### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there team.wallace,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers are not mind readers (unfortunately), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

After serious search and couldn't find it. Came out with previous finder and we could not find it
Container was in clear view about 15m out. Replaced so things were not quite so visible. TFTC team.wallace
was not really fun as it was just thrown back and lid was off and log was damaged, did try to put it back as best as possible
Found with sjg66 in our effort to get the caching year off to a good start. The long grass and various prickly weeds made some of them a real challenge, I suspect they would be much easier in winter. TFTC.

Found on a caching expedition out to Yass with sebass19: from 9:30am to 7pm, 51 caches! Drove carefully on the dirt and gently parked right near GZ. Walked up the slope to find the cache unfortunately out in the open; open slightly; and with a very damp log. As previous logs have pointed out, this one will need looking at. But a peaceful country location: TFTC team.wallace!
Ahhh - the first Regular cache I have found for a long time! Have the very thing to deposit - a very ugly action man thing donated by my geo-grandson! Lovely - TFTC
Out for a drive this way and had some spare time to collect this little cluster here southwest of Yass.
Quick find he the large box was easy to be spotted. Thanks for the cache team wallace.

Not only were we fortunate enough to find caches on roads less travelled bur we were also on roads which we have never been on before. What a great time we had exploring and caching. Yours was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thanks to team.wallace for arranging this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
A quick park and grab. Came here for the weekend to get some caches - mostly smiles Good to see a large container. TFTC.
Big thanks to the person who created this one. Kids loved it and it was our first find!
Back out again to finish off those of the trail I didn't manage yesterday, and a few others in and around the area for good measure. With just on one week of leave left before returning to ‘w’, better continue to make the most of it.
It was another great day outside, love this Winter weather. Found 45 from 46, but the one that was not to be, as with a few others that I did manage to find had already been archived. Bonus!
Apologies for the cut and paste, anything of note added at the end of log.
Found exposed in plain sight. Rehid a little better
All found without issue and in condition. TNLNSL TFTC

Found with Smittengranny and Gliss! venturing up this way to pick up caches in the area. Beautiful day to be out and about and probably the last good weather for awhile. TFTC
Second day in Yass. A great clear and chilly morning. Early Sunday is always a good time for caching and quick progress was made.

Had a couple of days in Yass for an Emergency Management course so whenever there was some free time I headed out to grab some of the local caches.
I stepped over this one twice before I seen it in the dark

We are having a quick run round the back rounds before retiring to an air conditioned room. Spotted from the car by Becon so we left it better covered. TFTC
Driving around picking up a few caches. People here must not pay their rates - the road could use the attention of a grader. TFTC
Last one today, seventeen in all. Quiet road, so I let the dogs out again. This was a quick grab and a bit of a dog walk afterwards, then back home to collect my lady from work. Thanks, team.wallace. We've had a great day.
After a weekend in Tumut and surrounds time to head home to Canberra and find more caches on the way. TFTC.
Decided to head down yass valley way and grab a couple caches and stock up on supplies before a solo geo mission caching into new territory beyond boorawa and out to wyangla dam and back towards crookwell.
Wondering back home after the Alexandra event. 2866 so far for us. Thanks for placing this cache team.wallace, without cachers like you we wouldn't have a hobby. Signed log. took nothing, left nothing. Please take a bow. we did many caches today and most if not all were in good condition and actually there. We cache in a lot of country towns, the caches on the open roads are usually there but the town ones are a mixed bag. The cache owners around here take a bow. really well done.

I had rather a sleepless night when I realised that I still needed over 100 caches to reach my milestone in time for the Alexandra Event, despite having had such a great weekend.
What to do? Where to go to grab as many caches as possible knowing we were having friends join us for the night? Yass was the answer as I had not found many out there and there are lots of new caches.
It turned out to be a lovely day. Although the weather was cool to start, by lunchtime it was quite warm. I was really impressed with the variety of cache hides, containers and locations. I enjoyed discovering parts of Yass that I didn't know existed. On previous occasions it has been a case of travelling through the town - before the by pass obviously and now I rarely go in at all.
Thank you to all COs for placing and maintaining these caches for us all to enjoy.

