I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi mcskye
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

No luck for me today. Checked a few aggie clumps, including inside the tennis club gate, but nothing found. The coordinates cover a number of different locations, checked well in each, even using h.ashman's spoiler pic. Might need a CO check/clearer hint
DNF really hard to many apathagus plants didn’t know which one it was in.
Great find, perfect for my 7 yr old and school hols. A bit wet inside and a few insects have made it their home.
Super easy find! Unfortunately the previous log literally showed me where it was which was disappointing but cool little spot with great views! TFTC (I didnt sign log because of covid but I took a photo of the log)

Can’t find it anywhere. Bad description. Don’t go find it there’s nothing there
Nice quick grab after jumping the temporary fence, the path looks completely renovated but there is still an orange fencing off thingy. Tftc!
The mission at the moment is to update our streak of 51 days from 2014 update to at least 52 days in 2019. So at lunchtime I'm trying to get to a cache, find it and return to work inside 30 mins. Not an easy task really. Today was an awesome day. 2 finds on the same trip out lol. This one I was giving up on having spent a bit of time in the wrong Agapantha plant, it was only when returning to the car, that I spotted another likely suspect and had the cache in hand. Nice walkway here. SL. TFTC.
Went looking with the kids and brought some treasurers to swap but did not find....reckon we were in the right place too. If owner could check its still there...then we will try again soon , thanks
Doing a spot of caching while in the big smoke to visit our new Granddaughter.
Nice quick find TFTC.
Nice quick find TFTC.
I parked up at one of the given parking spots and walked to GZ. There are several houses bordering upon this area which makes one very conscious of being looked at. I made sure the coast was clear and dived into the big agapanthus. Then I got sprung by a little girl about 7yrs young with a gorgeous beagle 4 months old as she was keen to tell me. I patted the dog to take away the attention given by myself looking in a bush, how strange that might have been to her. Then, not finding the cache I had to concentrate my attention elsewhere in the much smaller agies. Success! Thankfully no one saw me thrashing about in the bushes.
This one too us quite some time to find. After focussing in the wrong place we expanded our search but it still took several looks at that spot as the cache was well buried amongst the leaves.
This took far longer than it should have for a D1. We spent too long searching in the wrong spot and expanded our search area and looked in different locations before finally finding buried under all the leaves.
We do not like agapanthus caches. Had to wait for a passing muggle and her dog before we could make a thorough search. This took longer to find than it should have, but eventually Mrs Jag50 located the cache.
I've looked for this one previously, but had too many muggles walking past, so came back here after dark tonight. Checked out the area properly this time, and as with others, once I was in the right spot the cache was soon felt and located. TFTC
Great little cache. Struggled at first, till we found the right area, then an easy find. Thanks
Took a while for the kids, but pretty easy if you keep your eyes peeled! Great little cache, thank you!
Once in the correct spot it was a quick find. Dropped tb. Log signed b&p. Find number 4094.
Thanks for the cache mcskye.
Thanks for the cache mcskye.
I looked in several possible places and struck out before I moved to the well-hidden one and found the cache right away. Left: + der reiselustige Fußballer Schlumpfi TB. TFTC.
Just dropped off my 2 grand children to day care while visiting here for the week and thought I would suprise Mr Gap by trying to find a couple of caches that we needed today for a challenge we are trying to complete. Mission accomplished.
9.30am - So many and trying to zoom in on the right one. Bit of a search and soon found cache, which was a little exposed so recovered a little better. SLTFTC

