We headed to this trail today with a couple of totts, hopeful to make some finds despite the wet weather. In Beechworth to finally pick up a bunch of solved puzzles and get some caching done before the Mega in January. Container found in lead litter. Found with Joolay, barb2e and isopeda (Capital Crunchers). Thanks for your hide here Joelisa
Earlier today Barb2e, Kittykatch, Joolay and I went on an expedition to look at these cache. Signed as Capital Crunchers.
We found a few, some where too high - even for our tallest ladder and given the driving rain and wind too dangerous to climb - some had fallen out of their perches....

Coming back from Beechworth a group of us from Canberra (including Joolay, Kittykatch and isopeda) decided to have a look at this trail of tree climbs. Container found in the leaf litter and log signed as Capital Crunchers. Hope this helps to keep this great trail alive. Tftc
Found in leaf litter.
Last day in Beechworth and time to head home after a last few caches.
It’s been a great weekend with barb2e, Isopeda and Kittykatch picking up caches in the area. Signed as Capital Crunchers.
Thanks For getting me out and about Joelisa

In Albury for a week and I noted this little series of tree climbs that looked like fun. Made a morning of it in Walla Walla - pretty town.
As others have stated, the T rating on this one is way less at the moment, although I reckon the leaf litter just meant the missing T's were added to the D rating. Took a fair while, but patience paid off. Sun is well up now.
Thanks Joelisa for entertaining me at this location.

I decided on attempting this one again today. I didn't realize that it was archived until I was going to log it. So instead I just edited my last log to claim as found. This is a very nasty cache to find. This time I managed to find it after another long search. TFTC and the challenge. It is sad to see the cache archived and the tree falling down but the cache is still findable.
After a failed mission to come to Walla Walla last week, I found myself with a full day off today to come today. I have been planning to do the ‘4.5 Tree Climb Trail’ for quite some time and collect the pre-solved puzzles located within the town limits. It was full of finds, DNF’s, lunch and conversations with the people I met along the way. I also loved the great locations I visited today. After finishing caching in Walla, I headed north to collect the lone caches around the back roads which lead to lots of backtrack driving. With all this driving I found myself with almost 600kms making it my biggest distant caching day I have ever yet. TB visit on all found caches. On some of the smaller log sheets/books I signed as 5/9 JM. I would like to thank all CO’s for the caches I found, the locations I visited and for the fun I had today.
Today’s totals:
24 Finds (20 Groundspeak and 3 GCA)
3 DNF’s
Like the last one in the trail a DNF from me. At least for this one I knew which tree it was in just after about 20mins I decided on moving on. This gives me a reason to return and complete the trail.
For those that like to know about some of the history of the area, next year will mark the 150th year of settlement in Walla Walla and the upcoming celebrations will be held on the 25-28 January 2019. All are welcome to attend. If you are looking for more information about the celebrations, please use the following link.

Based on conversations with and photos from previous finders it appears the cache was located on a limb that has now fallen from this tree.
CO will need to check if cache is still there and potentially relocate it.

Out at Walla Walla chasing the 4.5 tree climb series with Cybergran V on Nav duties, dalerious. on the climbing to stupid heights duties (just because your wearing a superhero T shirt doesn't make the landing any softer) and Team ILooked There on ladder holding and spotting duties.
The final - we had been lucky so far in finding all of the series, so we were not leaving until we found this one as well.
When we arrived things did not look that great. A massive limb had broken and was now still connected to the tree at the trunk end but the other end was on the ground.
We said that it would be wise to check this limb first .. so we did.
The search then progressed to other parts of the tree. Over an hour we searched before resorting to some PAF's. Much help came from both PAF's even though it was many years since some of them had done this cache.
The end result of our newly gained info was that the cache was located on this fallen limb. Issue was that it was no longer safe to climb as it could detach from where it had broken and was resting at any time. Dangerous to those climbing and those nearby.
We gave up and headed back to Walla Walla for some late lunch. Whilst at lunch some photos were sent though that made us decide to go back out and keep trying.
So, 3 hours of searching to no avail. We believe the cache has been dislodged when the branch fell. We even scoured the ground under the branch for ages.
The CO will need to come out and check this one as if it is on the fallen branch then it is now beyond even our resident superhero's danger level to tackle.
Thanks Joelisa.