Headed out with DarksideDan for a few caches in Yass on a frosty Saturday morning. 6 hours later we had gorgeous warm weather, 40 caches under our belts and a fabulous lunch at the cafe in town. A great morning out getting some numbers with lots of laughs and a few interesting bird sightings on the way. Unless otherwise stated, caches found quickly and in good order.
DSD swapped a few items at this cache.

Can you say road trip. Today I headed out with AG27 to go on a caching road trip to Yass. Together we collected 40 caches. I took some excellent photos and had a stunning lunch. Thanks heaps for the cache.

*Our last day in Yass, in the good company of Suscoe, we concentrated on finding caches within a 5 km radius of the town. That still set us quite a high target for the day. Just as the rain started, we signed our final log - 44/44 smiley tokens!!*
Sighted trackable as it was collected by Suscoe: Bennos Biene (TB33V29)
Thanks team.wallace for placing caches, for everyone's enjoyment.

Suscoe and Phetlern were out and about for our last day of caching in the Yass area.
The day started cool and a little cloudy, but it was fine until the last cache was found and then a thunder storm rolled across from the western hills. Great timing we reckoned.
A really pleasant day of town and nearby caching with a good mixture of hides and fun on the way around the roads.
Thanks to team.wallace for this hide.
Moving the TB on southwards.

A day of caching with dty73 had us heading to Yass today. Despite a cold and very foggy morning start to the day, it turned out to be a beautiful sunny and even warm day with all caches found. A variety of very different caches awaited us, some a little more challenging than others, and a few quite spectacular locations as well.
The dogs at the nearby house let us know they we there, but quietened quickly. Everything a little bit damp but ok, the horses were very interested in what we were doing! Thanks for the cache team.wallace!

Last full day of this holiday with BettyBoo3747.
We stayed at Jugiong and travelled into Yass for a day's caching. The weather held out for nearly the whole day, with overcast but warm conditions. The rain, when it came, was very welcome.
No sign of traffic, and no muggles here today. Can't be a new road anymore!
A good sized cache though.
Thanks, Robmc.

#11458. The last day of our two week holiday with Robmc. We are staying at Jugiong so this morning back-tracked to Yass for a days caching in the area. A wild and windy day with mainly Micro finds - oh dear! I ended up with 37 smilies and had a couple of DNF's!
Found pretty quickly but had to pour all the jewellery-making beads back in their plastic bag. They had escaped. The dog started to bark so we made a quick getaway. Some nice views from here.
Thanks team.wallace

Greetings from WA. Last of the day for an easy find on the way back from Good Hope before heading back to Canberra.
Quite a big container which was nice after all the recent mircos down this road!
Found as soon as I walked up to GZ as it is a little bit uncovered. Tried to put some more camo ontop!
I doubt it could go missing here anyway!
Thanks team.wallace for another good cache and location

We're enjoying caching in these outer areas of Yass that we've not seen before. Needed to be careful of the electric fence in close proximity. Good sized container here.
After a morning of finding many great caches, we headed out again after lunch to see what else we could find. We both commented that we are pleased the quality of caches we have found in the area.

Had a great day caching around Yass with fitzy1965 and mtrax. Managed to triple my previous best for most caches found in a day and passed the 600 finds mark. Most caches were found easily with only one DNF for the whole day.

10058. Found during a great run up through the Yass region with mtrax and Dwarf Exploder.
Despite the chance of rain the three of us met early this morning and did the quick trip up to Yass for a day of caching. A great day - over 50 caches for myself with only a single DNF. This was my next find for the day - and it was nice and quick - always happy with that ! Quick park and grab. Signed, returned, and then we headed off to the next one.
Thanks again team.wallace ! Appreciate the number of caches you put out around here.

Like others have mentioned, this cache is on the opposite side of the road to the coordinates. It is about 17 metres out. I took a better set of coordinates: S 34° 52.163 E 148° 55.323. This has an error factor of 5 metres, being under the trees, but it is much more accurate than the incorrect coordinates given. This should be corrected. A good sized cache. TFTC team.wallace.
Today was the long awaited trip to Yass with Luckyl10n and Sol de Lune. A few caches achieved on the way out and then back in Canberra, but over thirty for me in Yass. Plenty of variety, and a few very sneaky ones. The day was pretty hot but we managed a few short walks foe some of the caches.
Thanks.