That was soooooooo easy! My buddy broke into to the tennis club! Unnecessarily! Now we know what an agapanthus is !!
We found it! Our first one ever. Well hidden and like others have said it helps if you look in the right agapanthus!
Was nearby picking up some trade me items after work. So did a quick stop to grab this one.
Found it! Looked in the wrong agapanthus at first. It had a nice snail in residence
Hi there if you are looking for the super black just found it. It sure was a sticky situation.
#10713. The obvious hint item proved not to be the hiding place. After Troodles read some past logs, we realised we had to look for a less obvious hint object. I spotted a much smaller hint object, and there was the cache.
Out for a wee caching expedition before making dinner. It's got a bit cooler this evening so had to seek out my special caching jersey (the one that I don't care if it rips plus it's black so doesn't show the dirt ).
After 7 at night is a good time for looking for this cache as we had the place to ourselves. We searched thoroughly where the GPSr was pointing, a location which was in keeping with the hint too but we couldn't turn up the cache. And I thought the nearby black wall gave the cache its name....wrong.
After reading through a few logs, we knew we'd have to cast our net wider. Found a well hidden hint item by a large tree and, waddya know, a cache. Why are the caches with 1 diff rating always so hard to find? Now time to go back to base and make dinner. TFTC.

Out and about for a spot of caching on the North Shore late this afternoon. Nice weather for it as the showers held off. I parked up at the closest entrance and followed my GPSr to a likely GZ. A quick check failed to produce the goods so I scanned the previous logs. After that I tried another likely GZ, then another before, finally, getting the correct GZ on the fourth attempt. Cache was immediately detected at the final spot. One star difficulty is supposed to mean the the cache is out in the open, in plain sight. This is not the case here. Cheers for the cache placement!
At long last !!!!!! Was in area at a school function so decided to have my third go ! Had to widen search and discovered yet another Agapanthus !!!
I'd been searching at the wrong plant all the other times !
Phew....great to sign this off !

Driving me crazy.....tried diff bush but still no joy....

Returned again (for the 3rd time), this time determined not to leave before this easy 1 star difficulty cache had been found. No muggle neighbour here today keeping a close eye on what we were up to so we had a free run of the place. Got in close and friendly again with our favourite agapanthus before finally moving on and checking out other spots. Triumphant Kiwi soon came up with the goods. Does not help when you get so focussed on the one possible hiding spot. TFTC
Oh no, not the dreaded agapanthus . After a short hunt we managed to locate it. Tftc.
Too hard for me tonight .....millions of snails and an old tennis ball though....
Most little children would have been safely tucked up in bed by the time I parked in Midway Ave and walked to GZ. Searched the obvious spot without success, then noticed that the GPS was actually pointing slightly further over. When I followed, the cache was quickly found. Thanks.
Collecting a few caches while in the area with tmann421.
A nice quick find. TFTC

Girlfriend found it! Easy find if your gps is accurate. Mine wasnt hers was. Hint helped!
Came and had a quick look, but were unable to locate what the hint item referred to. Saw lots of agapanthus, trees and small shrub things but the GPS was pointing to the agapanthus. With a house quite close to GZ and a lady at the window we didn't want to draw too much attention to ourselves.
Not confident of an {FTF} here, since kiwiscot had long been and gone at the other new cache on the shore, we decided to have a go... Come to think of it, with a DNF log already on it, not even confident of a find... We arrived, the coords seemed good, but we puzzled a bit over the complete lack of anything resembling the hint. Then I thought, well, the cache is probably around here, so took one step off the path, reached down and made an immediate find. I think slieschke was saying something about how we probably won't find it, but he stopped mid sentence when I came back out with cache in hand. Joint FTF with slieschke. FTF #1815 TFTC!!!
Your 5 year old might be right. Tried as I may I could not find the cache. I found some things that apply to the hint, but couldn't see the cache (and that was a bit off GZ, so I wasn't convinced that it was the correct location). After 25mins of searching I gave up. Maybe I'm just having a blind day. Found it weird that I didn't see any other caches too.
Oh what a disappointment. We thought we may manage 2 FTF's within a short time of each other but it was not to be. Under pressure to meet family so had to give up after 10 minutes. Confident some other cachers will come along very soon and claim the title.
Visited with FMZ after finding the other new cache nearby. We weren't sure what to make of the hint at GZ but after a brief search FMZ came up with the goods. Slightly surprised to score a joint (FTF) here.
Thanks!
Thanks!
@AppleNZ They'll be both pleased that someone has already come to visit the cache and disappointed that they weren't there to show you where it was. (we're still working on the stealth part of geocaching )
