Needing some multi's for a challenge, it was a quick detour to this one before heading towards Samford.Nice simple multi.Log signed. TFTC
Finally got around to getting back to this one after a miss last time I was here. As this is probably the closest cache to home it was awesome to turn it into a smilie and see it drop off my map.Awesome big thanks to the cache owner for placing this cache.Cheers
Were at training nearby at the hospital for 3 days. This was our lunch time walk on day 2 to solve the coordinates. The board walk was SMELLY!!! Noticed we might need a bit more time so decided to make another walk on Friday to get the final spot. Found quickly on arrival. I appreciate the puzzle but underwhelming container. TFTC, found with muggle work colleague Jeannine. #1618 in total and only cache for today.
Mitch._.R I found your cache Heritage Track on 27/7/2024, 12:50PM. This is my find 6843 and find # 5 today. Returned for another search. This time found it not where I thought it would be. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Had been here previously and had a fair idea as to where it was.Nice improvements to the area.TFTCache Mitch._.R
Did the calculations and made our way to GZ where the cache was quickly found. Looks like it gets a lot of water down here as this was area was still quite muddy from recent rain. TFTC
I had done the first part of this some time ago but had not had any success GZ. Today I was in the area again and had seen that the cache had been replaced so I once more attempted to find it. A different outcome this time, with a nice speedy find. Thanks Mitch._.R
TFTC smile20095 Out and about on a Sunny day grabing a cache to try and keep a challenge going signed as GS1947 on small logs Thank you Mitch._.R for placing this cache for our enjoyment
Needing a multi today for a challenge that I'm working on brought me here with geo friends.Thank you, Mitch._.R, for this good multi and neat hide at GZ.
I needed a Multi and has this one solved ages ago. I have visited GZ a few times but always came up empty handed so it was today or never. With help from a previous finder the cache was in hand and I was signing the log before replacing as found. TFTC
It's always hard to get a carpark here on weekdays but I managed to find a spot near the netball courts today and I enjoyed a nice walk up to and along the Heritage Track. There were lots of signs to read and it was interesting to see the market garden and all the regeneration work happening in the area. The multi was easy to calculate and I considered moving the car closer to the final before I realised there was an easy way to get there and that it would be quicker to walk across than drive around. At GZ I quickly found the new container and log is still in good condition. Thanks for the cache Mitch. .R and for the maintenance Brislions!
Took a bit to find today, GZ wasnt easy to discern between groups of muggles lurking about.
After I dropping Muggle65 and GreenGecko1 home. I still needed another multi. Looking through the logs I can see it needs a replacement cache, I had a container in the Ute that could be use. New container in place. For everyone to find.Mitch._.R thank you for placing this cache for enjoyment of the caching community
I didn't hold much hope for finding this after the recent dnf's on it. However, since I was in the area I thought I may as well have a look. I was sure I had the right co-ords and the area of GZ matched the hint. My first look didn't present anything but on the second sweep I searched a bit harder and saw something of promise. Yes a bit of a plastic bag, the type of plastic bag a log book would go in! I retrieved it and also along with it a very rust eclipse tin.
I was happy and satisfied that after putting in the effort of the Multi that I had found the cache. I can definitely say yes, it is still there. It's not in the best shape and unfortunately as I was on the bicycle I didn't have a spare tin. The log was damp but I managed to sign it. I put the log back in what was left and re-hide it. I’ll post a couple of pictures to show what I found.

