It was never going to happen. You cant get anywhere near the GZ and I bet the cache is long gone by now. I should have looked at the cache more closely before making the trek to get it. DOH...!!!
Doesn’t appear to be accessible as construction fence starts 200 odd metres from Cache point
A quick spot of geocaching for geodad after work in the towers nearby to keep him moving and get that step-count up. TFTC. Log near full.
Caching out in the city on Christmas eve. Trying to find as many as I can before the new year!
Final cache of the day. Soaking wet yet boiling hot. Tired. Sore. And yet we were not going home without having searches for this! Found after a 10min search! Great way to end the day! TFTC

Wasn’t hopeful in this one given the previous dnf. However spotted it immediately. Sadly it was in the ground. Signed the log (wasn’t easy as our pen does not look is waterproof paper). Placed back where we thought it should have been.
Must be blind this morning, no cherries and nothing else hanging about. Not even found by the helpful geogranny. Maybe next time.
I decided to go for walk/jog after work and try and find a few more caches in the area. Found quickly as there was no one else around. TFTC
60th Australian cache. Last day in Sydney and this was a quick find by Wystan while I was still working out how I was going to scramble up to the next level!!
On our last morning in Australia we found some caches. Thanks says tabiocca from Switzerland
Working in the city again today and decided to grab another cache at Barangaroo. Only problem I had was a guy was right next the GZ to film the departure of the cruise ship. So I stood on the other side of the tree to grab some shade and to pretend I also was interested in the cruise ship. Thankfully I was on the right side of the tree to find the cache. Last full day at Sydney and a few Caches are on our way ! Found on an nice stroll along the harbour, the Rocks and Barangaroo ! Thank you for the Cache !
My 15-week journey is nearing the end. The last days i spend with Dirtyhelmut in Sydney and Singapore. Today is the last day to visit this wonderful city! We made a last stroll to the City. TFTC
I approached this cache along the beautiful trail knowing exactly what to expect. Unfortunately, having this knowledge I also knew they could be a pain which was the case here. Eventually I located the right tree thanks to a hint and found the cache. TFTC!
Nice area, even better once the construction work is finished. The cache was quickly found. Tftc and greetings from Switzerland
Was hoping to be able to walk rite thru to darling harbour but still notopen veryinteresting place
I just realized that there is quite a backlog of caches we have found while we were visiting Australia with dzimaci.
Once again we are back to Sydney, staying directly in the harbor. Good opportunity to walk in the downtown again.
Thanks for the caches and hospitality of your great country.

Meeting up with Splitty Miller JJCC for a relatively quick cache run around the Barangaroo area this morning. We had to take th elong way around with all of the building works around at the moment and on our approach we were pondering the name of the cache and couldn't work out the signigficance....until we arrived at GZ and all became clear. So much so that it was in the first location we searched - all good. Both the cache container and log are in excellent condition. Thanks for the cache lookylookyloates.
The following TBs came through for the mileage: Bob geoMinion, Dave geoMinion, Evil geoMinion, Jerry geoMinion, Larry geoMinion, Mary Hyde's Treasure, Stuart geoMinion, teamMerlin's 7 Deadly Ducks Tag (Lust), Vanlith The Youngling, Bandage Bear, My Traveling 2 Cents Geocoin, ¡Aussie! & Bushwhack

The cut and paste bit.
We are on a trip from South Africa to the Eastern hemisphere. First stop was Singapore to visit family including a weekend trip to Batam Island, Indonesia. After that we flew to Brisbane, Australia, drove down to Sydney and then we go back to Singapore. A week with our children and grandchildren and then back home via a stop over in Dubai.
Thanks to all the COs that made our trip more enjoyable. Greetings from South Africa

As the clouds roll in this afternoon and the exciting possibility of rain I had the place to myself. The trees here look fake but alas no. TFTC.
Today arrived in Sidney for business trip, after checking-in I went for a small tour near the canal. Several caches found. TFTH
Another nice find, this place will be great once its completed,
Thanks for the cache

Quick and easy find during my afternoon walk around the harbour. The cache is at this time visible from the distance of several meters... Greetings from the Czech Republic and thanks for the cache!

#4339- I don't know how I missed one of these two caches the last time I was down here. Today bikerbuddy and I did the loop from Wynyard to Barrangaroo to the middle of the Harbour Bridge and back to Circular Quay, then up to Town Hall for lunch before heading home to the mountains. A glorious day with 5 caches and lots of steps. Good to get this one, which had moved spots since. bikerbuddy found it nut I spotted it immediately. Thanks
Day 10 in Australia: Sydney eye, Wild life Sydney and Sea life Sydney finished with a nightly walk for some more local caches.
Indeed it was just being out there, hanging and waiting
TFTC
Greetings from Latvia and Belgium!

First day of my short holiday. A warm-up walking started from Jubilee park and ended at Opera house. Some caches and ... lots of candies! Super productive day!
The cache: didn't find it when it was the bolts. As it is the leaves, it is just right there waiting to be found:) Thanks for hiding this cache here!