I reckon we found where it was. I'm STILL up the tree if the co wants to contact me.
Please.

**# 26384** Found on a warm summer day for a drive with the Drovers.
We were on a mission to find most of our unfound in this area.
Luckily there was not many muggles around today. .
Mainly good safe hides and some quick finds.
This cache was tiny and evil, and not quick either, but a favourite point from me.
Thanks for the cache and the help today Joelisa,

We searched and searched and search this tree, climbing up and all over the tree searching in the many potential hiding places but we eventually had to give up - bummer!

We enjoyed a day of caching from Culcairn thru' Morven & Gerogery to Walla Walla & return. It felt as if every DR and TR was covered at some point, so many creative, sneaky or just plain bold hides. Dedicated CO's have placed for geocachers to find or sometimes walk away from in frustration.
We soon found this series beyond the reach of us and our trusty TOTT.

We gave this one a good crack for 20 minutes, looking in some great potential hiding spots, but no luck for us. Nerves of steel held out for the climb out on the limbs, but with nothing spotted by sight or feel we had to call it quits and leave this tantelizing D/T combo until next time...perhaps with a long ladder!
Found by Bailey, Talia, Luke, Ryan and Megan 14/10/2018.
Thanks for the find! The kiddies love it!!!

Found on a sunny Monday morning with Skullracing. Had a blast getting this one. TFTC
With a long weekend upon us and a rare day off, what to do......
Well, a quick call from The Lost Wanderers, and the game was afoot.....
So we all tootled out here for a bit of a look......and look we did......and look.....and look.....hmm, this will be interesting......so up the tree we go, with Mrs TLW and the kids providing ground support, and taking turns with the binoculars....
Meanwhile, up the tree, things weren't looking up, so to speak, as a lot of the potential hiding spots were empty.......so there we were sitting on the branches wondering were to look next, when I decided to go at little bit further along and.....well look at that.....I found it.....I reckon that was more luck than anything else!
So we all signed our lives away in the log, after getting a WORKING pen thrown up from below, and then it was a matter of getting back down without gravity affecting our descent too much.
That was fun.

It was rather windy when we arrived to look for this cache. With so many possible places we stood there and searched by didn't find what we were looking for. This one was probably in the impossible class for us, so we eventually left to go find some other caches. Thanks to Joelisa for the challenge of this series and we did at least manage to sign 7 of 9 logs. We were quite happy with that.
We arrived at GZ but with the slight wind decide to give this one a miss for this time. Thank you for todays challenge with the other 8 climbs.
We came and we looked but too many possibilities for the ladder placement. Was getting a bit hot from the sun and decided to call it a day at 8 found for the series. Will come back another day.
Had my eye on this trail for a while .
T4.5 is a lot more hardcore than T5 and this series shows that.
Some of them I spotted easy, some I didn't.
I had lots of fun on everyone, and took lots of photos.
Some really tested me physically
Some that tested me mentally.
I was worried at times because I saw some big branches on the ground.
The white ants have definitely made the branches brittle.
This series would of been so much fun with some others, but it was was fun on my own enough
Thank you for an awesome series right up my alley..
Thanks Joelisa