Mitch._.R I didn’t find your cache Heritage Track on 8/6/2023, 10:28 am. Calculated the final coordinates. Arrived at GZ and a search revealed nothing.
I previously visited the area at the posted coordinates on 5/05/2021 whilst I was riding nearby in the area (I think I was taking a detour riding home at the time). I quite enjoyed this hidden little track with some interesting/unique sculptures, and no issues with answering the questions. I had the set of coordinates for GZ, but I decided to leave this strategic multi-cache for another day, not realising it would be 18 months (to the day) until visiting GZ.
Today, following a morning Kelvin Grove parkrun, jesswrigley and I went out for shopping and errands, and then headed to Belmont Hills Reserve on the south side for a walk around the area. The Q100 oldie [Belmont Bushland](https://coord.info/GCGHDB) had brought us to the area, but a couple of hours spent walking around, spotting wallabies and kangaroos, made it an enjoyable afternoon wander.
GZ was fairly close to my usual commute bicycle ride home, but I thought I would make the short drive after my morning's run to make the find. So after parking and walking down to GZ, I did have a look around the area and wandered where it could be. I had a search around, and soon found the cache. It was quite rusted, and as I got the logbook out, I realised that there was a fairly big discrepancy with those who had logged online. Other than CuriousQuest on 5/07/2022, the previous finder was back in 10/2019 by neilo10. I signed that logbook and placed back, and then started to search for this other cache container. It took another five minutes of looking, before finding the throwdown cache container less than two metres away. It looks like it was the erroneous container found by Que Sera, who then added a logbook. Anyway, I've now combined both logbooks and removed that old container away; It feels like there should be some level of certainty or CO feedback before a logbook is added, as has happened here to create confusion. Thanks Mitch._.R for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

On an outing with Millzorz in the area, so came to find this cache which Mizzorz had already pieced together. Container had water but log was dry. TFTC.
Had gathered the data previously and failed to find the cache.. Today, with the help of DanSanHai and Que Sera, the cache was finally located!! TFTC!
I haven’t been to this area for years, so enjoyed my walk through this nice little park. The multi questions were easy so headed off to gz. After reading previous, logs, I knew I was at the right spot. I scratched around a bit and then I noticed a possible hide. There it was. A bit hard to get out of its hidey hole but the new double bagged log was nice and dry. Tftc
We found it after 4 attempts. It was a tricky one! I placed a toy inside because there was none inside! Great find tftc
On my walk this morning I detoured slightly to collect the required info... the final was just a little to far off my course... Albion to the Valley via Windsor... so after collecting L’DeVine I detoured to my calculated GZ... I should have trusted the GPS... I started searching prematurely which resulted in quite a lot of noise... once I consulted the GPS I moved to where I spotted something that didn’t look natural, and once moved revealed the cache...
As mentioned by others the log is saturated (including the temporary page added by the last finder) so I’ve added another temporary log and double bagged it... tftc...

Taking Maddie to her netball game at downy park this morning, this gave me a chance to grab a couple in the area. Having the bike on board I had an hour to grab a couple of caches and possibly a nearby lab series.
This one evaded me for a while and I had to phone a friend to get some clarity. I was in the right area and was sure I had the spot nailed. With the call I found the cache in a deep spot, turns out the previous cacher hid the cache to well.
The container was very wet and the log was very wet also, I emptied out the water and placed the log in the sun for a few minutes so as I was able to sign. Once signed, I replaced all the contents back in its hiding spot and was on my bike out of there.
Thanks for the multi and the hide.

I am that close to having enough multis to complete a challenge ... 2 to go! So to help my cause I headed over to work on this one this morning. Wow, I had no idea this existed, and I am so pleased it does. This area has been lovingly maintained, I hope this continues for the long term.
Collecting the needed information, I had some co-ords which I wasn't terribly sure about but after checking some previous logs I took the stroll to my gz. Arriving there I started a methodical search and after some time without finding it I made a PAF. While I was waiting for a response, I spotted the sneaky little cache in it's hiding place.
The log was quite damp, I managed to etch my name in.
Thanks Mitch._.R for a great multi, a fav from me.

