TftcJust one quick find on quick trip to Kempsey. This has been bugging me for a couple of weeks because it's the only one in the area I've missed.
Find#2825Some Hunter geocachers and myself have talked for a long time about coming to Kempsey to complete the slim dusty series. We achieved this goal and also completed the Tamban Trail, the fruit and nut series and the golf series as well. Sadly today we head home but got up early to find a few of what is left in town Log and cache in good condition Signed and returned as found TFTC
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Staying in Kempsey only 2 nights, today was planned around finishing the Monopoly series and visiting Smithtown, Gladstone and Crescent Head.Managed to grab a yummy pie and sausage roll at Crusty's bakery in Gladstone. Didnt try the cakes but they also looked yummy. Weather was kind to us today. [^]TFTC ozglory
Found with red_ear_slider who sold a photo print at the gallery today! Rain sprinkling still, tftc!
Might as well get caches while here, what a cute little house, took a moment to realise how to get in .TFTC
Found on a fresh Monday morning. This cache really made me feel I was out the back of nowhere - I've never seen road signs that say "speed limit ends here, reduce speed to conditions" before!
I think the past two years of La Nina have made a big difference to the environment around this cache. There's no way the cache could have been seen from the road (as a previous finder once reported) even if it had been sitting in the open.
I initially wasn't sure if I was supposed to go up the dirt road next GZ; there was nothing to indicate whether it was public road or private driveway. But eventually my GPS settled a bit more and I realised I should stay on the main road.
Once that was sorted it was just a matter of bush bashing my way to the cache. This definitely isn't a 1.5 terrain anymore. It's a short distance, but it's very uneven ground, a small hillock to climb, and plants and tree branches to dodge and climb over. A 2.5 rating would be more accurate now.
At GZ it was a pretty quick find, only checking a few possible hiding spots before I had the cache in hand. And the cache & log are in excellent condition. I replaced the snap lock bag as it had split down one side, and removed some dinosaur sticker swag that had seen better days (it wasn't in the bag with the log).
Replaced the cache as found, feeling very satisfied. TFTC Ozglory!

Took a bit of a search. The GPS was playing up and eventually we got it about 10 m from where the GPS said. But the GPS was all over the place. TFTC
Found 15/11/2020 with JessYoung96.
Easy find and found it right as we got to GZ.
Loved the container, if I could give a favourite point for creativity I would (I just ran out until I get some more logs).

Found with kingfisher_au, a nice quick find before heading back into Kempsey. Thanks for the series and the caches.
Last play in our game of Monopoly for today. This one was located quickly, any clue was noted then it was off to find a couple more before heading back to camp at the showground.
Thanks for the cache ozglory.

These Monopoly caches are springing up everywhere on me tour of the Kempsey back blocks
This roll of the caching dice landed me out here down a quiet country lane.
At least it is quiet if no trains are passing by

Finally time to get some caching done in Kempsey. After meeting ozglory we were keen to check out their caches and we were not disappointed. We are still working on completing this fun series. Thanks to ozglory for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Today we travelled to Kempsey to find a few caches and complete the Monopoly series and the golf trail.
This was our 25th for the day, spotted a likely hide from the car and soon after had cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache

Took the trip to Kempsey from Port today to collect a few caches, we were focusing mainly on the Monopoly series, but if others popped up nearby then they were fair game too.

A quick find because we could see it from the car. Plastic bag is shredded and was lying on the ground a few metres away. It may have been attacked by a critter. TNLNSL. Replaced out of sight and covered with some natural Camo. TFTC
Hi there ozglory.
We found your cache **"MK- (Light Blue)"** at 11:44:00 AM today. (This makes our total find count 17518).
Our plan for the day was to finish the game of Monopoly that we started a couple of days ago. Little did we know that it wasn't possible to finish the game so easily, because we kept getting side tracked.
We had a most enjoyable day & found 26 caches in a variety of container types and sizes (& DNF'd 2). Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places to visit on our nomadic wander around Australia.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny

We have moved on from South West Rocks to Kempsey to do some more caching. We've had a magic few weeks with the weather, and that looks set to continue for at least the next week, giving us plenty of time to gather a lot more caches. It looks like the CO's in Kempsey have been busy, so that will keep us on our toes for a while.
More stomping around in the bush. Luckily Mr Ski was wearing his trustworthy geo stomping thongs (on his feet in case you were wandering)!

Found @11:42:00 AM.
Had an inquisitive neighbour looking from a distance at what I was up to. No point hiding I thought, so I strutted up the street and introduced myself and my hobby in a quick 5 minute lesson. I then took her down to the cache to show her what it was all about. She didn't venture to GZ but I brought out the container and log to show i wasn't really planting a drug stash 50 metres from her home.
She was amazed.
Thanks to ozglory for the cache

Found this one quite easily and added quite a few scratches to the fast growing collection on my arms. Thank you
Found at 1:10 PM GAFF1 in the company of Team Nurse Hayley.
We could see the cache from quite a distance as it was not covered with any leaf litter. Left it covered a bit better.
Thanks ozglory.

Found by Pat & Cheryl at 10:52 AM. Thanks for bringing us to this great location and helping us to increase our tally. Really enjoyed this cache ozglory and this is #868 so far for us.
Done the Pink, now for the Light Blue. Beautiful day, great caches, fun series, how good is it!!
Our plan was to target the Monopoly series, we completed & found 21 all being FTFs
What a great way to do a tiki tour of the area, I think we went to most points on the compass.
This is a great series, co-ords are really very good which made the finds quiet easy. Even though they were country roads we were surprised how many of the locals we spied.
Thanks for placing this cache ozglory