We certainly gave this a pretty good look. We had a muggle pull up and ask the obvious. I explained to her and she said she had heard of it. She actually told me where some of the ones we have already done are, lol. Be aware that there is apparently a group of people in 4x4's stealing the baby birds from their nests in and around this area. Apparently especially in a tree at the end of this road. A lot of the locals are keeping an eye out and taking registrations etc. She was more than happy with our honest explanation. We will certainly be back as we have 2 DNF'd on this series. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Our second DNF in this series. We gave this tree a good work over but the hide was too good for us today. Now we have 2 reasons to come back and finish what we started today.
This was by far, the longest climb of the day. We took quite some time finding the cave, even though our ladder was right where it needed to be, thanks to spot on coordinates! I’m a little embarrassed to say just how long we overlooked this one for! TFTC Joelisa
A cache haul with BeckNmonts was planned so naturally this run of caches was on the list. Various equipment was deployed at some caches and fortunately all hides were spotted quickly apart from the final. Some interesting f moves in some of the trees to get to GZ. TFTC.
In the company of the The_Tritonz and Nawal, we made our way from Geelong to Wagga Wagga. We stopped periodically here and there grabbing caches along the way. There were trads, mysteries, multis and even tree climbs to contend with. Thanks to all of the CO's for their hard work. Special thanks to Chris for the tools provided and his specialist skill !! TFTC Joelisa
A geo trip was planned months ago after we got the green light for holidays and today we were off to explore some areas we hadn't been before. DAB, the Tritonz and myself (we were logging caches as The DNT) were in a convoy up the Hume and we broke up the 6 hour journey with a few finds along the way with the final destination today being Wagga Wagga. We had spotted this series and it was a must for us to complete with a new ladder purchased. This was an evil hide but thankfully found, signed and returned as found.

Picking up some caches along our route towards Wagga Wagga on this beautiful sunny day.
Well our third attempt and woo hoo, we can turn that frown upside down
Armed with our newly purchased 5m ladder we sat it at 0 metres and went up. With DAB anchoring the ladder the geomonkey went up and out on a limb further than last time and had it within minutes.
Thanks Joelisa for the sneaky hide and great DT.
A favourite added.

Unfortunately this evil hide eluded us today but we will be back soon to hopefully add our name to the log sheet .
5365. A long day out with Rapidlywild, FurfacesLL and Loci612.
I believe my colleagues have covered our adventure to a T.
So a big thank you to them and especially to the CO for their efforts and providing us with lots of entertainment.

A trip was planned for last weekend but the weather spoiled those plans, re-scheduled for today and what a lovely day it turned out to be. Not too hot, not too cold, just right for some monkeying around. Headed out just after 6.30am and returned around 12.30am collecting just over 60 caches on the trip more than originally planned. The touring party consisted of Boot65, Loci612, Rapidlywild and myself with all logs through the day being signed as B.F.L.R.
Last one and too tricky for us even with two monkeys in the tree searching all over. Although we were in the correct spot just a very tricky hide.... even for the CO to find when he came to give us a helping hand. Nice meeting you too!
A great series and a very enjoyable today.
Thanks for the tree climb series Joelisa and thanks for a great day out Boot65, Loci612 and Rapidlywild.

Myself, Rapidlywild, FurfacesLL and Boot65 who was our chauffeur and brought the sturdy 4x4 Vehicle with a double ladder attached to it's roof made our way from Canberra to Walla Walla to tackle this impressive tree climbing series! I will give a favourite point to EVERY cache in this series as I love tree climbs and I have never been so challenged before by them while caching!
This is probably one of the most evil hides I have ever encountered (and found) while geocaching!
This cache surpassed every other one in the series and deserves more than its 5 star difficulty, cruel is the only word I can think of!
We started off by craning our necks once again on the ground trying to spot a tell-tale sign. We couldn't see anything at all however so once again myself and Boot decided to make the ascent.
I went up the tree but couldn't see anything at all from where I was, while Boot when up the ladder and sat on top of the branch for what seemed like a long time without success. We concluded that Boot65 was in the right spot so I went up and joined him as two pairs of eyes are better than one!
Eventually we had a suspicion and we had the evil cache in hand after most options were cancelled out. It took ages to extract it however as it was stuck. I replaced it a little better so it shouldn't be too hard to retrieve from its location.
Thanks for this amazing series Joelisa, I thoroughly enjoyed it even though I was terrified for my life at various stages! If you are ever in Canberra check out (GC6N1M0) which is my 3.4/4.5 tree climb cache, you might enjoy it! Favourite point once again, one for every cache in the series!

