Easy find.I'm not sure who the pests are, but there are still cattle in the lake paddock. TFTC kittykatch and grimraider
Reperio 10:47Day 2 of our NSW south eastern caching tour, and Master Vitruvius and I travelled from Tarago, through to Bungendore and then on to Captains Flat. It was quite an eventful day, from finding a dog on a lonely country road, to having a brown snake slide up next to me while signing a cache, to having a police officer pull over and put his lights on for us as we were pulling road kill off the roadand of course, lots of geocaches found. A great day out full of geocaching and adventure. Gratias KittykatchAs a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV

It's Earth Day Weekend.
I have decided to finish my finds in each of the 360° around my home location. I have been missing 7° for ages and they are all clustered in this area.
After driving to the end if the road and collecting caches I had not been able to get on my last visit. This is finally ine of the caches I require for my 360°.

TFTC. A nice quick find in a lovely area. Loved the view. Haven’t seen water in Lake George in years. Now off to do the rest of your trail.?
Found 27/2/22 with my sister and partner - excellent little find with some cute treasures!
Went for an afternoon drive, and walk, along the lake road. The lake was very picturesque, full as it now is, a grand expanse of water stretching to the foot of the windmill hills in the distance!
For years after moving to Canberra, with the lakebed dry, I believed lake George to be not a true lake, but akin to those salt "lakes" we have in South Australia. It's quite a dramatic change to see it now!
"Palerang Pests" - a cute container. This one was pretty much in plain sight, though I image the place is so rarely frequented it is OK.
Thanks for the cache!

Cache found without trouble, but as others have mentioned, it was very waterlogged. Struggled to get my signature in the log legibly - can provide the CO with a pic if needed.

Exploring a different region today, this was a straightforward find on a road with a very pretty outlook, especially further north. This log was quite wet but still able to be signed. Thanks, Kittykatch.
It took a while for the cache to be spotted, I guess I'm getting cache blind as I age Thanks.
#6 for today, Found with Sophiescout and Jemalong and Family on a drive around the local area. TFTC

We had a most enjoyable day of caching from our base at Bungendore. The weather just perfect and the scenery so green and beautiful. Yours was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thanks to Kittykatch for arranging this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Found 11:26 7/12/19 with TheTrueCornDogs, Kipple and Roondis. The only pest s today were flys and locusts. Thank you Kittykatch for the cache and bringing me to this location.
Found while out celebrating MrWindys birthday. Out caching with Kipple, CassandSof Roondis and MrWindy

While taking our son out some for a Sunday driving lessons, thought we would have a look at Lake George. Whilst here it looked like a good place drop off that Batman. TFTC

Attending the Clear Water 2019 mega this Easter in Queanbeyan. Apologies for the generic log but we have found too many to compose individual logs. Many thanks to all the cache owners for their caches, which have been exceptional in their maintenance I have had only 1 dnf and that was only because I was not going to make a tree climb without seeing where the cache was. The vast majority of caches have had very good coordinates. Along with useful hints. TFTC
Another great day out with woolwood9 hunting containers.
SL - Stamped logs as TM/WW NZ or printed tm421/ ww9
Big thank you to the cache owners who made our trip fun!
*Nice drive along the dirt road - was expecting a lake, pond or some bit of water somewhere as on Google maps but no water seen today anywhere.*

A quiet patch of Palerang is to be found out this way
Especially on a cool, sunny day
Wending me way north so far,
I had passed the end of the bitumen tar
A poke around the edge of the lake dry,
and a cache was found by and by

Cute container, a little tricky for me to remove and replace after I’d signed the log, but I persevered, it was worth the effort.
Thanks very much for the cache and another happy face on our map.

Left Port Macquarie heading south to the Mega event .
We are now back at Gundaroo Sports ground.
There are now 7 geocaching teams here. TMann from NZ had a quick stop here looking for a cache, so they spent some time here chatting
Decided to head towards Bungendore & up the side of Lake George. This was a wonderful drive, the cache containers were all so relevant to the hide name.
Thanks for placing this cache Kittykatch

Spent about 15 mins looking - checked the hint and then the previous logs. We too found what looked like the perfect spot but no cache. Not sure if its missing or if we were looking in the wrong spot?
We find the perfect hiding place along with the typical geocaching stones but sadly no sign of the cache.
I headed out with Kittykatch and Studette to find out what all this geocaching was about. We enjoyed a nice drive along the road and picked up a few caches. Then off to have a picnic near the lake. Lots of fun - should have joined up years ago.
Kittykatch offered to take me and Studdo out for a drive and to do some geocaching. It was more fun then we thought it might be. Will have to find time to find some more.
A great little country lane Drive.
Enjoyed finding these caches, seeing what view is around the next corner and all the different cammos.

After spending Christmas with family and being hampered by a sore foot, I was getting edgy about not caching in my holidays, and a little bored. So Joeylovestreasure and I concocted a plan to grab a few early morning caches along Lake George before the sun was above the yard arm (when beer becomes mandatory)! Great to catch up with an old friend and caching mentor from my first days of caching!
Unless otherwise noted, caches found in good condition and in accordance with any hints.
This cache: second of the morning and a cute container.
Thanks Kittykatch for the cache and the fun!

Like the last 2 visitors over a month ago, I checked all around where it should be and there is no sign of it.
Needs a CO visit.

Had no luck finding this one. Maybe a case of cache blindness. Will try again another time.
Had a really good look and not sure if it is missing or put back in wrong place
Nice quick find as Touchstone7 and I did a few of the local caches. She'd already done this cache, so was having fun watch me try and find it.
Thanks for the cache KK and GR.
