Sadly it looks like this cache has disappeared. I'm archiving it, since I'm not in a position to replace it right now.

I am happy for another geocacher to put a new geocache in this area, since it's a wonderful place to visit!

Had the day off and decided to go for a drive with a fair bit of rain around! Thankfully the rain stayed away as we made our way across the beach to the water fall! Such a beautiful spot a nice lovely waterfall running, such a shame that other people have ruined the nearby cliff scribing their names on them! We continued further to gz and made the find, everything all dry and in good condition! Thanks for the hide and getting us out to such a beautiful location!

Found on New Year’s Eve after a quick swim at Green’s Pool. Was careful to search in thongs here as we saw a snake on the dirt road in, but managed to find the cache without crossing more paths with any slithering reptiles. All in order here, thanks!

Another windy day with scattered showers at times but still good to be out and about. Managed to grab 18 Smile today Cool. Thankfully, the rain kept the muggle numbers down. What a beautiful part of Australia. I wish I had more time too look around. Sad Another time. Cool

We had this on the list but was unsure of the terrain in this area and we wanted to get to 'Fang Rock Pheonix' today as it was going to be a bit cooler. M4yb missed the turn off to the parking waypoint for FRP so we went right to the end and noticed the sign to this beach. So we decided too detour via this one and so glad we did as I doubt very much if we would have come back later on.

Wow what a spot, starting to think I could live down here! Great directions to walk down and we bumped into an old guy cleaning the beach of metal objects with a metal detector. He is hoping to find something of value one day so good luck mate!

Anyway the waterfall was rushing down and the water felt great, how amazing is geocaching when it takes you to these hidden gems.

Thanks for this hide Albany Canucks.

Megawat60 and I were on our way to do the Fang Rock climb, but we overshot the parking area. Which brought us to the parking area for this cache. So we went for a walk along the beach, chatted to a man with a metal detector who said he was collecting a lot of bottle tops and fishing sinkers (I wanted to tell him geocaching is a lot more fun).
Anyway our walk brought us to GZ where he made the fun, we SL then walked back, still amazed at the beautiful sights we were finding. TFTC Albany Canucks!

This is a great place. The road to get here is quite hard for cars. But the beach with the soft sand and watterfall is picturesque. This was the most colourful beach I have ever seen. I suggest to visit not only the left side with the cache but also the right side of the beach.

Found this a couple days ago. We braved the weather with seven adults and nine kids and had a wonderful walk. It was so good to get out. And the play at the beach was enjoyed by all. Cache was easy to find and okay, though damp. But then after five months of rain, maybe it should be. Next person there on a sunny day could perhaps air it while having a swim. Assuming we will have sunny days sometime.

TFTC! Had a grand weekend away with Cravo10, mugglewife and ItsKate visiting Albany and just about everywhere in between.

We left Perth on Friday travelling via every known backroad and side road known to the maps and maybe even a few not quite so known! Managed to grab a bunch of caches between Perth and Albany on the western side of the highway including a FTF at Boscabel, yeah Boscawhere?? Never heard of it either.

Got into Albany significantly later than we otherwise should have, but managed to get up early the following day to grab a bunch of caches around frenchmans bay, sand patch near the windfarm and further down towards Nullaki and finally around to Denmark.

Got the car nice and dirty on the back roads near the windfarm much to the delight of mugglewife!! NOT!!

Unfortunately the weather didn't work in our favour as we had planned a trip out to bold head to cleanup all out there followed by some kayaking to pickup the Camp Q adventure trail caches but the stars weren't aligned properly for that. But there's always next trip!!

We got up early the following day and grabbed a few caches around town before heading on the road back to Perth, not just Albany highway but every road east of the highway along all the back routes through cranbrook, tambellup, Katanning, Narrogin, high bury and finally back through Willian's with some side detours on the way!!

Had a great weekend and even managed to sneak in a visit with the inlaws who were more than accomodating. Thanks to all of the COs for the caches and we can't wait to come back soon. Thanks

After recently returning back to Perth after my stay was cut short in Albany by a year it was finally time to return. Catching up with old friends, cache maintenance, FTF opportunities And more green dots to convert to smiles lead to a great reason to head back down the highway.

barnzy12 and I had both been planning trips back to Albany and soon realised we had picked the same weekend.(well that's they story the partners are getting)

The drive down was not the quickest due to the intense deviation needed to clear the map however very enjoyable never the less.

All caches were found and replaced in good condition. Thanks to the CO's for bringing me to the great locations that I got to see and drive past.

Happy hunting, Cravo10

Detoured around to Williams Bay on our way home this afternoon. Interestingly, have never been along this gravel road before and were unaware of the beautiful beaches along this stretch of coast. Relatively quiet here, just a few people about. Amazing waterfall, which was flowing quite steadily into the stream. The water was surprisingly cold. A short walk later, the cache was found. Another perfect spot along our Rainbow Coast and another jewel that we have been taken to. TFTC

Oh I do hope they never put bitumen on the road out to this spot Big Grin
I'm sure the corrugated road keeps a lot of tourists away !!
I arrived here this morning to find I had the entire beach to meself [^]

Off I strolled.
And there was the star of the show.
An actual waterfall cascading down onto the beach Smile
(the mandatory “Waterfall Risk” sign was standing guard not far away)

OK, so this waterfall is not going to make it into the Guinness Book of Records anytime soon, but it is nice Big Grin

A bit further along the beach I soon found the well hidden cache Smile

TFTC and scenery !!

Pretty isn't it? Always a surprise to find flowing water in unusual places. Dry old WA is short supplied for waterfalls, so finding one here is a delight. An excellent addition to the Canucks' Beach Series.

Another FTF for team ajjnr86 & Candyfloss21!! We were worried we would be too late but thought we would give it a shot. Absolutely beautiful hidden gem along this awesome coast line. Definitely a must see Smile

11-Oct-15
Was told excitedly by Candyfloss21 on Friday night that a new cache was hidden so go excited till we realized it was in Denmark and wasn't going to be done on a Friday night. So this morning she was frantically refreshing to make sure no one had found it as we drove out. When we arrived a couple of muggles were around but they left soon and we off the find the GZ. I soon spotted it and had it in had when I said McFonz which got her upset, till she realized I was messing with her and we could sign the FTF. Great spot for this, nice little area to sit and watch the waves
