We looked everywhere, in all the groups of trees, under rocks and termite mounds but nothing. The council was mowing there at the time so could have moved it... Otherwise too tough for me and the kids.
Had to ferret about a bit, but found it! Kids first find since getting this app and the excitement is now growing.
Dnf here for us, didn't find anything photo related, but we took a photo anyway.
Nice spot

Tftc great little container for swaps. Easy find in great location for a picnic enjoying the views
Miss 9 of our crew spotted this one looking rather suspicious. Kids loved this cache holder, a great talking point for the drive to our next find
We found the cache lying out in the open. We cleaned it up, signed the log and hopefully put it back where it should be. Then we took a lovely photograph of the area. TFTC
Today we rejigged what we had intended to do the other day and headed out to find more of the T.A.F. series plus what we could find along the way.
We did to interesting walks, one when we did the Earthcache Sharon Gorge, what a fantastic place this is. The other was the caches we found at Meadowvale Nature Park.
Unfortunately neither had much water in the creeks but we would dearly love to see them when the water is running. We did not get to see a Platypus at Meadowvale but
What do you expect in the middle of the day.
We believe that we have now found all but to of the T.A.F. caches until the CO place the next installment in this series. Again we stopped to buy luscious strawberries as we drove
past the strawberry farm, and we feel that by the time we leave Bundaberg we will possibly look like a strawberry.
We left 1 TB in a cache today.

Bit spooky attempting this one at night time. I was pleasantly surprised to see a different type of cache container. Very creative. Tftc
The youngest geodaughter and I are on a roadtrip for the school holidays, exploring our way north from Brissie. Today we were in Bundy and had spent the morning earning smilies around town. We had bought lunch, and as I had this cache targeted due to one of its attributes, we parked near the boat ramp here and enjoyed a picnic; watching some locals playing around on jetskis on the water in front of us. After lunch and a rest we wandered over to gz and discovered the very cool and appropriate container. Log signed, we returned all as found and hopped back in the car to continue our drive north. Tftc Dusty Pair
Found the cache !!! Great for GeoKids. TFTC. Signed the log and left a special gift. Thanks for the adventure
Found it by mistake but what a great little thing. Kids are going to love finding it over the school hoildays that's for sure. 17/12/19
It was a pleasant drive to get here.
Here being a quiet spot by the river today
Well it would be quiet if the council mower bloke went away [:o]
In between his noisy comings and goings,
I found this unusual cache container
I know what it was used for,
but geez it sure looks like an antique these days !!
TFTC and a bit of nostalgia [^]

So awesome! Found this one in a place that’s very close to my heart. I love this!!
TFTC. We have not driven on this side of the river. Even when we came from Gin Gin a fortnight ago we crossed the river via South Kolan. It was a nice morning so we decided to enjoy and cache a bit more.
This is an amazing location on the river. Pity we did not have a picnic lunch with us. Last one for the morning.

Still enjoying the new geocruiser, I had spent the day enjoying both work and pleasure and geocaching being of the latter, I felt the need to indulge late on Sunday afternoon.
After living in Bundaberg for the most of the past 20 years I must admit I had never actually been to this side of the river, rather observing curiously from the other side in wonder of what lay over the water before me. With Sandy Hook on the opposing side today I finally had my curiosity appeased and a smiley to add to the collection.
A man and his son sat by the water with the youngster engaged with a yellow remote controlled speedboat, zipping across the rippling water it skipped like a feather over the surface as it zoomed back and forth near rivers edge. In the distance a motor cycle approached so I made my way to the table close to GZ and just sat for a few minutes taking in the peaceful ambience and periodically observing the little yellow boat. After my brief repose I grabbed the phone and it was back to the mission at hand. The motorcyclist was now watching the boat so all muggles were distracted and I took the chance to slip away without notice.
As I closed in I saw what I potentially thought was where I was going to find it, but after attempting and rustling some leaves I was still without my prize. I stepped back and observed the area and noticed a very cleverly camouflaged safety cover and after removing it, I had found one of the most interesting cache containers seen in this area and I must admit it took a little it of time to open but I soon tagged the log and placed it back with a smile for my collection and one on my face. As I emerged my phone beckoned me back to town and I rolled away happy I made the trip to the other side.
Great place for a picnic or a quiet spell. TFTC, and the view.

Yes, I am in Bundaberg again. Didn't expect that, but stuff has to get done. Nipped out early this morning for an hour or so of me time. Geo-me time.
I started my day here just after sunrise. Photogenic or what? Good thing I had a camera handy.
Thanks for placing this cache, Dusty Pair. Found in good condition.

We are nomads. Having left Perth WA in February 2014 we now live in our caravan and go wherever the will or caches take us.
We survived last nights storm, however our caravan park has no power 24hours later. What a day touring the area and seeing the damage to the trees in the area. That was one powerful, but quick storm.
Nice to be able to tour the area going from cache to cache. Loved the cache container. Very waterproof.

We have talked about spending a few days in Bundaberg so with the event being organized here it seemed like a good time. Bought the caravan along and parked at the caravan park near the river in the middle of town. A great base to do geocaching and this was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thanks to Dusty Pair for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Quick find and unusual cache and nice photo to taken and I got it signed and returned same place TFTC
Found it, and found a good little boat ramp we can use. Cache in good condition. Left trackable. TFTC
What a lovely park with the Burnett River flowing past. We did enjoy working out how to get to the log book after finding the good hiding spot. What a great idea for the cache - must admit we have not seen this type of cache container before - others similar but not as much fun trying to open them.
TFTC Dusty Pair and for bringing us to this lovely park - it was much appreciated.

Lovely spot - quieter side of the river this morning! Quick find - not sure if we closed the container correctly - hope next finder will have the strength. Thanks Dusty Pair for bringing us to this beautiful place.
I have never been to this area before and it is pleasant and very well maintained. Arrived close to GZ and walked the short distance to GZ. I understood the additional hint and then worked out what the container was and how to gain access. Good use of something no longer required. TFTC DustyPair
Stopped for breakfast by the river before settling of to the coords and found it easy enough TFTC
Ok, this is a very late log - don't know how we missed logging it when we found it, but hey.....better late than never. It was a damp day, and we'd just come from finding the 2 caches at Sharon Gorge. A very crafty container. Thanks for bringing us to this pretty little park by the river. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
Nice container! It has kept everything very dry and clean. Lovely location too. TFTC!