Surprised how exposed this one was but I guess not to manly people walk this way. No pen. Thanks for the cache.
A walk to the end of the blocked off section thinking it may be inside but the gizmo said otherwise and so did my eyes.
Can't miss it at this time of the year but would be a different story in summer and autumn.

Quick find here - thank you It will be nice when you can get all the way to darling harbour on the boardwalk...
Found Monday 11th Sept with Knoxy1 unfortunately we did not have pen with us so can not write on log ~ nice cache.
This is a dead end for now. Grabbed this and headed back.
The leaves have left. Now back to where we were before. Lots of developing happening here. TFTC

A bit too easy to see, but fortunately it is still there.
Quick find for DoriSingha, Catty0902 and myself.

I found this one together with Michael60 and Catty0902. At 11 a.m. we signed the logbook.
Thanks for the Cache.
Thanks for the Cache.
I guess things will be different when the leaves are on the tree but for now it's gotta be the worst hidden and cache and I don't know how it's lasted more than a day

Enjoying a fabulous winters day in Sydney, walking around the water's edge. A cache would round out the experience, and right on cue there is one close by. Not sure I agree that THAT casino is being built but the public spaces will be amazing. TFTC
The area was deserted as the "no through path" sign put people off back up at the road. Gave us plenty of time to look around and enzo found the cache before too long. A great hid, we love this style of cache and owned a similar hide in Canberra. TNLNSL TFTC
Nobody down this far near the dead end this afternoon, so it was easy to search unhindered. Not that much of a search was required with it pretty obvious, as the previous finder mentioned without the leaves it stands out. Thanks lookylookyloates.
At the moment 0 leaves making this one of the easiest ever to find. But quiet spot so limited mugglers around. That helps. Bring on spring!
Cache replaced. Very exposed in winter, and very high muggle area. So please take care with this one and try not to draw attention as there are also cameras near by. Good luck, new Cache, new log ready to roll
With lisyb. Couldnt find this one. We have found similar 'hanging' caches in the past so have an idea of what to usually look for, just couldnt see this 1
Spent a bit of time, met someone else also looking, maybe gone walkabout?
Found GZ and started feeling up, shaking and looking in every tree, thinking it might be easier without the leaves. I even felt up the pictures of leaves on the wall in case it was that sneaky. This drew the attention of the rangers who approached me and asked what I was doing. I told them all about geocaching and they seemed into it. I even encouraged them to sign up at the website. While this was going on, a family of 5 rocked and started searching. 6 of us still couldn't make the find. Fearing it might be gone, we all gave up.
More like zero leaves today in winter! Haha. My first visit to this new development and wow, it is really nice. Can't wait to see it finished. Progress marches on but if nice public space is dedicated so be it. Cheers!
Cache 4 of 5: Having walked to BaRINGaroo, we couldn't leave this one not found. It was a lovely day to be outside so we carried on walking round to this cache. SL, TFTC!
There's something melancoly but existentially satisfying in a oxymoronic way about a path that goes nowhere. And with all the construction adding a hint of noir. But I went there and reaped the reward. It's Signal weekend so I'm off to the Event, smiling. Thank you.
Deciduous tree makes it obvious at this time of year, but not many people around to see it. TftC.
An afternoon stroll with Ms Atalanta took us back to Barangaroo and a bit of geocaching. This was to be the first but turned out to be our second find of the day. TFTC.
So daring but only catchers or those lost would come this far so a great hide. No pen but here's a pic. (I can send more of its location but that would give it away too much) . Lovely day for caching in this area, tftc
We came up to Sydney for an extra long weekend and found a few caches while exploring around the harbour. TFTC
We arrived here, unsure of the actual entrance to the walk - the approach was easy enough, and finding the cache even more so, although we had to shine a torch to check the least spider-y path to stick a hand in. Log in hand, signing duties were done quickly before we attracted attention and we were out of the area to take on a nearby cache. Thanks for the hide!
Just a few joggers to wait for at this dead end. Just how many casinos Sydney can sustain? TNLNSL TFTC
It was just hanging around. TFTC Jenne G & Budgy By the way log is full so we placed a strip of paper.
On a work trip to Sydney and staying near here so I headed out for an early morning walk (oh, who am I kidding, it was a great chance to search for a few caches!). This was my first find of six for the morning. I approached from the south so didn't think I was going to be able to access this one with all the building work but I would a way in to the dead end eventually and after timing my search around the early morning runners I was able to make the find here. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache lookylookyloates.
Visiting Sydney from Perth. Ninth find today on my 17km walk around the harbour, including the Opera House, the Rocks, the Harbour Bridge and Barangaroo. Quick find but I didn't realise this was a dead end at present. Still, it was a lovely walk around to this spot. Thanks for the cache.
TFTC what a lovely walk, came to Bangaroo last year visiting from the UK, just gets better and better, great hide
Nice find at the end of the boardwalk. Very fun with great views along the way.