A group of us in the ACT had been planning a Walla Walla trip to tackle the 4.5T series of caches for a little while now, we locked in last Saturday however weather and news was reporting "significant" rains so we postponed to this Saturday. After heading off nice and early, the four of us (Boot65, FurfacesLL #1, Loci612 and myself) set off for our long day of adventures. We had 9 caches in our initial target, came home with just over 60 finds after 17+ hours out and about. It was an amazing day challenging ourselves in many ways and hitting some awesome fun 4wd tracks under moonlight We signed all caches today as B.F.L.R. to save room in the logs. Picked up 3 D/T's for me and FurfacesLL claimed their 25,000th find Congrats ladies.

**This Cache:** The FINALE.... well well well, it definately earns ALL the stars associated to this cache. It was evil, it was hair rasing, it was just down right nasty lol. After spending quite alot of time with our necks cranked staring towards the sky, Loci and Boot went up to take another view. So with 2 in the tree and 2 on ground, the searching went on.... and on.... and on....... So we seeked confirmation from the CO we were in the correct location of which it was confirmed one of us were. So the search focused on that zone, again nothing from below and nothing from above... Eventually, thankfully, Loci said the magic words of "I think Ive found it" but he was having issues retrieving it as it was a little stuck... So after a good 5 minutes or so, he had the cache in hand. Wow that sure is EVIL. Log signed and cache replaced, a little looser for next finder hopefully. Thanks Joelisa for testing all our limits, VERY enjoyable thats for sure !
Thanks to Boot65 for being our chauffeur today in the new 4wd beast, was super fun thanks also Loci and FFLL for the great day out and thanks for the cache of course Joelisa [^]

The final for the day in this series. Pleased we started at the other end and ended here, or we may have given up, before we got started. Chrisant got the job of climbing up into the tree. After the last one, we knew it would only be found once in the tree, but after climbing out along way, there was still no sign of it. The CO had confirmed that we were in the right area, so there was nothing else to do but keep shimmy and climbing out and keep looking. It was with great relief to all parties, when finally the sneaky little blighter was found. There was a bit of an ordeal to then have to extract the cache so it could be finally signed but a great end to a terrific series.
Thanks Joelisa for placing the cache for us to find.

Greetings from the NSW central coast! Road trippin’ down to Violet Town and then onto Ballarat and Portarlington for a week visiting various family for Easter ..with some geocaching thrown in as always. This trip we have targeted a good selection of multis, unknowns, and trads to help us with a few challenges we are chasing down, plus we are also aiming for some more squares on our P81 including attempting our first D5/ T5 tomorrow. Unfortunately we arrived here late arvo and also there was quite a dust storm so up thanks to our TOTT and into the tree it was not fun at all. The light was poor too. Such a bummer I was looking forward to this. Next time! Going to try a few others in the series as we are headed for a cracked puzz at Walla Walla and they are on the way over. TFTC, Joelisa. We'll be back again someday.

Reperio at 1020.
After spending a great weekend in Anglesea for the Surf Coast event, I was headed back to Newcastle this morning, and couldn't resist stopping by this series once again to the attempt to finish it off. Having not had the chance to find this one the last time I was here due to it being missing, I was very keen to make the find on it today while I had a spare hour or two. The prospect of finding a micro/nano cache is always daunting in a big tree, and this was no different. I had spoken with some previous finders of it at the Surf Coast event, so I had a rough idea of where it might be...and amazingly after only about 10 mins or so, I had it located. Very tricky little spot, and a well chosen one as well.
Gratias Joelisa.

