Thank you! Time for another day trip with dad with the destination being New Norcia. Happy to make the find here.
Half the team had to start heading east for their own medical appointments appointment while the other half stayed with their friends in Geraldton. I'm heading down south and had to pick up a few caches to break up the drive. I'm concentrating mainly on adventure labs, virtual's and earth caches as you don't have to worry about muggles as much but I'm also stopping for any that look like as though they maybe a quick find.
This one took a lot longer than .The drizzling rain didn't help with the GPS Nor did the fact that it was well after sundown. We enjoy finding regulars as there are not to many around so I persevered for quite awhile and then found it a few moters out from where I had been searching the first timee. I happily added our name to the log and then replaced everything as it was.
Thanks blingg For hiding this cache and to Felix for the replacement one to keep it in action

Normally, I am thundering along the road in some kind of truck, but today, I am in my car. It's nice to be on my time and able to slow down and stop at that what I normally drive past.
Note to self: Hi-Viz can be both a help and a hindrance when caching.

Full time nomads stopping in Toodyay for a while.
After 3 days of 37degrees today was forecast to be a 'cool' 32degrees so we decided to tackle the Julimar caches. We ended up with only 1 DNF for our day and some interesting 4x4 driving that we havent done for a while. Lunch at the Bindoon bakery was a bonus but dodging the oversize loads going North and South on the highway was a bit of a challenge.
Pulled over here ahead of an oversize load only to be muggled by the land owner. Gave him info on Geocaching and he seemed appeased. Container was broken so a camouglaged napisan 1Lt container with contents now in play.

I talked spark22 into a late afternoon/evening drive in the bush to see if we could snatch 3 ftfs over an area. Look at it as an adventure I say! Sure its dark and its raining but how fun! Grabbing 22 other caches inbetween the ftfs were an awesome extra achievement. I think hes getting the spirit ( or he just realised I was driving and he couldnt escape till I was done ) Made it home just before midnight after reaching some dead ends, rapids crossing tracks and a few roos - what a great adventure! Thanks Blingg for your Julimar Wander series - we had a lot of fun in the dark searching. Im not quite done with it yet so I will be back to finish it off!
First of many caches for this stretch. Roadtripping to a Darwin bush doof for Easter long weekend. Tfth
Decided to pick up a cache or two on the way home from work ( up the hill at ERC )
Good find in a nice spot off the road. Stood up from signing the log and was staring straight at this! TFTC
Hi there blingg. While out on the road today I found this cache at 11:24AM after a short search - and the container and log are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to blingg for this cache - our find 8468 and the 12th of 57 finds for the day.

One of a quick half-dozen before lunch! Not hidden too well, but hopefully ok now. TFTC.
Our main mission at the moment is to gather as many LGAs as we can while touring in WA, having left Sydney 3 months ago. For each different LGA a selection was made, varying from 1 to 4 caches, depending on how many were available in the area. We then left camp and followed our chosen route and went hunting for these caches. They were mostly traditionals with a couple of multis thrown in. This one was an easy find and after being spotted duties were soon done.
Thanks go to blingg for placing this cache.
Thanks go to blingg for placing this cache.
It is very hot today, so we just wanted to pick up a few caches as we travelled with goingplaces2. Collecting LGAs as we go and and as quickly as possible in this heat. TFTC.
Being a long weekend, I decided to head out on a day trip, with New Norcia as the destination. Stopped here on the way home, but couldn't find anything in the long grass. I'll try again another time.
Great parking here for the motorhome. Sloshed my way to this one and luckily I had thongs on or I would have had very wet boots. Found it laying out in the open but replaced it behind the tree.
Took a bit of working out how to get in to this one. Thanks.

Beautiful day to be out and about. Dropped Mr O off in New Norcia to meet Jinta and a few mates earlier in the morning and this was one of the few unfound options for me on the road home. BTW Mr O and Jinta were left with their mountain bikes and camping gear...... they just need to follow the Camino Salvado track for 170km and I'll see them in Subiaco tomorrow......
Nice east find here and on my way to the other two unfounds in Bindoon. TFTC Blingg

tftc blingg decided to grab a few more of the Julimar series before having to return to Perth due to unforeseen circumstances however i will be back soon to finish the series. Nice spot here and a quick find
Headed out today with a total of 5 caching groups - 12 people in all (7 adults, 5 geokids). With 3 cars, it was a fun convoy! We were going to spend the day caching in Boddington, but due to that series being disabled for the time being, we thought we would get a few smileys north of the river. Even though some thought us crazy, the weather wasn't actually too bad, and all up it only rained for a small part of the day - not that it stopped us searching! All up, we had 74 finds for the day, and 7 DNF's. We enjoyed the caches thoroughly and thank everyone for their efforts in hiding and maintaining these series.
Spent the WA public holiday geocaching with a crowd (muskcat83, janssej, marlsj and jakevl). A total of 7A+5C in 3 cars. We had some mini competitions and prizes along the way to add to the fun. We didn't get too wet or cold! Thanks for the fun day out
Wow, we spotted the cache from quite a distance away! Please do hide the cache properly once you've found it so as not to spoil it for others! Needless to say we tried hiding it on the same spot a bit better....
Anticipating a more challenging search but a quick look and the prize was in hand. All good. TFTC
Out hunting caches with Gypsy Roaming today, Thank you for bringing us on this marvellous adventure outdoors.

