Hi DOCFiordland
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

The hint is specific and obvious spot but nothing. As others have said, this one looks to be gone.
My pick is this cache has been pushed back beyond reach. Needs replacing please to complete the series.
A DNF for us too.

Today we're walking a part of the Kepler-Track - of course that part with the caches.
It's a great walk in a beautiful landscape. We could easily find all caches. T4tc

Tftc. We had some time this afternoon. So what about a short piece of the Kettler track? Greetz from The Netherlands
It‘s really nice to do this track, because it‘s a wonderful forest to look at. Tftc
Another nice and easy cache along the Kepler Track. Thanks DOC for the great hiking opportunity here, as well as caching! TFTC
Quick find. Cool to hear a lot of birdsong on the track. Keep up the good work DOC!
I was taking a break in Te Anau for a couple of days, in between hiking the Rakiura and Kepler Tracks. I spent today doing a few short walks and finding a few caches in the greater Te Anau area. I decided to tackle all these caches around the start of the Kepler Track today, so that I didn't have to look for them while hiking the track in a couple of days time. A quick find here, TFTC!
Found this on the second burrow tried. This hint is a little mis-leading! All in good order. Tftc!
I went to NZ for a 5 week long roadtrip. The nature was just stunning! This geocache showed us again a very nice place. TFTC!
Found easy during my rest day in Te Anau after returning from the famous Milford trek. It was nice weather today. Few days ago it was around zero degrees celsius, strong wind and it was snowing in Te Anau and today around 20 degrees celsius, sunny and now wind. Pleasure to walk around a to look for a caches. I found today 13 caches, 11 traditional, 1 multi and 1 earth cache. From my country Slovakia is New Zealand distant around 18000 km and the caches found here are my farthers. With such good hint there was no problem to find this cache. Thanks for the cache.
Not quite where we expected, but seeing that some muggles have scribbled in the log, this makes sense.
We tucked it back in nicely where we found it. ( on the other side of the burrow)

My wife and me walked the Kepler track. Ok, not the while track but only about 10km. This was fun.
Even more fun was the fact that there were some Caches around. So we could follow our hobby while walking this beautiful track.
Thanks to the DOC who Made this possible and allowed/placed caching.
All Caches were easy to find.
Sorry for having the same log for all of them, but I gave FP to those who were really nice.

First of the Kepler! Big cache to be small! Cache was exposed, I pushed it until the end and covered it. Tftc
Hiking the Kepler over the next two days. Hoping the weather stays decent. Quick find, TFTC
Another quick find thanks to the hint along this lovely forest trail, signed log
I almost walked past this spot ignoring my GPS. A friendly Robin gained my attention as he was sitting right over the cache.
Outward bound from the track, and a few caches to keep me entertained along the way. TFTC!!
Arriving early in Te Anau we decided to go on the track. Lovely weather and impressive forest. One dnf but others were easy and in impeccable shape! Thanks to the owner

Really enjoying walking along this trail. Hearing lots of birdsong. A quick find. Out caching with Will of the Wisp on our “Round the World in 80 Days” trip to celebrate retirement. Signing logs with our names or initials depending on space. TFTC.
On our journey through Neeseeland we visited many beautiful places,
Again, we could register in the logbook. Thanks for the care and best regards from Germany from the team stierwade

Filled in the afternoon waiting for my son to paddle in from Godzone Adventure race so walked the track and found a few caches. Thanks for placing, DOC.
Found on Day 1 of our Kepler tramp. Thanks to DOC for placing some caches along the start to find.
Found during my trip in New Zealand.
Today, it's my 15th day of my trip.
My travel today will be Manapouri - Doubtful Sound - Te Anau.
Today I woke up early to come for the first hours to do the cruise for Doubtful Sound. In Manapouri, the weather was great. Clear sky and no rain. A great journey for the doubtful sound it announces.
Arrives at near the power station the weather changes, smoggy, a little rain.
Finally, the sky was grey and we have some smog sometime during the cruise.
The fiord was really impressive, the wild area is amazing.
Even if the weather was not really nice, the cruise was great.
After the cruise, I decided to come here to do a part of the Kepler Track.
It was a great hiking in the forest with nice view on the lake.
I've done the different caches from the track.
So muggles here so I need to pay attention. I waited that they leave and I grabbed the cache.
Thanks for this cache and thanks for discovering this place !
Greetings from Belgium !

Today we used the nice day for doing some geocaching in and around Te Anau. We rented a bycicle and did also some walking on the Kepler trail. We enjoyed the relaxing day very much. Thank you for this cache and greetings from Switzerland.
Staying at Lakefront Backpackers. Short day walk to the Kepler track. Greetings from the Netherlands. TFTC.
Late Start on Kepler Track and a relaxing search for some treasures. Unfortunately I missed the first ones on this route.
The Kepler Track looks like a fantastic walk to put on my bucket list. To 'kick' it off, we took a hike along the first section. Only got to the last cache on this leg but that's start.
Thanks for the cache, DOCFiordland.

Long Waitangi weekend roadtrip with a couple of friends. Headed from Dunedin to Te Anau (via Gore) then Riverton before finally heading home. Over 700km travelled by car, over 10km by foot and over 30 caches found..... might have left a couple as a thank you to local cachers. We had a great time and saw some cool spots.
I had to look for previous logs and photos for help and after that I found it. TFTC!
A quick easy find on a pleasant flat walk through the shady bush on a hot day. TFTC