Unfortunately I did. It find it but if someone could send us a message about where it is or a hint that would be nice!
I did the walk a couple of years ago and got to the final and felt super awkward. Despite looking for a while as I was a relative newbie I ended up walking away because of said general weirdo feeling.
However today I am chasing a multi and had this at the target as I had already solved. To say I was cranky at myself when I pulled up on site was an understatement as I recognised the location. Decided to take a quick gander before heading off to find another I was delighted to spot the cache almost straightaway without having to touch anything!
It’s almost like winning lotto, rectifying a personal DNF and not having to change my plans! Winning!

Awesome little trail here, and I had no idea it existed. After stopping to smell the roses, and collect the answers, I returned to my geomobile. It was 30+ degrees outside, and the smoke was thick and burning my eyes, so decided not to make the shortish walk to GZ. The brief break in the geomobile, driving to GZ, was very much appreciated!
Located the cache fairly quickly - I was second guessing myself because the location was awfully close to the neighbours fence, and overlooking balcony, but it was indeed the right spot. Unfortunately those neighbours did come to investigate, and I had to make tracks.
Thanks for an awesome multi. #98... getting close to 100 multis!

With work being so hectic over the past few days I haven't really had the chance to go caching since I finish too late, but luckily today was an early finish, so I had plenty of spare time to grab a cache before I head home. I decided to grab this multi as it wasn't too far from where I finished work for the day. I arrived at the starting waypoint eventually after driving around and around trying to find a carpark, found the required numbers after a short walk then made my way to GZ. Upon arriving at GZ I wasn't sure if I was in the correct area, it didn't seem right, so I checked the numbers again, they're correct though. I had a thorough look around, but I couldn't see anything cache related, so that's when I decided to get in contact with a previous finder for a hint. I was told I was in the correct area, my GPS liked where I was looking, but I was actually looking in the wrong spot after taking a step back to take a pic, that's when I noticed the container hiding. Gotcha!
Cache and contents are in good condition. Thank you for bringing me to this location today.

Rollerskaters out in force and dogs and everyone else that has been stuck inside for weeks .
Found the same cache as Que Sera there might be more than one container in play here.
Thank you for placing this geocache Mitch._.R

After calculating GZ we started our walk jumping on all the play equipment for photos as we went. We were so excited to find this cache except that we didn’t. We knew we might have to dig and when we hit China the digging stopped. The ground was still sloppy wet from all the rain and when the house next door went quiet we decided it was better to move on. Thanks anyway
I only work around 400m from this cache and it was only today I had time after work to take a little walk. At gz i was nicely surprised to see this heritage trail. I have worked nearby for 32years and didn't know it existed. That's the thing I love about geocaching. At gz I soon worked out the final location and enjoyed the walk there. At gz I found a container that fitted the description and hint with no log book and just next to the big rocks. I added a log book and tucked it away. I am now hoping it was the correct container. Giving this a fp for taking me to this beautiful spot.
My GPS took me about 30 metres further than it should. Eventually it brought me back to where I had started and there was the cache slightly buried but definitely there. TFTC and the lovely walk along the Heritage Track.
Some googling and mapping and log reading managed to help me narrow down a couple of possible locations for GZ, but when I arrived at the first I just knew it was here after reading some of the awkward feelings people had being so very close to other ppls houses
Some scratching and digging like a scrub turkey led nowhere, so a quick PAF to a friend was needed to help me narrow down the hide location. Bingo! A cache As it turns out, I had scratched all around it without revealing the container.
The owners of the adjoining property need to get down here, there are loads of ping pong balls among the leaves from someone who is obviously crap at playing ping pong.
---
Log signed at 13:34 and cache returned as found. Thanks for the smilie **Mitch._.R**. This log is trackable, mention where you saw it.

