Logs
After a full day of nonstop rain yesterday it was lovely to get out for a walk . What a lovely location! Log found and signed (it was slightly damp but still usable). Thanks for the cache!
I’ve ridden and walked these hills a few times previous but presumably not since 2015 when this was published. Great to finally clear the green blob from my map. Thanks.
Thank you! Headed down to Bunbury for WAGB 2022. Out with papillon367. Happy to make the find here.
Teamed up with ullyssia to look for caches in this park this afternoon. It was quite a long walk with a fair bit of bush bashing and a few steep hills, but it was fun. Most caches were found fairly quickly. Managed to get out of there before nightfall! Thank you for the cache baconfamily33.
Having found the cache nearby this was practically on the way out. I’d seen the construction last time I walked past, but then my mind was on another cache.
I quickly found the cache, a little damp inside the bag which was working well to keep the moisture in. As I put the cache back in the back another reason I’m not a fan of bags on the outside of caches presented itself, a spider living in the bag started to look for a way out onto my hand. Luckily I saw it in time.
Then it was time to walk out, making it a nice circuit.

I dropped hubby off at one end of the reserve and picked him up the other end. This was one of the caches he found along the trail through this fantastic bushland walk.
Thanks baconfamily33.

Awesome find
Log not able to sign so I have a photo if you need.

Awesome Sunday morning walk. Mr and Mrs Crump enjoyed the activity. TFTC had lots of fun
We split up here. PP1 went for this one, while I nearly killed myself going for D & J Cimbing. TFTC baconfamily33
We decided to head away for another overnight trip and Bunbury was the destination once again. We like visiting this place and it allows us to grab a few caches, Waymarks and Sighter while we are there. We followed our GPS from geo-location to geo-location and had a great time here. Cheers and TFTC.

Woohoo !!! Found it !!!
Finally got a chance to clean up some caches I hadn’t had a chance to get.
Removed the mountain bike from is storage position in the shed, loading it into the back of the Hilux and off I went. Never been in here before so was nice to check it out.
Wrecking ball rope had been stuck up in the top of tree by someone so didn’t get to have a swing.
Found this cache & added a smiley to my collection.

After a complete mission of following bike trials through bush to dead ends I finally managed to get on a track that headed towards this cache. The wrecking ball itself was easily spotted but I was more interested in the cache. Luckily it was as easily spotted once I was close. Barnzy12 and I had a huge plan today starting bright and early with a 515am meet up at Cockburn gateways shopping centre to drive down to Busselton together for the Canada Day event on the oceans edge there at the iconic Busselton jetty.
We arrived at the event just in time to see the sun rise. An interesting side note as we drove to the event we noticed an information side near dalyellup that mentioned the temperature as a brisk 0 degrees!!
We had a great chat and then moved on to the Canada Day event in Bunbury where we had a lovely hot drink and met up with the Bunbury regulars there having a good old chat before we agreed to part ways and Barnzy12 and I went caching around the suburbs of greater Bunbury before collecting a few more caches on the way home.
Good caching weekend overall with 20 plus finds and 2 events attended. Thanks to the local COs for their caches.

** This is a late log **
The caches I am now logging are from a day geobuddy Mark (marke8183) and I once again headed southwards to the Bunbury area. We stopped along the way and enjoyed a scrumptious meal at one of the pubs in the area before heading up to Everest - not a good move on a full stomach, but we managed it ok. And we were able to find all but one of the caches that we searched for, so an enjoyable day all round.
Since then, many more caches have been found and shared geocaching adventures have been enjoyed too, so it is about time that I got down to work on all those outstanding logs, albeit somewhat late.
I appreciate all the effort each of the cache owners has gone through to create and place each and every hide and I do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my usual style of individualized logs.
No problems finding the cache. Thanks for the smiley baconfamily33

Found it straight away but didn't realise we found it. Both of us touched it and moved it. Great camo!! Well done!!
In bunbury, again caching and catching up with friends and family. Luckily enough the rain stayed away.tftc, sl, tnln.
Cache found and logging duties done it was time to partake in the close by activity. Thanks for a fun time in the bush Baconfamily.
We clawed, we chained, our hearts in vain
We jumped, never asking why
We kissed, I fell under your spell
A love no one could deny
Don't you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you
I can't live a lie, running for my life
I will always want you
I came in like a wrecking ball
I never hit so hard in love
All I wanted was to break your walls
All you ever did was break me
Yeah, you wreck me
I put you high up in the sky
And now, you're not coming down
It slowly turned, you let me burn
And now, we're ashes on the ground
Don't you ever say I just walked away
I will always want you
I can't live a lie, running for my life
I will always want you
I came in like a wrecking ball
I never hit so hard in love
All I wanted was to break your walls
All you…

Absolutely enjoyed getting this cache. The rain held off so was a nice cool walk ,cache was easy enough to find and I had to give the activity close by a go...well several goes and it was awesome fun even though I ended up with a wet behind! So peaceful and quiet out there it was exactly what I needed . Tftc
A day out caching in the southern end of Bunbury suburbia. A mix of urban and bush caches that chewed out a few kilometres on foot today. Had to resort to some interesting cross country to get to this one as with “D & J Climbing”. My idea of a great cache, blending in with the environment. Also nice to find a new cache early on.
I needed a get for the calendar today so
Umbrella ✅ although not needed
Jumper ✅ absolutely not needed
Kids ❎ they would rather stay home with hungover daddy
Keys ✅ yes I remembered to get my keys out of the ignition at the parking bay

*STF* I had wanted to grab this cache earlier in the week but I was reluctant to walk in this reserve by myself so had to wait for geo-hubby to accompany me. We both worked this morning but when I arrived home at 2.30 there was a blue sky struggling behind the dark clouds so we decided to head out hoping the rain had cleared from this morning. Straight forward find at gz. We didn't stay to try 'the wrecking ball' but headed off on another track to grab a nearby cache we needed to convert to a smiley. Thanks baconfamily33
