Logs
I am archiving this cache due to the unfortunate lack of action taken to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, familysteiner, requesting additional time.
Despite ample opportunities provided for the Cache Owner to respond, their silence leads me to the conclusion that the cache has been abandoned.
In such cases, archived caches will not be unarchived, and as a result, this location is now open for the placement of a new cache by another interested party.
Thanks,

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by familysteiner and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Visiting WA from Brisbane to spend some time with hubby as well as attend WAGB2023 and cache with Geo buddy Snickersallan.
Came by this cache after picking up a car for this weekend. Searching likely hiding places but no luck for us today. May come back if we have time.

Thanks familysteiner for bringing me to this location and taking the time to hide and maintain this cache. I found the cache at 20:29:15. This was my Find 2 for today out of a Total number of 6 Finds and 0 DNF for for this Caching Outing. The cache was found in Good Condition and I signed the log and returned the cache as I found it.
This find brings my total number of Finds to 5706.
Too close to muggles, few odd looks from the locals and decided not to risk it, will attempt again on the weekend
Another quick grab on the weekend when there is no one around this area. Took a while for the GPS to settle and had to avoid showers.
Thanks for maintaining this cache.
Thanks for maintaining this cache.
We were doing some shopping not far from here & I opened up the map to find this was the closest cache to us... Last time we were here we had no luck, but this time we made a quick find
TFTC familysteiner... Can recommend that a Sunday afternoon is the perfect time to find this one [^]

Very quick spot here, which I’m glad about as the blokes in the alloy steel building we’re getting a bit uneasy with someone searching all over the fence! Log is full, see attached pic for proof of find.
Out n about with Mr converting some green to yellow to spread some sunshine on my map. Summer just around the corner & creepy crawlers are out n about, but nice wet day but still being vigilant. Had some good finds and laughs .... TFTC all in good order BUT log is full ... snap as proof
Find 10 of 13 on a mountain bike ride around Ballajura and Malaga. We were out early to beat the heat but it was pretty toasty by the time we grovelled our way out of Whiteman Park.
Found like others that the GZ was a bit out so this took a couple of minutes, till we had spread out a bit.
TFTC familysteiner!

Sometimes you spend half hour and nothing this one was nearly instantaneous must be the lunch I just had around the corner
Found! Almost gave up! Haha. Log was so teeny and according to an early cacher is was full, so heres my proof i found! happy anzac day!
Took a little while but after reading a previous log realised the cache is about 10mtrs away from gz. TFTC
Had no pen on board so took a photo for proof. Tricky with night shift workers trying not to look dodgey
That was awesome. Well, apart from when I found someone’s discarded drug stash rubbish which I opened to find lots of ziplock bags. Glad I didn’t search through them just in case there was a log hidden one of them!
TFTC!

The parking spots around here are full with workers cars but we were lucky enough to find one a short way up the road.
The cache is about 10m out by our GPS but once we decided to look using our eyes rather than just our GPS the probable location (inline with the concrete block ) seemed to stand out.
We found the Nano and went on our way.

Nice park and grab.

Wow this was a good one. The late afternoon workers were quite curious. Great hide, well done.!
Picking up a package for the wife in Malaga and decided to grab a couple of nearby caches. Thsnks
Attack was planned to perfection - Good Friday - so the area was completely deserted Likely difficult to find a faster cache & dash than this one: I pulled the car up at GZ, opened the door, picked the cache up, signed and sat back in the car, lol. Again I’d imagine it would be tricky to be discreet here on a normal Friday, but I’m not complaining! Another smiley in an area I don’t frequent very often (as in never, lol). TFTC
Thank you! Headed out for an hour or so to enjoy the cooler weather, get some exercise, and maybe a cache or two. Soon spotted the sneaky hide.
Didn’t even have to get out the car to spot this one! Nice easy find on a hot afternoon tftc
Didnt even have to get out of the car for this one!! Easy find on a public holiday!! Thanks for the cache x
Day 62 of 365! Two months down 10 to go! It’s been fun following through on my New Years resolution.
Another park and grab. Funny how this would go unnoticed by everyone but geocachers! Tftc

Thanks for replacing this one - we had been by when it wasn’t here...
Always hate those logs that say “easy find” but this one was for Lonewolf she said “I found it already” before she got out of the car and I thought she was kidding but she wasn’t!

Out on a day of caching with my mom ooh yeh, spotted this one from the car, tftc
Headed out with the geodaughter Redlipsandunicorns and her partner for a day of caching. With no muggles around we made a quick find here TFTC familysteiner
TFTH familysteiner. A quick find here on a quiet Saturday afternoon!! SL and replaced as found.
After speaking to the co on the weekend, saying that this one had been replaced. I was glad to put a smiley face here on TFTC
Sorry guys, for some reason I've only just noticed the DNFs. Went to check on the cache today and sure enough it's missing, along with the whole fence it was attached to! A new fence has been installed and this is where you'll find the replacement nano. Again, apologies for the delay in maintenance.
No finds in last eleven months. Is it possible for CO to confirm the container is still in place?
No luck this time. Not such a quick park and grab so maybe been tampered with?
Hmm I must of looked very suspicious feeling my way a long a fence, because a security guard asked me what I was doing, explained, but still asked to move along.
umm missing?? my geosister noticed it with new fence, we still search for the magnetic but no luck. Thanks familysteiner.
Passing through the area we stopped to have a look for this cache, but unfortunately we could not locate this one There has been a new fence constructed at GZ & this one may need checking.

Wrangled something out but it turned out to just be a snail shell. Too many redback webs for me to do any further poking.
Great area to hide to a cache. Stopped by quickly with eldest GeoSon and found this one. TFTC
Found by reluctant geo hubby while I was still reading the description!!! We had tried to find this one when it was first published so was nice to have a very very very quick find today.
