giving us the opportunity for a great little adventure. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
