It hasn't been found for a long time now and the CO doesn't seem to be interested in maintenance.
When we pulled up beside this cache we saw the object mentioned in the hint. Alas we searched it thoughly without luck. We could not find anything nearby so peered over the neighbouring fence where we found a log book in a plastic bag.
After signing the log we placed it against the wall and secured it behind the rocks.
Thanks for the cache MartinAdventures you might like to check the cache and put the log book in a more secure, weather proof container.

We called in here on our way home southwards after lunch in town. I looked in the usual places first then spotted the cache not really concealed at all, just sitting there in a strange place. Thanks MartinAdventures for the hide.

First full day of my short trip to Port Macquarie. This is my opportunity to grab a stash of caches all day while the Geowife does her crafty things.
Found 25 including the first eight of the Mid North Coast Wander (was only willing to push the non-4WD mugglemobile so far) and a selection of other caches in around Port.
Actually beat her back to the motel by 10 minutes - and she had the key! Then out for dinner at Flynn's Beach.
A good day.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Can't believe I didn't spot this right away.
Luckily it wasn't too long before I made the grab.
Took over the road to complete signing duties, then back for the replace.

Done with weigandwood and Cache was very wet inside. And the log was very wet but was a tad damp when we pulled it out.
Found this cache after attempting but failing the tree climbing one down the road. Quick find. This is our first since moving permanently to the area many more to find. Dropped TB to move on. TFTC.
Just heading out of town. Quick easy find. Log is a bit damp but nice badges inside. Thanks.
A nice, easy one after some frustrating DNFs. Took a couple of badges for the grandkids and left a miniature screwdriver. TFTC.
And there we have it! My 100th log Showing a good friend the world of caching on a weekend away from the Gold Coast. TFTC!
Taking a group of Travel bugs and geocoins that I retrieved from Overseas and local geocaches on the grand tour of Australia.
Thanks for the cache
Found with pal Pete but try as we might we just could not get the cache opened. It seemed to be glued to the base. TFTC
Found it. It was laying out in full view. Signed the log and covered her up again.
Phew! Found this one after spending over an hour looking for 2 other caches and having to log dnfs. Needed a confidence rebuilder. TFTC!
Gotcha - Beginning to wonder if we had the right container. Hercules must have screwed the lid back on before we got to it.
Woohoo... Some hard ones around here but this restored our faith! Fun find with the kids!!
Lovely quick find on a glorious winter's day. Not too many muggles around thankfully, can imagine this area would get quite busy at times.
Nice easy park and grab. Easy find. Took geocoin. Will move this on as soon as I can. Left 2 TBs. SL. TFTC.
A nice easy find. Left Geocoin, was going to leave one of my Scouts Australia Coins, but left the last one in a cache last week. TFTC
Found uncovered, out in the open. Lots of road workers nearby, but managed to get it, and left it covered up. TFTC

I only have a few vacant spots left on my Fate Hidden calendar and 11 October is one of them ... so this cache was on my 'to do' list while holidaying in Port Macquarie this past week. However, we didn't get to this part of the region during the week so I made a point of heading to the highway this way so that I could clear the 11 Oct box.
I checked the hide location on Google Streetview ahead of time but on arrival here this morning, I saw that things had changed but saw that I probably wouldn't have to venture inside the new fence to where my phone GPS was pointing me. I checked through the SPOR without finding anything but then, as I was about to head back to the car, I spied the cache sitting on top of the adjoining structure. Unfortunately, it seems however that the weather has got to it as the lid is jammed tight and unable to be opened. I took a photo as proof of my find, and then put the container under the SPOR. Clearly, the CO needs to sort this hide out asap.
Thanks for the cache MartinAventures, and for an important smiley it gave me.

Visited 28 Feb, finally got to post 12 March. No cache amongst all the rocks. An all white plastic canister maybe 500+ ml size found on the lawn about five metres behind. Sealed tight, unable to be opened. Looks like the site has been muggled. Didn't take a pic. Placed the canister in a branch of the bush at GZ.
We found the other 7 attempts, with this one muggled / disturbed, in a short afternoon on foot in Laurieton.
Visiting by yacht, tied to the wharf in front of the United Ex-servicemens Club, waiting for ex TC Winston's swell to dissipate so we can continue north!

14:00 Nice easy find for those who are looking and well concealed from the casual passers-by. TFTC MartinAdventures
What a top location for the Sea Scouts. Good hide and easy to access, even if it means making a show of scratching through your backpack when some muggles quietly sneak up. TFTC MartinAdventures.
Tftc,
Great to visit the area.
Picking up numbers to make tonight's event my 3500th find.
Visited trackables, swaped one.

Out caching in the area, pulled up and thought this was the wrong GZ, then went to GZ and realised there it was, took trackable to travel, signed log and replaced. Thanks to MartinAdventures.
I parked my car here, then found all the caches around here on my scooter. Nice easy cache! Thanks! Took tb
In North Haven, catching up with family. We will take any opportunity to grab a cache. This is the second morning I have been here but previously the next door neighbour had been washing his car, so this morning I made a quick find.
Thanks MartinAdventures for placing & maintaining the cache for us to find.

6th of 11 finds in North Haven, Laurieton & West Haven this afternoon.

We have been in Port Macquaire for a week and have done a lot of caching this week. We have just finished picking up 5 of 6 that DiMorgan did not have. They wanted to grab the souvenir for the day. We are on our own now and just picking up some around the place. The log was very wet.
1930 GAFF1, not quite long enough after sunset for the Night Caching elective (but that is fine). After getting a FTF at a new nearby cache I was trying to get some internet connection going, but in the shadow of the North Brother Mountain, but that seemed unlikely, so I chose to come to this one, so I could clear the 50 km zone from home. That being logged I then found this one, but again I had to go to the car to dry off the container so I could get enough 'purchase' on it to open it.
Dry and intact, coordinates good, but unable to fit a CSM in there.

Found at 11:55 AM GAFF1 in the company of Bill from DiMorgan.
Went on a maintenance run down Diamond Head way and so we were basically passing by this new cache. As we arrived at GZ there was a lady standing on the porch talking on her mobile, but we just kept on going as though she wasn't there At a distance of 8 metres we spotted a good place where a cache could be hidden and sure enough - there was the cache [^]
Lots of activity down the road with the market in full swing.
Thanks MartinAdventures.

Bill wandered off with pprass to accompany him on his maintenance run.
This was a cache they found while they were out & about.
Because of the triathlon that was in progress they had to travel south by the highway.
Thanks MartinAdventures for placing this cache.
