Heading out for a little road trip from our mountain holiday house, this was the first for the day.
Had to traverse some long grass to find the location but safe with its guardian. J wanted to relocate said guardian but I thwarted his efforts and it remains safe in place.

Heading to Hervey Bay for a week's holiday with the geokids and geodog. This was our first cache for the day. I have decided to stay mostly on bitumen after the rain over the couple of days.
It desperately needs a new log book.

It is unusual to find a place that you can pull off the road when towing a caravan to pick up a cache. Thank you. SL TFTC

My husband and I decided to come up here from Brisbane and stay at the accomadation centre nearby in possum lodge. It's the first weekend allowed after lockdown during covid19. Today we went to kingaroy after our morning 10km Bush walk. It was great to find some caches along the way. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
It was time to move along the road again with the caravan in tow. This cache was found with ilook4geo and both names were added to the log. All was then put back as found to await the next finder. A nice quick and easy find is good while travelling. Many thanks go to Fisher Clan for putting this cache into play.
Our travels took us further west today, along with goingplaces2. Picked up a selection of caches, signed each log and replaced as found. TFTC.
On our way home slowly after the QOGM event in Blackall and finding some great geocaches along the way.
If the container is small we may sign as CG.
Lots of thanks to Fisher Clan for placing the cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.

On our way to the Bunya Mountains for a few days, stopped off for the cache. Thanks Fisher Clan for the cache .
Found by Mary and David at 1140. What a view across to so much water. Hope it has rained in Melbourne, as our lawn crunched under foot before we left. Our thanks to Fisher Clan.
While camping in the Nanango area with my geodog Scruffy, we just had to get out & about finding some caches in the surrounding areas.

Day two of our “Raising Hell in Maidenwell” false start cache run…
Our “Raising Hell in Maidenwell” cache run, it was supposed to be a car show but incorrect info on the website had Scooby Doo (Subaru Outback) and the Mystery Machine (Caravan & Mobile Geo HQ), stacked, loaded and ready to go on the wrong weekend. With Mr RF hanging for a day off and a trip anywhere, we decided to change the weekend into a cache run with a visit to the Maidenwell Hotel Saturday night for the monthly “Pig on a Spit”. Basing the Mystery Machine (Van) in the pubs free camping area Friday afternoon for a Sunday departure we headed off to do some caches.
Our third cache in 10 minutes, we’re flying…
We took nothing but memories; we left nothing but footprints and our tag.
The hide is excellent, the container is in good nick and the log is in good condition and ready for the next finder.
Thanks for the cache Fisher Clan.
Cheers

I stayed in the car & watched Mr Geo retrieve this cache while I rid myself of more ants from the previous find. Persistent little lighters; must be Queenslanders. Kutgw

Out and about in the camping van for two days of Geocaching.
And I am on another dirt road. The van will need a wash after today.
I slowly made my way to this cache as the van is not exactly the vehicle of choice for dirt roads. But i did get to drive on Bitumen for awhile.
Another quick find once at GZ.
Thanks for he cache.

Quick find waiting for the 90th Birthday Party to start. My Mum said you will never find any thing in this road it's too big and I said just wait and I'll show you, 1 minute and I was showing her the cache. TFTC
We decided to head off for a couple of days in the caravan and do some caching while our non geocaching friends were red clawing on the Bjelke Peterson Dam. We loved the rural countryside we encountered and while we were on our rounds we did maintenance as we went given that we were there at gz and sometimes it is not so easy for the owner to attend. Thanks to Fisher Clan for placing this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the location.
Up in the Kingaroy and Nanango area for the Nanango Event. After the Event on the Saturday, spent 3 days chasing caches around the countryside and also in the towns. Seeing the different type of caches the CO's puts out in different locations that you would not do if you did not geocache. Thank you CO for bringing us to these spots. TFTC
Thanks for bringing us on a drive around this beautiful countryside Fisher Clan. We are enjoying our geocaching tour of the local area. Found the cache safe and well and glad to add our signatures to the logbook. Cheers! [^][^]
Had an enjoyable weekend including attending Nanango's first Ever Event and searching for lots of caches. Saw wonderful scenery as well as wildlife on our travels through the back roads of the South Burnett. Thank you to all the COs who place the caches in these fascinating spots.