Bummed I didn’t find this, walked all the way to the spot and felt REALLY weird looking around the back of this person’s house so abandoned my search with grumpy toddler. Shame there’s none hidden in the heritage walk track.
20/3/19 11:46 am Find #2427
This was the Wacky Wednesday target cache for the day today, as a check of the map last night revealed it had a nice year of unloved goodness.
Heading around here, we wondered our chances of a parking spot, but did manage to quickly park in a spot right near the published coords.
Heading over we found the information super quickly and soon had ourselves a set of coordinates - I think we were expecting more to be involved here and expected to have to spend more time gathering required info.
After our quick info search and calculations, we hopped back into the car and headed on around to GZ, where we were once again able to park nice and close.
Then we began our search. Hmmmm not sure we are going to find this one today - apart from rubbish scattered around the area, the plantlife seems to be rather more cleared than we had expected. A bit of a search in this spot and a bit in that and we decided, due to feeling a little uncomfortably suspicious around someone's property that it was time to call in a PAF. And as always happens, the minute the message was sent, NyssaFlutterby came up trumps digging a little more and revealing a cache! Just at exactly the same time our PAF responded too. Always the way!! Thanks anyway PAF, your response was spot on of course.
Thanks for the cache Mitch._.R.

This was the target cache for today while in the good company of 1MinnieMoo.
As we drove towards the first WP I was thinking we would never find a park but then magically one appeared. Let's not mention that it may or may not have been a no parking zone As quick as could be we had the finals at hand! Rightio, time to find the cache.
Arriving at the final GZ I noticed what is probably referred to as the vines. Seems like they have had a haircut and I was disappointed mulberries aren't in season at the moment.
After digging about for a bit and coming up empty handed I had a read of past logs and knew we were in the right spot. While 1MM sent out an SOS to a past finder I dug a little deeper and was happily surprised to find the container Woohoo!
Nearly exactly one year of long lost goodness. Opening the beasty I was glad to find the log in good condition.

Weird area.lots of rubbish around. Lots of lovely spots this could have been placed! No luck today
As Lisylou and jemilucy said no luck today to be honest very disappointing as there could of been so many other nice hidey holes through that heritage pathways or the bridge then a random corner off someones backyard.
Nice little quiet walk that then led me somewhere i felt weird about. After the dogs stopped barking and i could search, it weirded me out too much putting it there. Why not the other end? Or the side? Soo close to property!
Sigh.
Still gave it a good once over.

We came upon your cache, Mitch._.R, while geocaching with Selva Girls.
We often come here for organic markets, but had never read the plaques as they were hidden away. Yes, it is an enjoyable track. Info gathered and proceeded to GZ, but as others have said, a bit uncomfortable so chose to houses
Log signed and replaced at 11.20 am on 26 December 2017. TFTC.

Out collecting a few smileys today with Mrs RoddyC. We gathered the information required and were soon heading off to GZ. There, we searched and searched, without luck. No big vine, so nothing matched the hint. We were about to give up when I checked a very unlikely spot and located the cache. Time and water had rusted a hole in the container and the log was a soggy mess. I headed back tot he car and found the same type of container in the boot. We had a spare log too. We signed the new log and replace the cache about 6inches away from where we found it as it was a bit drier there. Mrs RoddyC has a photo of both containers together if the CO requires proof that we did actually find the cache. TFTC
I ride very near at least 2 days a week and have never stopped to seek this cache. Today with some spare time (seems i have lots of that now) I went for a look.
After determining the final WP's it was off to the cache. Nothing here, or there. Seems a while since it was found but from the logs I know I'm in the right area. PAF for hints and then realize I had already uncovered the cache container which was staring me in the face.
Time, and water discharge have not been kind to the cache container of the log book. Managed to get a signature on the wet paper.
The cache needs some urgent care and attention.
Loved the walk/ride and the intended concept.

