Hello,
We have found the key but there is nothing on it.
I think Megatron took the cache before me !

Beautifully painted! A nice easy find on our way back from the Manukau Heads lighthouse.
Heading home from the Awhitu Peninsular so picking up some park and grabs along the way. TFTC
I decided to have a bit of a Sunday drive around and grab some easy park n grabs. Thanks.
Muggle activity had meant we had to abandon our initial attempt, thankfully on the way back all was clear so a quick find was had. TFTC
Today was a chance to go caching with Mrs Dragon. It doesn't happen that often as the places that I tend to go are often too wild and rugged for her. As it turned out many of these roads we travelled it was a case of us both enjoying the drive, the countryside and stormy windy weather, and I going to retreive the cache.
Nevermind was still a day full of memories that make up caching.
This was the fifth of the day as we passed through heading for Awhitu Peninsula and South Head. the ground hereabouts was very wet, thankfully not too wet and soon the cache was in hand. We even managed a nice quick find here while the area was clear then onwards it was.
Thanks for the cache, Thanks for the placement

Out and about on a nice sunny Sunday. Quickly grabbed this cache and signed. TFTC
I love these painted transformers. Pukekohe is full of them and so are a lot of towns in the country. The fad is catching though am uncertain who started it.
Cache is still in place.
Cheers for the cache.

There are barriers around part of the transformer as there are works in progress here. Might be best to disable while it is unavailable (and check that the cache is still there).
Caching our way in Franklin district. Busy and bustling with holiday activity.
They've certainly done a fine job decorating the transformers in the district. Another colourful example enjoyed on this visit.
The cache was a straightforward find. All in order; log signed, safely re-hidden.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too
The Turtle strikes again!

Am doing a 50 day streak with some geo caching buddies....and this was our cache for the day.
Quick find....thanks
Quick find....thanks
As this was the first day of my holidays for this Christmas season, what better way to spend it than with friends geocaching far, far away from the mad crowds in the malls and on the roads!
This is day 32 of our personal challenge to cache for 50 days straight, always easier to do these challenges when there is a group of you doing the same challenge and egging each other on!
Admired the very nice artwork at GZ and we found two possibilities for the cache but one of us was too scared to open his one (UncleSamNZ!!), so we signed the one that was opened and had a log inside. Signed logs as SEAC today to save time and log space. TFTC!

Made the trek out to Waiuku today with some of the usual gang, in order to find a few caches, visit the Christmas display (Mrs HeMaLuDy took the kids) and have a picnic lunch together.
Pulled up at this cache, and admired the artwork. Began looking, and then UncleSamNZ and I both uttered the magic words "found it!" at the same time. My container seemed more likely, so I opened it up, and sure enough, there was the log. UncleSam chickened out, and put his container (which must have just been a container!) back where he found it. I was also pretty impressed to see my name painted on to GZ along with the artwork!!!
Log signed as "SEAC" to save log space (South East Auckland Crew) our team name when we cache together, as we often do!

We have made our annual trek to Waiuku to see the Christmas Display (sad to hear it may be the last one), and thought we would grab a few caches in the area as well. A nice quick find with darthcacher1 and purply.
#411 we had an awesome day here at Waiuku, down from West Auckland to see the Christmas display and do some caching. loved the art works.... Tftc.
We thought we'd head out to Waiuku this afternoon to check out the Christmas Lights display. Little did we know when we arrived that the santa parade was on. Town was very busy and road blocks in place.
Once the santa parade had finished we decided we'd find a few caches. The traffic was chaotic trying to get to GZ. We parked up and waked the rest of the way and found the cache nice and quickly. Nice to see the painted artwork on the transformers rather than the ghastly green paint. TFTC!

FTF 57 here today. Set off soon after the cache was published and was half way to Waiuku when i had a call to return home. The problem at home kept me there until mid morning and then off i went again.
You could have done it flossy.