MrG's been itching for some tree climbs, and some D/T combinations to go with them, so after looking at this series some time ago, the first chance we got we were going to do it. And today was that day. We thought we'd jump in at the deep end and start here. We wandered around and around and couldn't see a thing. So we tried another method, we got closer. Still nothing. We couldn't be sure we were in the right place but the co-ordinates were saying here so we concentrated on that spot. If anyone in Walla Walla heard some insane giggling and a loud "found it" this morning, that was us! We couldn't believe our luck! TFTC joelisa.
Picked up the monkey from school on the day of his valedictory service. Staring at each other wondering what to do for an hour. Well there's still a cache in town we haven't got yet. Being in good clothes for the service we only had one monkey who had access to a change of clothes to be dressed appropriately for climbing. Signed Log. Now to get prim & proper to join the cache owner & others for Valedictory dinner. Great to be able to finally log the last in the series after FTF on the others.
Yippee! Yee-haw! Nine out of nine! The full set. A souvenir to boot (or handball, to preserve the shiny red leather). Closer to a D/T loop. We were stoked.
(For the full account of an adventure that even Richard Hannay would be proud of, see the installments in my previous logs for this series.)
FANTZ found this cache after 15 minutes of climbing shuffling twisting reversing sliding searching plier-ing and logsigning. The pocket knife I brought with me didn't cut the mustard, or even the vegemite, or even the warmed up nutella.
It was the artful Fox in Jox who made the climb on this one. The rest of the team below provided guidance and encouragement. Foxy was so impressed with the hide when he saw it that he took at least three photos.
After this we headed to Culcairn for lunch, then we headed towards Wagga Wagga for a few more caches.
TFTC and the series. +1

A mini posse comprising Fox in Jox, Noikmeister, TikvaNZ, ZQX and I headed south on a wet Saturday to grab these 9 tree climb caches and our Outdoor Day souvenir. By the time we arrived, the rain has ceased and the weather was much more favourable for our tree climbing experts. All 9 caches were found and signed successfully - although some took more work than others! We signed as FANTZ to shorten time up the tree. A great series to help with our DT grids thanks Joelisa!
Cache no 9 for the day and almost the last climb of the day. We figured out which branch was likely and Fox shuffled across it backwards and forwards looking carefully. A review of previous logs gave us a tiny hint, and after Fox did some more shuffling, he spotted the sneaky little blighter! but then we had to get both a phone (for a photo) and a tool to him to retrieve the log. This was not a cache that would be muggled mistakenly it was so well hidden! Finally signed at 1145. We then headed off for lunch and another adventure!
A fav point for the series thank Joelisa - we had a blast grabbing these ones!

Team FANTZ (Fox in Jox, AngelG27, Noikmeister, TikvaNZ & ZQX) undertook a road-trip from the ACT for the day to collect the series of nine tree climbs in Walla Walla and several puzzles and trads in and around Wagga Wagga. A fun and successful outing.
Bravo Joelisa for this one - definitely a D5. The tree looked mouth-watering for a fun climb, but where on earth could the nano be. Couldn't see anything from the ground. So up I went, straddling along one limb and another. Groundcrew were making suggestions about where I should look - I followed instructions, but kept a close eye on every part of the limbs, looking in all sorts of possible spots. Eventually, on straddling one limb, I came nose to nose (almost literally) with a very familiar sight. What a great feeling and a rather loud "Found it". Much rejoicing from below, as we had achieved finding the full series - it had actually taken us about an hour and a half for the nine. At first, I couldn't open the container with fingers, so had to work my way down one of the smaller limbs, while Noikmeister tossed up a retrieval tool - wouldn't you know it, but his throw had the tool land perfectly in a lower branch, which required some more delicate retrieval itself. But soon the log was signed and returned for the next crazy souls. What a fun series Joelisa. It was the main reason the FANTZ travelled from Canberra for the day. Brilliant.