Left hotel and walked the river caching as I went. tftc and adding to my time here. Dipping my gps GCC for mileage, thank you.
Too close to houses, makes me feel uncomfortable. Will have to give it a miss for today. I can't match my GPS reading with hint.
Completed the lovely little walk and collected all the necessary clues, but when we got to GZ we were being observed by the locals from all sides [B)] No smiley for us today, but we have what we need and may return in future to claim it. Thanks for leading us to this nice spot, we all had fun walking through and learning about the area
Worked out GZ easily enough, but as we approached there were two sets of muggles watching us, and a third emerged from his house to stand on his deck watching us too. We turned back. Another day. We did enjoy the walk though.
Nice find, after a lovely walk from the heritage trail. Thought I was in trouble when I got the cache in hand, but soon has my name on the log. Tftc!
This was the first cache that I stopped at earlier this morning. My loop took me away form GZ, so I did not get to the final until well in to the afternoon.
I had been here before, but hockey was in full swing. Stick wielding mini muggles everywhere, not to mention Mums and Dads.
Not a soul in sight today. A nice quick find at GZ. I carry just enough equipment on the geocycle to be able to deal with the final hurdle here.

I had to get the car serviced nearby today so Nikid1 picked me up for some caching in the local area.
What a great hidden away little area this is, thanks for bringing us here Mitch._.R as otherwise I never would have known it existed! We quickly gathered the required information & were a little surprised by where GZ was (although the description did warn us of that). As it is a cold, windy day & we are on a time limit we decided to take the lazy, fast option & drove to GZ.
We quickly had the cache in hand, but what's this.... An unexpected hiccup but a little ingenuity soon had the damp log out, names signed & cache replaced as found.

Was out this way with KerriMG today. Walked through the city farm which has some great looking produce and loved the chooks. Anyway.. I have never seen this walk before so thank you Mitch._.R for bringing us here. Answers quickly obtained. Being a cold and windy day we did this the easy way and drove to pick up the cache.
Cache found quickly enough but there was another twist. Not sure if we missed something at GZ but back at the car we got the cache opened and log signed. The log is damp but still able to get our names on there easy enough. A fun little multi.

I checked out the numbers a while back with a little walk through this interesting area, and decided tonight was the time to skip on over to final GZ. I spotted a possible ex-vine and rock as I walked across the oval and was soon seated with the container in hand. OK, a step more to go through - but I shall not be thwarted. Got there.
Thanks for placing this cache, Mitch._.R. Found in very wet condition, but was able to etch my name OK.

Out for an afternoon walk, to get my day's step count up and collect a few caches. I enjoyed the wander down the path after collecting the clues. On my return journey, with a few caches find, I detoured and made the find. Didn't really see a vine, but there was a big rock. The drain nearby has obvious been doing its job as the logbook was wet.

# 1329 - Wombles and Co and I set out to finish our March challenge. As it was we both needed caches of different types, so we sort of doubled up, but no big deal. We had a great day.
Mrs W needed this cache for the challenge. I didn't, but that's no reason not to grab it, is it? We did most of the (very interesting) walk without the need for an umbrella, but after we found the cache we had to even find shelter under a big tree, because the heavens opened up big way. At least we found one of yours today CO.

I really enjoyed this walk, I had never realised this path was here. A lot of money has gone into the signs along here and it's a shame people don't know it's here.
Like the finder before us, I thought we had the wrong place until I spotted the cache.

Out and about this morning finding a few caches in the area.
At first I thought I was in the wrong place as it is SOOOOOOO close to this house.
But after a bit of searching I spotted this one tucked away.
Thanks for the cache.

I had obtained the details of this cache GZ a couple of days previous but due to time restrictions I was unable to find the final. Today, I was nearby and was able to drive over to the GZ and found the cache with ease. Back to the car and was able to use an implement to open the container. Log signed and replaced as found. Great morning for a walk to collect the clues then the cache. Clues picked up quickly then collected another cache along the way before arriving at GZ. Wasn't sure if I had collected the right clues but the hint made some sense.
Found the container and had some problems opening it. Couldn't find the tool but had something in my kit that managed to open the container. TFTC Mitch._.R

Didn't find the cache - well really I did but didn't have the necessary device to access the log so had to put it back and walk away. I think I have the right thing at home.