Lots of roadwork but all the worker trucks moved away just after I pulled up leaving me plenty of privacy.
Missed the turn off for this cache so had to find a place to turn around with a semi behind me luckily this is where they slow down so after that an easy find TFTC
** This is a late log **
The caches I am now logging are from a little road trip I did with Eliktrisiti back in late January. We were only away for the one night, but we certainly packed in lots of fun, finds, smileys and laughter, not to mention getting totally drenched on day 2 as we picked up most of the Julimar Wander - like two drowned rats we were, but happy rats at that.
Since then, many more caches have been found and shared geocaching adventures have been enjoyed too, so it is about time that I got down to work on all those outstanding logs, albeit somewhat late.
I appreciate all the effort each of the cache owners has gone through to create and place each and every hide and I do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my usual style of individualized logs.
No problems finding this one. Thanks for the smiley blingg

Day 2 of the end of school holidays road trip with Mistraluna. Luckily the the heat had tuned down, but not so luckily the rain from north had reached the GinGin are... ou well, that should not stop the cachehunt.... and it didn't. Best day ever, although at times we were soaked as some poor rags on the washing lines. All for the name of THE smileys. Thank you for this one blingg
Ok the plan was for the Julimar Series with the Secret 7 that comprises Pommieparkin2/Clan-Wallace, m4yb, WebblyWA and FraTra, we signed all the logs as TM&TO, which some may know about but its a very long story so I won't bother you with it here.
Thanks for this hide and smily blingg.

Today's mission was for The Magnificent 7 to assemble at a servo in Toodyay & set about the Julimar Wander Series. We had all sneaked in a few on the way to this point but now the concerted effort is in progress.By the end of the morning all of this series had been located & logs signed TM & TO. They were in exceptionally good condition meaning that there were no DNFs. As the temperature sorted to a max of 44 degrees we were grateful to finish up in the pub for a lemonade & aircon. TFTC
Another find by the intrepid crew today of Clan Wallace, pommieparkin2, megawat60, fratra, WebblyWA and self, going under the moniker of TM & TO.
We greatly enjoyed the day and the fun of caching together and sharing the finds, some of which took longer than others, but no DNF's on the Julimar Series.

A plan was hatched to tackle the Julimar series and surrounds with Clan-Wallace, Pommieparkin2, megawat60, m4yb and WebblyWA. The logs were either signed as our group name TM & TO (long story ) or under our own name if they had previously been found by the rest of the group. A great day was had by all and it is nice to do a series that is well maintained.

Seven Silly Sausages Set Seek in the Scorching Heat to tackle the Julimar series and a few Tourist Drives in between.
After meeting up with the TM & TO crew in Toodyay we joined forces and cut down vehicles to head out.
While the temperatures soared to around 44 degrees our cache numbers hit similar heights with a few extras along the way. Most were found without too much trouble and Only 2 DNFs (Both Tourist Dr ones) Just about all of the caches were found in good condition which is great to see. While the side streets does add a little time it is good to get off the main road, and have a little privacy in our search. Having said that it was pretty quiet today apart from some Men on bikes that looked more like Middle aged crisis riders than bikies. Sorry for the mostly generic logs there is too many to write yet alone individually remember after our big day out. Think the heat has fried a bit of my brain.

After the box office success of The Magnificent Seven on Boundary Island there was sure to be a sequel. This is it....The Return of The Seven. We met up in Toodyay & consolidated vehicles & then set of on a very successful caching adventure around Julimar. We each achieved different goals due to previous independent caching trips but all had great fun out in the sun.. A big thank you to bling For such a good series.
A perfect day to be out doing the Julimar series. All caches found easily enough Thanks blingg for enticing us a back to this area.
Out and about with richlink today enjoying the beautiful Julimar forest.
Stirling effort blingg, we appreciate the work you have put in so we can just have fun.

Some recently published challenge caches means that I need to get out of Perth and find caches in country areas.
A day off with the geowife, going geocaching turned out to be more important that any other chores. A trip to the country was planned.
Headed to Bindoon and New Norcia to knock off two more Local Government Areas (LGA)
An easy find here
blingg. SVKR_WA found your cache on 19 October 2016. This find brings our finds count to 1631.
We have signed the log and replaced the hide as found.
Thanks for bringing us to this place.

Made a great stop at the bakery in Toodyay highly recommended.

Hi there blingg.
We found your cache **"JW - old Highway" **at 2:14:00 PM today. This cache makes our find count 14608.
We usually start the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then take a route that is mostly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. Today was different; we set out to take the trip around the Tourist Drive 359 series, plus maybe a few more. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area & ended up finding quite a variety of container types, and of various sizes hidden along our route. We found 37 caches today & DNF'd 7.
Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** If it was big enough we left a smiley badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

A quick find on my way to New Norcia to watch the monks in the play The Devine Comedy. Log was wet so replaced the bag with a better seal. TFTC
We stopped to find this cache, and then realised it was part of a series. As we are travelling south, we will have to come back one day to complete the series. It looks like an interesting drive. TFTC
A nice easy find for our 500th thank you so much for your series's, for the last 3 days we have been out conquering many of your caches, your time and effort is greatly appreciated. Cheers Brad & Lisa