I had no nuts left to crunch and so I was happy to let FIJ climb for this one. Thank goodness for logs. Otherwise we could have been here for much longer. But it was still a fun adventure and the coordinates for this one were pretty close. Actually the big tree on the ground was pretty interesting in itself. It certainly defeated someone.
Thanks Joelisa

Today's caching mission with Fox in Jox, AngelG27, Noikmeister and ZQX had been in the planning for a while, with the aim to collect a bevy of high difficulty/terrain caches to fill some holes in our respective D/T grids. We left Canberra just after 0630, arriving in Walla Walla just after 1000. We had some rain on the way but all was clear by the time we started caching.
Fox in Jox did the climb for this final one in this series. Quite a mission assisted by a photo from a previous finder. Just over an hour and a half for the whole series.

Alas this was a DNF for us today.
Will be back another time to complete the series.

Found at 4:58 PM GAFF4.
We especially targeted this cache because it was the last D/T combination that we needed to complete our D/T grid for the 4th time.
During the planning process we had a discussion with the CO who wanted to watch us suffer, I mean to see us in action with our superior expertise in tree climbing and finding caches just out of reach with ants, spiders and bees and sap all over the place [B)]. However it was not to be ,as alas he was going to be in SA on a caching trip - so much for a free ride.
We were advised that the co-ords were excellent on this cache - however the cache was just a mere 3 metres above our heads, so once we fixed a point from the ground to search, up p-pprass went and after doing a bit of shimmying there was nothing to be seen. He then looked out and thought - no it can't be way out there can it? The branch was getting thinner and p-pprass is not as light as he used to be when he was 30! Gosh maybe I missed something along the way? So looking back there was nothing to be seen except for a stream of marching ants that were coming my way - just great So p-pprass started thinking light and went out on a limb - yep - literally and collapsed over a fork to regain strength - and guess what he saw 20 cementers from his face!!! A cache!
This is truly a D5.0 and I reckon for most of us it would be a T of 5.0 as we would need a ladder and thanks so much to Coruze for loaning us her "Larry" - we wouldn't have done it without him.
Also cheers to JA, & Leonine who tried to help us get a ladder
Thanks Joelisa.

We had looked at these cache in Walla Walla a few times, and with all of us (Harrowang, BettyBoo3747, and I) not having some terrain 4.5 caches in our matrix, we decided to take a trip up and see what we could do.
We also did a few caches that happened to be on our path up and back.
We turned up at the finale, not out of a thought to do it, rather just to have a look at it.
The carload of cachers were milling around (sprung!!!!), with one, and the muggle up the tree. Gee, I wonder where the cache might be?
The cache need a bit of maintenance (a bit stuck) so we saw its location.
We also saw how the resident monkey (muggle) got up and down the tree - not for us! Well done though. Crappy basketball skills though (particularly with the phone!)
Stood around and chatted for a while (sorry I can't remember all your names), and they sped off to do No4 that we had missed.
We stood around for a while, and thought, seeing we had been shown where it is, we really should give it a go.
Our names are now in the book.
Thanks for this great series, and we are now eagerly awaiting what the next series will be.
(maybe we will reconsider No4 when we return)
Thanks, Robmc.

We finally made it to the last one in the series, but were unsure if we would attempt it or not. The CO and his mates were still at the tree or in the tree when we arrived and so we knew where we had to get to. After the boys left we considered our options and once again Mr harrowang was the climber, and did it with ease, or so it looked to us with our feet firmly on the ground! The nano was quite tricky to extract, but the log was duly signed by all at 12.49pm with a few photos taken of our last conquest in the series. After all that excitement and exertion it was definitely time for some food and drink. One last square filled in on the 4.5 grid and it is goodbye from harrowang, Robmc and BettyBoo. #3269 Thanks Joelisa and we look forward to your next cache offerings.
# 9868. On this last day of 2015 Harrowang, Robmc and I joined forces to go and attack some 4.5T caches over the border. We stopped for a new one at Huon Hill on the way and also gathered a few more in our travels. I am extremely happy as in the last 24 hours I have managed to add 5 smilies to my 81 squares and now I only have one left to colour in. So close.
We slowly cruised to this one just for a look and lo and behold the CO and friends were sprung - some on the ground and some up the tree. The sneaky cache appeared to be stuck (or the muggle was). Well no he wasn't - the muggle was actually a monkey in disguise. Once the crew left we assessed the options and with some precarious balancing of our TOTT up went our monkey again (Mr Harrowang) for a quick grab and our names are now in the log. TOTT folded and put away and off we go to celebrate a successful tree-rustling raid across the border.
Thanks Joelisa