A couple of months ago I had taken the stroll along the Heritage trail and picked up the clues. I had even taken the stroll and located the cache but I had not been able to access the log.
Today I took the direct route to the cache and it was still in the place where I had found it last time, Again I had no way to access the log and agonized over that for a while until I did a bit of digging and, surprisingly, I located the device to access the log.
I put my name on the paper and replaced the cache and device intact back where it was.

This was my second walk along this gorgeous trail.
Gathered the information and headed along the trail.
Loved the chooks pecking around and the bush turkey further on.
Arrived at a lovely big area and headed to GZ.
One person working in a house but did not see me.
Soon found the container.
Just the right tool for that.
Click, access the log and replaced.
Loved the bread bag, most original.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Mitch. .R All good with this cache

Since I was on a geo-roll of good finds, I decided to try my luck again right here. I parked near the final and made my way down cautiously, as it seemed the nearest residents were home.
This time, I came in from the side, started digging with a natural tool and almost immediately unearthed something interesting. What the...! Thank goodness the pain of the trick at the end was short-lived. There's another cache in Brisbane that has a similar idea but uses a false bottom too.. Now that's a nasty one!
All good here so TFTC today.

I went for a lunchtime walk around here and enjoyed the work that's gone into the trail. (The quote for number 2 is just fractionally different to what you've written, by the way, but I'm being pedantic.)
There were a few people around doing some work and others exercising, but it was a good walk to the GZ.
Here the troubles started: I was a little wary of all the birds, but none swooped me. I took the long way around, so I could see residents sitting around here and there in the boarding house, but they didn't seem too interested. The builders at a nearby house DID take an interest in me, so I had to keep walking and wait for a while until they disappeared. A classic mistake by me is to only wear my prescription sunglasses so that if I have to look in a dark or shady spot, I struggle... And I struggled here. Couldn't see anything at all. Oh well, I guess I'll be back, and it was a nice walk anyway.

Out on a pleasant Sunday morning with the Geckomaster and Cosmo with the intention of enjoying a walkie talkie and logging a few caches. Our luck was variable in this park
Liked the idea of a multi based on the heritage walk We double checked our coords for the final as it seems to be a long way from the heritage trail which was curious. It's also visible from a boarding house and surprised the residents haven't had a scratch around at GZ for contraband.
We were caught out for a minute by the twist at the end
We discovered the organic markets nearby, and keen to come back another time, as I wasn't equipped to carry around fresh produce.

Loved wandering along the Heritage Track. Short, but the information was fascinating. You should've seen my face when I saw the cache and read the message [?] Laughed my head off when I eventually found "it" Will need a much better bag than the current bread bag! TFTC Mitch._.R, very interesting
I had a hospital appointment this afternoon, and knowing I'd be there for a few hours, I had to park my car a looooong way off to get more than 2 hours parking Afterwards I had a look at nearby caches, and decided to attempt this multi. A very pleasant wander along a most interesting track brought me near to the start, but I actually picked up the clue at the 2nd spot first, then went to the start and got the info there. Nothing wrong with doing the job backwards Ohh, and those numbers for GZ look very good as I parked my car about 150 metres from there More pleasant wandering and I found myself at GZ and made the find. Nice to see some plastic wrapped around the logbook, but the container isn't going to be waterproof. TFTC, Mitch._.R.
I really enjoyed the actual heritage trail, very cool place, more people should know about it. Got the required info and got the coords and headed off to GZ. I felt quite exposed, as there were people on the deck above, and it kinda felt like I was in their garden. The coords were off but with the clue I did find the cache. I think the cache will probably be adversely affected by the weather, with holes in the container and no zip log bag for the log. TFTC
Rushed out of the office for an opportunity for a FTF given less than 2km away.
Got to car and realised that I had left my keys behind!
Bowing down and good luck to the next person!

Arrived after heading back for keys.
Part one smashed. Arrived at final but only had a few moments to spare.
After a good look I came up empty. Either well camouflaged or no longer there.
Will be keeping an eye on this one.
