As the cache has needed maintenance for a while I have decided to open up this wonderful space for a different geocacher. I'll need to find some mores caches so I am more experienced before making my next cache.
Just had a check and the Geocache was on the ground, not in its original location as many other geocachers has mentioned in the recent logs. I am going to either find a new spot for this cache or find a smaller tin.
Sorry I have not done this earlier as I know this has been very annoying to cachers.

### Find **# 3381** Trad **# 2627** ###
I had no intention of picking up any caches today but while at work today, I was working through some puzzles. With another cache solved within the area and collected, I thought why not one more Another quick detour on the way home found me here and with no muggles about the search went on. I soon found the cache sitting on the ground as others have mentioned, not hanging like description. Signed and returned as found.
**Thanks for this trad cache, Geo Matto**. [^]
**Log and container in good condition, but not in original spot.**
**Took Nothing, Left Nothing.**

I Have my doubt I think this was has been muggeled! I spent ages searching trees but no luck. I have seen several comments saying they found it on the ground I suspect it might have gone MIA will see if anyone else manages to find it or not
Found it on the ground... Put it where i think it goes.. Hopefully it stays. Tftc
Just seen a movie with the wife and kids so why not a cache afterwards
Had a kick of the football while we were here too.

This one stood out like dogs balls, it's a great spot for the four legged friend. Thanks for getting me outside!
Thanks GeoMatto for bringing us to this area which we had not previously explored. We will return to make use of the nearby walking/cycling path.
Angel boys first find of the year. It was a busy little cache we're the third to find it today. It was left out in the open so we tucked it back into it's little hole. Thanks for hiding it.
Out doing some shopping ... and a quick swing by this cache. Nearly walked over a couple of maggies, fortunately the heat was keeping them still too! TNLN, SL, TFTC!
Light was fading and we needed to make a find for the day, we were nearby and I thought let give this a try. I didn't look at the hint so when I saw the D/T I thought oh dear in fading light this may be more difficult than I thought. but fortunately Nevile_Devil (Whos was with us) ended up looking straight at it. SO I think the D/T is a little over rated.

Staying in the area overnight so up early to take the opportuity to grab a cache or 2. On approach to GZ, I found this one on the ground so signed log and replaced in appropriate place.
Thanks GeoMatto for placing & maintaining the cache for us to find.

In Australia for a month and visiting some friends in Geelong. Before everyone got up I decided to grab a few quick geocaches. A big spider was guarding the container. Hello from Calgary, Canada. TFTC.
Was quite surprised by the size of the park, but parked not far from GZ and quickly zeroed in on the likely spot. After circling the area I honed in for a quick find on a hot and blustery afternoon. TFTC
Found during the Geelong districts geocaching Christmas events. Was a quick easy find and ultimately the last for the day.
Log signed and replaced.

In between events today, a small convoy wound its way through these parts, stopping only to add smileys to the list.
After parking nearby, a short walk, a quick hunt and the cache was spotted. Log signed, cache returned and we circled the wagons and hit the trail.
Thanks for the cache GeoMatto !

Took a quick break from today's duties to wander around the corner for a look for this one to open our account for December. I was expecting a bit of a search given its ratings but in the end, it was an incredibly fast find at 11:00 due to the fact that it was just sitting there in plain view. I tried to cover it up a bit better before I left but maybe a CO check is in order.
TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks GeoMatto.

A nice little cache while my dumplings cook. Always like coming to new spots - thanks
Took the geodog for a walk and thought we'd grab this cache along the way. Nice to approach from the less visible side. TFTC
Another lovely park that we had not visited before. Nice walk to GZ and with co-ords spot on we soon had the well hidden cache in hand. Arrived back at the geomobile just in time as a car drove past so we were not seen at GZ.
TFTF GeoMatto and for bringing us here to enjoy the park.

I had a couple of solved puzzle cache that I wanted to find while I was passing through the area, so while I was here I found a few others as well, this was one of them.
I was able to park closeby, so it was only a short walk to GZ, once there the cache was spotted almost straight away, the log was signed and I was on my way.
Thanks to GeoMatto for placing this cache.

While out and about tonight enjoying the warm weather we grabbed this cache in an area where we have only once visited before, which was for the other nearby cache.
Congratulations GeoMatto on your first placement, we look forward to many more.

An excavator was being used to clean out the water weed, we thought our search may be compromised. Spot on co'ords took us far enough away from the action to a well hidden sneaky little hide.
Lending a hand to family today, meant we had the opportunity to visit this cache and make our geo-map of Geelong look a little happier.
Our thanks to GeoMatto for bringing us here.

