Out today with Zoe94 grabbing a few caches on our way from Sheffield to York. Stopped nearby to try to find the information for this cache. Got nearby but couldn't actually get to GZ. Hopefully the email sent to the owner shall be enough, but if not, I'll delete this log and revisit some day. TFTC

Out and about caching today with Sam539, driving from Sheffield to York to go see a gig there. We couldn't actually get to GZ but I'm hoping the email sent the owner will be enough. If not we'll revisit at some point. TFTC Smile

Completing the challenge of finding the seven cache sizes in a day, we made a special trip up here for this rarer virtual size. Don't drink much now but i was definitely a Sam's man in my youth. Unfortunately we couldn't get to see the horses but hopefully the info in the email sent to the CO and the attached picture allows us to log the find. TFTC

Found this with fitzy_1965 and AwesomeL during our European holiday.

Found during our drive from Nottingham up to Edinburgh. A pity we didn't see them in action.

Greetings from Australia !

Today we drove from Nottingham up to Edinburgh. A quick detour into Tadcaster for this Virtual but unfortunately it was all closed up. Answer sent to CO. I have seen some Australian equivalents a few times over the years.

I met up with Silly B today for a morning of caching in the Leeds area. Lynn was after some old caches for her Jasmer Grid and needing them myself I joined her. We also picked up some others we were passing and signed a couple of challenge caches. All logs were signed as SB2 to save on space. We went in to the courtyard and one of the horses was being brushed down as they had just finished work. Names and their job have been emailed to the CO. A fave point for bringing me here. TFTC

I wanted to get a few old caches for my jasmer grid and as SBear had said he fancied doing some caching thats a little different I asked him to join me. I really enjoyed finding the answer to this one (duly emailed to the CO) a fave point for the entertainment of watching the horses being brushed and washed down. (As well as the hyms as background music from the Good Friday parade) tftc

Beautiful creatures and such a fabulous tradition. Tftc.

#14 of 16 found today with Richt2000.

We came via here on the way back to Nottingham from York as this cache fills in a missing Jasmer square for me Smile We parked around the corner and soon found the right place but the gates were shut today. Will send email with the relevant info. Thanks for creating this Virtual. Dipped personal coin.

The_dolans and I parked round the corner and walked back to this one. Couldn't get in today as it was shut but she has emailed the answer.

I hadn't realised this was where John Smiths came from Smile

We have been meaning to visit Tadcaster for a while now and we finally got round to it today. Parked nearby and walked to GZ. It was all closed when we got there so took a few photos and worked out what their job is. Email sent. Thanks for bringing us here.

Final geocache of the short break to Scarborough. We had been drinking in the Golden Ball pub, a Samuel Smith pub so we just had to swing by this virtual cache on the way home.

The gates were closed so we went into the pub for a pint, the barman said it was ok to go out and see the horses, he also told us there names, so we have sent the email over with those.

Another great pub, pity we live a 2 hour drive away from it, very friendly staff who told us a bit about the horses and what they get up to Smile

Cache found at 13:47