Staying with Joelisa again for the new years eve celebration. Wasn't able to make the last 3 finds in the series as they were down for maintenance. But with a team of newly formed friends we headed out to complete this series. Met up with some other fellow cachers Bettyboo3747 and Robmc who were also giving this series a go. Great, sometimes scary climbs. Thanks to Joelisa who while we were searching for the nasty, evil hide, got his new remote control drone stuck up in the tree, twice, forcing us to retrieve it from the tree before offering us any hints to the caches whereabouts. Tftc
I caught up with The Drovers while in the Wagga area and they mentioned they were heading out to complete this series of tree climbs so I decided that I would tag along and have some fun.
Thankfully we had the TOTT with us which made life a bit easier.
We searched for nearly an hour without success and finally contacted the CO for a hint. He was nearby and a short time later arrived and after introductions we told him what we'd done and where we'd searched so far.
The co-ords had been spot on for all the previous caches and we'd started there with no luck. The CO confirmed that we were in the right place and needed to look harder.
So back up where we had searched before and this time the nasty hide was spotted and the log retrieved.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.
A great series and I'm glad I tagged along. A favourite point from me.

I took along some trackables for a visit too.

With Konie visiting from Queensland, we headed to Walla Walla, to pick up a few caches.
An early start was planned to beat the heat, and this series has on our 'must do' list.
Konie had all 9 to complete, but we had signed the logs of the first 6, back in April.
Geo-hubby borrowed a TOTT to make life a little easier, which we used on 8 of the hides.
Thanks Konie for doing the climbing today.
After searching for almost an hour, we resorted to contacting the CO.
As he was nearby, he dropped in with his beautiful baby daughter, which entertained geo-wife.
After a quick chat, he said that we were looking in the right area - just look harder.
Trust your GPS, the co-ords were spot on. The nasty hide was finally spotted, well worth it's 5.
We enjoyed this series, and have given each cache a favourite point.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Joelisa, for us and others to find.

Staying with the Cache owner for the weekend. I did the other caches in the series over a year ago before this Cache was up. It's a great series with a fantastic climax. It's a great tree if you love climbing. If you're not a confident climber you want to sit this one out.
Note the cache size. It's hard to find in this big tree. Good luck!
Fantastic job joelisa
Love the series and love this last find.
Looking forward to your future series

**FTF** Woohoo!! @6:50pm
A new cache listing for this series was enough to lure Screma and I out this evening. We arrive at GZ just before 4pm and spent the next hour climbing ALL OVER this tree!! I sent the CO a message after that and with no reply after a few minutes we decided to head to the other two redo's that I'd found the last time they were published.
The CO called during the next climb and then came out to meet us. We had a great chat about technical tree climbing with ropes and even showed him some of my gear. After a good chat we moved on to the next redo where before he left he gave me a couple of subtle hints (and one big one I could not believe). We returned and up I went, having a much better idea of where to look but still feeling very unsure if we'd find it. I think I got very lucky and a few minutes after climbing I spotted the EVILEST cache I've ever found! I consider myself an evil placer of caches but this is redonckulous!
I wish all those that follow the best of luck, you're gonna need it!
Thanks for another chance to climb trees today!

I'm definitely giving some favourite points to this series! I love a good physical challenge and these caches lived up to their rating. Lucky Jaminappleford was there to rescue me when my gnome legs failed! A few decent scratches ater we're three FTF richer . Thanks joelisa!
