Due to this cache being muggled and severely damaged I have had to remove it.
Found this a while ago & couldn't open due to being seized shut in the wet. Seems the local muggles couldn't wait for it to be fixed - it is now sitting broken & open in the car park. Was going to at least move it back to its home but it is crawling with ants. Needs maintenance! Would be a pity to let this one end this way.
Found cache (very cool) but is damaged & in this weather unopenable without tools that could easily worsen it's condition. Looking fwd to signing log once it's fixed!
Here from outta town for some gigs and grabbing a few random GCs where I can. I think the rain may be deteriorating the container and thus making opening it a potentially destructive operation so I recommend CO just check it out. Would be a shame to see it broken because it's a cool cache! TFTC.

What a great concept. Pity it can be opened an easier way though.
At 9.30am the area was quite busy but the campervan gave us good cover for retrieving and replacing this cache.
Thanks, a favourite point from us.

The car nav thought it a good idea to stop on the main road for this one. We thought better and looped around for the right approach. Spotted the container at GZ easily enough but it seems to be coming apart in the wrong way. Some vandals from the A/C place had added some rubbish to the log book, which we obliterated in the interest of decency. Nice handiwork. Thanks activehunters.
Back in Tassie finding caches that have been published since our last visit, this is one of them. What an excellent cache, a quick find, but then had to work out how to open to sign the log. A well construced cache and adding to our favourites.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Lovely large cache that we found the hardest part finding the right spot to park. Collected cache and accident found how to open while picking up.

Hi activehunters
A caching day with Budgietas to Low Head and return to Huonville.
This was the 23rd for the day
This is a great cache
A quick find; in fact it took longer to find a way to GZ than it did to find the cache
Didn't take long to extract the log, sign and return the cache to its hide
Well done on taking the time to construct a different type of container
Sainted at 1905hrs
TFTC and cheers OldSaint.

Arrived in Launceston tonight and grabbed some caches before going to the hotel. Yes C IS for create. Parked and got to GZ. Grabbed the cache and it opened for me. WOW this would be a little tough to solve if it were stiff, but anyway, I SL, TNLN, and replaced. TFTC.
Learner muggle incredibly suspicious, we definitely didn't go incognito on this one...cache was found and puzzle solved itself as it opened during retrieval! TFTC
SSR and I made an early start today, heading north to attend the event 'Farewell to Choppersrule and Justafan and family'. We had a cache hit list to tackle today. After a decent coffee at Mood Food and a quick stop at Perth and a handful of caches at Kate Reed, this was a definite as it filled in a 'Hidden Date' on my map/grid.
We parked within metres but wasted precious time going deeper than necessary to find this. It was well hidden in an easy spot and we just missed it. Evil Eye SSR eventually found it and funnily enough as I pulled it out I accidently opened it. A beautifully made and presented cache so I am awarding a favourite for it. TFTC

Being the navigator this trip I made my first fail of the day turning us in to the wrong parking area but a quick U turn and we were with a few meters of ground zero, but somehow we missed the hide when we did our first look and it took us a few minutes to spot it, then goose was all over it getting it open with no problems and we were adding our names to the log before to long while we had a good look at the box.
Another cache that has taken a bit of work so gets a favourite from me.
Myself and Goose of GooseandEgg fame had traveled 'Up North' to attend the event marking the departure of the Chopperersrules clan from Tasmania since they are moving to the big island, along with meeting and saying a farewell to the chopper family we made a list of must find caches while we were in the area.
We had been working on this list since Goose nominated himself to be parker this trip and do the driving, the list started out with and it goes without saying the Event then followed by four or five caches to fill our many grids of D/T, placed date etc, after that the next addition was the choppersrules puzzle and its prerequisite since it only seamed right with them leaving, then the list sort of stalled due to just blanket adding all the nearby caches would mean we would have ended up finding all of Launceston, so we ended up adding a few caches that stood out you know puzzles and the like and we had our target list of sweet sixteen caches.
Well it turns out we found getting on for 30 caches when you add GC and GCA together and as for getting home when it was light we only just avoided turning into pumpkins, but we both had a great day meeting fellow caches and finding some great caches.
Thanks for the cache.

No one around today in the car park, we found the cache very quickly.
Two of our muggle friends came with us to Launceston for the day. After finding the crate we gave it to one of them to open, to our surprise he had it open within seconds.
Thanks activehunters for this fun and clever constructed cache.

TFTC another great cache construction. Went during work hours but everyone was busy working. My third find in the hour I have been allotted for geocaching.
Being in the area and with a bit of a nudge from the COs boys we ventured out to find this one. We virtually had the place to ourselves and it didn't take long to make the discovery! Wow what a Cool Clever Cache Loved its Creative Construction. SL TFTC activehunters.
Found this one without my GPS/phone good hide but already knew how to open it

C should be for Creative. What an amazing cache container. The CO has put quite a bit of time and effort into creating this master piece, worthy of a favourite point.
Was a quick find on my way home tonight, and worth the diversion. Easily worked out how to open it and signed the log.
Congrats to 2y'stassies on their FTF of this cool cache.
Cheers

Today we went to Hobart to catch up with family. On our way home we decided to divert into Launceston on the chance that activehunters may have had time to repair and return this cache to its hide location. We were not disappointed as accurate coordinates led to a quick find of an exceptionally well constructed and excellent cache container - the cache was certainly not at this location when we looked two days ago. The cache and contents were in very good condition. We were surprised to see that there were no entries in the logbook and so, we will claim {FTF} at 18:05. We also wrote our FTF details on the outside of the cache container as suggested by the CO. This cache certainly earns a favourite point from us. Thanks activehunters for the cache and for your prompt action to reinstate the cache.
We were heading in to Launceston this afternoon so decided to stop and hunt for this cache. We spent almost an hour searching around GZ widening our search up to 25m away without any luck. Fortunately the area was deserted so we could look without interruption. We hope that we were suffering a case of cache blindness. According to the cache description this should not have been difficult to find especially as the size is regular. We would appreciate the CO checking the cache and coordinates.
Somebody has found this cache and in will not open, but I will fix that over the weekend. It will be back.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Had a look for this one this morning with no luck, and then read the CO's maintenance log. Will drop back for another look soon.
