Not sure what last logger meant by 'I consider it a find'.
Does this mean you found the post but not the cache, so close enough?
I didn't have the cache in my paws, so log a DNF

Felt it, but could not retrieve it, I see Natril put a DNF, but I consider it a find, tftc Hermitz-Hyjnx
Another genius camo. Our plans of doing a huge number of caches over the weekend has been enjoyably foiled by the sheer creativity of the hides. Tftc.
Very cool ! Had to wait a good 5 mins to put this one back as lots of cars around tonight .
Well, they say: Life's what happens making other plans.
We planned this trip to New Zealand, where my sister lives with her family, in 2014, Christmas time. Unfortunately my stephmother was very very sick at that time, and so the plans were changed. My sister and het husband & children came o the Netherlands instead of us going to NZ, so they could say goodbye to our beloved stephmother and grandma.
So we had to cancel the trip... or to put it differently, it had to be rescheduled. Summerholiday 2016 in the Netherlands, let's try again...And here I am, on a beautiful sunny day, logging a nicely camouflaged and hidden cache with a clear blue sky above me, in company of my sweet sister. This is definitely a plan that failed in the first place, but turned out right!
hanks for the "m/n"ice cache and story!

Give this a favourite. Awesome. Had a real fight on my hands as it didnt want to come out to play. We have looked so hard previously andcit was right there all the time. Well done CO.
Things have finally settled down at RiffRaff HQ so we took the opportunity to knock off some of the plethora of local caches that we haven’t done.
Well! We picked some easy caches for our first time out in quite a while but this beastie was not the easy one we anticipated. Co-ords had us down the bank into the rhubarb-looking greenery, but we kept coming back to the fact that it was a ‘park and grab.’ We looked for an unusual post but I think that actually sent us off-track for quite some time. We narrowed down what it wasn’t, considered PAFing the CO but decided instead to do the next cache and come back, especially as the description had said we could use the car as a shield. So. Came back from PT53 to give it another go. Mr RRR sat in the car while it was Mrs RRRs turn. Finally……finally…..she located the squealing beast and wrestled the log from its wiley clutches. Actually it was more like 5 minutes, but you get the drift. A very good camo helped by the amount of grass & detritus in the immediate location – but at least she didn’t break a nail. LOL. Signed the log and spirited it back to its hidey place for another finder. Very satisfying to have knocked the bugger off.
SL Thanks HH for a simple but quality hide. Loved the play on the title. FP for the container, the effort/result for the camo and the play on words.

This had us flummoxed for a while and on the point of leaving discovered it. Cute. tftc
Awesome cache! Found this one late this evening. Didn't take too long to find in between passing cars. Was spotted near the cache afterwards by one of the neighbours across the road who came out, knowing exactly what we had been up to, he asked if we had found the geocache as we were leaving. TFTC
This cache was one of the many caches we found on our 6 day campervan journey from Tauranga to Lower Hutt via Waihi, Cambridge, New Plymouth and along the west coast to Wanganui and back to the Hutt. A mighty and enjoyable journey which took us to many great and iconic parts of the north island and of course some great geocaches. Many thanks to the many CO's for the great cache placements and for bringing us to so many new places. Sorry about the generic log but 200 plus to log. TFTC
In town for the Vintage Weekend event, which was great, and managed a bit of time to find some caches as well. Really enjoyed doing this series alongside the river, quite a variety of interesting hides. This one took a while to find.

We've had 4 caches disrupted by the floods and because of the floods Panda Paradise no longer has the field puzzle cache but rather a regular container residing at GZ. The field puzzle cache has been washed away not once but twice. Two floods is heartbreak enough. Our first night cache is still disabled and we're unsure if we can get it back up and running as it's still a mess at GZ. We shall see.
Thanks for dedicating a cache to the CO's who have been affected by the floods. That's pretty cool .

Another great find while out with Just-Lookin in the area.

On a fun road trip with tmann421 to Wanganui for the weekend collecting come caches along the way.
A nice quick find here today and fun container. Who knew a bison could fit in there so well!

Did this one today while in the area chasing some ftf's. We'd been here once before to look for it, but left in a hurry after being approached by a muggle who lived across the road & wanted to know what we were up to, so thought we'd return when hopefully he'd be at work.
Didn't take to long to find it today. Thanks HH

Had to wait for a few young lolly collectors to go past before we could have a proper look.
With a bit of stealth we managed to find the hide and didn't scare any of the children

Trying to get the last of the caches in the area before dark and we have to head home to hawkes bay. Nice quick find and love the camo and title of this cache. Tftc
Got kaleb to grab this one after I spotted it while I took photos, what I didnt tell kaleb was the big a*^e spider that he had woken, I watched it like a hawke as I knew he wouldn't touch the cache if he saw it walking around above his head and my fear is way to high to even try. But he didn't and it half tucked itself away, but wasn't able to hide it's legs, its making me feel ill thinking about it. Tftc
Took longer to find than it should and it was where I first looked. I avoided the power box as it was not there . A very clever camo and well deserved favourite for a first cache . TFTC
Was heading out to do some coord averaging for a new cache so thought I would stop by and do this park and grab. I obviously did not have my geocaching goggles on to begin with as where I eventually found the cache was where I first looked - I just did not look far enough. A clever hide GummyHermit, liked the camo, the double entendre at work here and the reference to Robbie Burns poem "Tae a Moose" and your applying it to geocaching. Coords spot on too - Gets a FP.
And talking about best laid plans: As I was about to drive away I was muggled by a friendly muggle who lives across the road from the cache who said he had seen a few people in the last few days poking around the nearby green power box and was concerned as there is 11000 volts running through those. So folks don't get yourself lit up by 11000 volts - The cache is not on the green box.
Also explained what geocaching was and he seemed quite interested in hearing about it so we may have another geocacher?
