Second cache for our first day. Very cute hide. Its a bit damp and as we were trying to beat the forecast rain we couldnt spend time drying it out. Tftc.

Small cache on a beautiful path to Mt Luxmore! Feels like a little side quest.
**Log about this cache:**Also a good find walking a part of the Kepler track.**General log:**After years of planning and the canceling of trip due to the corona crisis, the time had finally come:***"more than 5 weeks in New Zealand".***And how beautiful it was!Visited both the north and south islands, many tourist attractions have a cache nearby so I could do some as well.Lots of virtuals and earth caches too and traditionals. But also done a few multi caches here and there also even a mystery and wherigo cache.The trip to New Zealand was great and we saw a lot of nice places. The country has so many different types of landscapes. And the nice thing was that it is winter in the Netherlands but summer in New Zealand 
Too bad it takes so long to fly and that the flight is so expensive otherwise i can go here next year again.Now you can enjoy it, logging the caches is also part of it. I will try to email the answers for the earthcaches and virtual caches to the relevant co`s as soon as possible. But first log all caches and upload the photos .Submitted via Garmin Live Geocaching

Found this last one before the big climb. Just in case I don't find the Luxmore cave or the EC at top of Luxmore. Quick find
How cool to find these caches along the Kepler that have been placed by DOC, Miss 7 was 1st to find this one, and the highlight was the wild kakariki's watching and chattering to us while we signed it. TFTC

On a road trip to Te Anau for a quick day trip and the weather is just perfect for a nice walk in the bush my favorite place , in excuse to go bush rain hail or snow the rest of the group was not so jeen to push on up to Lucksmore hut today but I will be back as I am hoping to complete the all the great walks I have made a huge hole in the list . With the Keplerand Routburn done twice Hump ridge 5 times and many others all ready signed off .

Great spot here and the accompanying muggle was happy to do part of the Kepler again. TFTC! Left hummingbird TB.
Today we had a great walk on Kepler Track. The weather was very sunny, so the walk in the forest was perfekt.
We could found the box and sighned the logbook.

I came to this one while doing the whole loop over a four-day period with the geo-missus. Awesome weather the whole time. Of the five Great Walks we've done so far, this was the most challenging, mainly due to the elevation change. But the incredible views more than made up for it.
This was the third find of the walk, and it was in good shape! Now it's time for some real elevation gain!

Today we hiked up to Mount Luxmore. Really long and exhausting because of the hot weather. But beautiful views from top though. Some caches were a must-do. Found it quickly. Tftc!
We hiked the Kepler Trail from car park to the summit of Mount Luxmore, to the Luxmore Caves and back to the car park. 37 hard Kilometers with 1400 vertical Meters. Luckily we could find all caches on the way.
Quick find on our return walk from Brod Bay. Logbook a little damp despite a 27 degree day. TFTC
Couldn't decide what to do watching the pigeon or finding the cache. In the end I decided to make the grab before Emandel.

I walked a bit further past here simply because the forest was so beautiful with the mossy carpet groundcover.

A team of us decided attempt the Kepler track a few months ago. Bags all packed and we were on our way. Might as well get a few caches along the way Unfortunately the group were muggles so this trip ended up being a solo hike for most of the trip. I learnt that I don't enjoy solitude as much as I thought!