Found it !! Was looking in the wrong tree and the gps was acting up. Nice little park TFTC
been meaning to grab this one but never found the time! quick on way back from work
Find number three on this side of town. I was out for a short run to find a few caches and to get the rather reluctant Geoboys out of the house now that school holidays have started. I have been to this park once or twice before on caching expeditions. On this occasion, it was a quick find by Geoboy #1 as Geoboy #2 was busy suggesting that the cache would no doubt be found at the top of a nearby sapling which would surely have buckled under the weight of the now rather large Geoboy #1.
Hmmmm....fortunately this turned out not to be the case and the cache was soon in hand and the log signed.
Thanks GeoMatto !

Driving around finding some caches tonight this one popped up on our radar. I cannot believe how busy this little road is. Thanks GeoMatto for bringing ourselves, Kumacat & Ninny Muggins here. Congrats on your first hide
Found tonight while out on a caching adventure with Kalianda09 and KumaCat. Great effort GeoMatto on your first hide. It was close to midnight when we arrived, and was suprised to see so many cars driving along this road. Was y long before kalianda09 had the cache in Hanns which was signed and replaced. This was a great night out!

This was a great first cache that I really enjoyed. Really great location and container was in good condition. The terrain and difficulty ratings were very appropriate and hint helped. Fantastic work on a nice, fun and easy first cache. I will add a favourite point for a perfect location and a nice tree that the cache was hidden on. TFTC NINO (Nothing In Nothing Out) SL (Signed Log).

Interesting little log book in this one, could see a replacement one being needed reasonably well knowing how keen the community is down here! Nice little park that I've never visited before (apart from a stopoff at the nearby highton monopoly cache). Thanks for this placement!
Saw this pop up early morning and decided no point chasing after it as being on the other side of Geelong and knowing the hunters out there would snap it up in a matter of minutes.
So decided to take my time and finish what it was I can't remember what I was doing instead, and grab it at a later time
Parked close to GZ and walked the last few metres and soon had this one stamped (quite messily for some reason) and replaced.
Congrats GeoMatto on your first cache placement.

JOINT FTF SUSCOE AND BUSHFIRE
Log signed at 9:12 am
Well it is always nice to see a single digit distance to a new cache and so a quick grab of the caching gear and into the car for Suscoe.
Phone call made to arrange the meeting place for Suscoe and the Red Ant and away we went.
Arrived to a very open space with no vehicles other than the Suscoe mobile and the White Beast.
A quick walk to GZ and a nice and quick find with the cache tucked into a little nook.
We signed the log in the sunshine of this cool Spring morning.
Thanks to Geomatto for placing this cache, well done for your first hide, we popped a bit more cover over the cache before we left.

Well done on your first cache! Unfortunately for me I had actually placed a cache within 20 metres of this cache and submitted it for review but i guess some you win some you don't! will hopefully have a look tonight

This is strange because the other day while folding our Cranes this is the location around here that we thought GZ may be, but we were wrong.
Know this area very well as I not only own a cache close by but I have checked this area out very thoroughly and at one stage was going to use the tunnel under this road!!!!
As Suscoe and the ageing Bushfire live fairly close by we were soon at the designated meeting location and the log was signed, a quick chat and we were on our way.
As Suscoe has stated we placed a little more camo on the container because I really think it should have a tad smaller to fit the location. Time will tell if I am right, anyway well done on your first placement and good to see another cache in the Highton area.

Published - Congratulations on your first cache placement. If you haven't already done so, please make sure you have a look at this item on the Geocaching Blog titled; "You hid your first geocache, now what?" see here: http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/ and read the Help Centre article ; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=234 regarding managing your geocache listing.
Was at my other hobby when the alert went of for this one, knowing that the FTF will have been taken by the time i finished my day, i dismissed it. So after a very eventful day in the land of Geocaching (Lets just say Bunjil is doing his job to well and has caused Rampske to become quite frustrated!!) with my new cache disabled as another geocacher has seen the cache and reported it to Geocaching HQ for not being legitimate, Lets just say Rampske needed a cache to cool of ahahahaha. So arrived home and jumped onto the GeoBMX and as this cache is less than 2k from HQ, Rampske arrived at GZ quickly. 'Are you geocaching?' Great to meet GeoMatto on this fine afternoon, well done on your first cache by the way.
Rampske grabbed the cache and must say i do agree with bushfire on the size of the container but time will tell, nice bit of camo as well. Had a quick word to CO before we parted ways.
Thanks again GeoMatto, I can remember when my first cache was published and it is a great feeling when the logs start rolling in. Well done!
