Checked here today. There is indeed a private property sign now on what looks on the map as an easement as there is no lot number and a utilities box of some sort on there which would be checked regularly.
Not wanting to offend anyone, I did not want to enter this supposed now private property to check on and retrieve my cache so will have to leave it be & archive the listing to discourage others from entering as well.
So we say goodbye to Nagini - it was a good 5yrs & 5mths with 33 finds & 1 favourite point.

Came here whilst in the area, but a private property sign has been erected near the front of the park. Neighbouring dogs barking at me as well so didn't feel comfortable having a look.
This was my target cache for my tredley ride today, as fourteen odd months unfound just seemed like something that warrented further investigation.
After tackling ballinger road on the tredley, i milled about admiring views before zooming my way up and down mons road. Weeeeeee! So much fun!!
Timing traffic each crest eased the tension somewhat and soon enough i was pedalling my way to gz.
A short awkward search revealed the cute little container which i quickly signed and rehid before skedaddling my way back towards an old tramway.
So very pleased to say that after fourteen odd months unloved, this cache is still there and all good.
Thanks spiderwebbs4 for bringing me to this random almost park with a geocache!

It is always a good feeling to turn a blue into a yellow! Thanks to CO for maintaining this cache. It is a very quiet little park today. TFTC
Checked on this one today and the snake seems to have swallowed the cache and slithered away. Replaced the container but without a guardian at the moment. Will need to recruit a new Nagini….. Updated co-ordinates.
Happy hunting!!

Searched with another cacher we met while out and about but sadly we were unable to find.
Found.. after a dry spell from caching, I thought I'd bite the bullet and grab this little beauty on my way home slaving at work.
After realising I parked in probably the hardest spot possible.. I embarked on my mission. After not long I quickly found what I was looking for after noticing something amiss. It seems this cache has experienced a bit of hard ship and wear and tear.
Nevertheless the cache was signed, rehidden (better) and all incriminating evidence removed.
Thanks for the cache

T-Tech had to visit Eumundi and Kunda Park for work today, and I got to tag along. As usual on his working days, I get to run off and play for a while [^] and I had a couple of hours to spare this afternoon, so took a circuit around Kunda Park and Mons.
Took a bit of exploring here, and I was very cautious where I put my hands And when I did make the find, I was even more cautious and took to it with a stick first! Nagini is looking a little worse for wear but she gave up the container. TFTC, spiderwebbs4.

Out for a daily cache and after trying to find a few others closeby with no success we finally found this one. Looks like Nagini has seen better days however cache is still intact however nagini may need a baindaid or two lol. TFTC
Love snakes...so this was right up my ally. Thanks 4 the cache..it was a great find
Found after a short search of GZ. Gives you a fright even though you are expecting it!! TFTC Spiderwebbs4
Was a bit worried that I might have been trespassing onto private property so will come back and have another go.
This was my 100th find. Seeing I have a fear of snakes...it seemed most appropriate. Tftc. It was pretty cool.

I was trying to find a cache or two to get myself back in the swing of things and found myself here. (As it turns out I only ended up getting two tonight). With a bit of GPS bounce from my trusty [?] phone I found I was searching in the wrong area. I had another quick check of the cache description and the place I was searching did not add up, so I looked around and headed off to what made more sense. It wasn't long until I found the beast. Cache retrieved, signed and returned. Thanks for the cache spiderwebbs

Thankyou, Nagini, for spitting out the information required for success. Tftc Spiderweb
Out for a trip to Bunnings, I stopped off here hoping to add a smiley to my finds list and let a couple of TB's visit as well, after a short search I located a cache guardian which I gave a prod just to be sure .
Signed logsheet 1/02/2016 10:00 am and replaced all as found.
2 x TB Visited.

Parked up close and walked over to GZ, coords for me were spot on. Gave the guardian a poke with a stick just to make sure and soon had the cache in hand. TFTC spiderwebbs4
Nice easy find and an 'N' to finish off my November spelling search.

I love the Harry Potter books but I am so not a fan of snakes. Neither is Marco, so we were both glad about the warning. Marco spotted the cache guardian fairly quickly so we soon had the cache in hand. TNLNSL TFTC
Great hide in a nice area. Parked in a nearby street with very well manicured lawns. Clever container. TFTC TNLNSL ☺ ☺ ☺
After doing the Buderim-Palmwoods tram historical tram walk we thought we duck on over to this and try our luck. Despite the protests from the mini dogs next door to park, we quickly found the prize! At least when i reached for it i was hoping it was!..phew! Geokids loved this one thanks!

Found at 1650.
An easy find, even with the muggle neighbour hovering around his backyard.

The less acturate GPSr took me on a little walk up and down and I found an equine guardian that I wasn't expecting - very cute but didn't match the description so I didn't touch it, just took A photo.
Anyway, just used my common sense and spotted an unusual bit of wild life hiding the log! Nice one spiderwebbs4, great location.

Headed on to this cache next and parked nearby.
Headed down to GZ and soon was where I needed to be.
Spotted something and gave a bit of a poke.
You cant be too careful.
Took hold then and voila !
Come and take a look for yourself.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks spiderwebbs4 All good with this cache

A short detour to check out this one that popped up last night. After parking nearby it was a short stroll to GZ where the cache was soon in hand.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

Found at 1645 140915 with pirate Kain. A K9 muggle that lives nearby was not happy adventures almost blowing our cover to its owner. We made our log and quickly jumped back into the geo-ute and made our escape.

Out and about today and grabbed this little baby.
I parked close by and wandered down to GZ. I found the co-ords spot on and very quickly found the guardian and then the cache.
I signed the log and replaced the cache and guardian back as I found them.
