### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there skakids,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so the cache is being temporarily disable - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond to this enquiry in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers (more's the pity), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
You need to post a note to the page (within 14 days) explaining the situation and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
Be sure to indicate **the actual date that you expect to have it fixed** so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please **post a Write Note log every 4 to 6 weeks,** so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, it's better for you to decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

I was with Connie today and the description sounded doable.
Perhaps the sands have shifted somewhat.
Perhaps it's home to someone now.
What it is, is full of mozzies.
What it is, is full of rubbish.
One day, long ago this could have been a great cache. Not today.
Probably needs a rethink.
On a brighter note the sun was out and shining bright, the beach was alive with the bather clad clan and it was great to be outdoors!
Thanks skakids, pity it wasn't what we hoped for.

This was probably the most unpleasant cache I have ever tried to find. I was up for the crawl challenge, whilst Snips and Co directed from above, but was still 5m out when the space was too narrow. Add to that a horde of mossies, garbage that had drifted up and been dumped and the sign we saw later warning not to swim due to contaminated water (which was of course in the wet sand), made for the overall yucky experience. Had to wash face and hands in the nearby water fountain and all clothes went straight into the wash as soon as I got home, as did I!
No joy for the tribe here! Had a good look, so many places it could be and so after 10 min of searching went to try another. But the next 3 caches were also DNFs too. Not my day!
The area it could be is massive, which is fine if the hint or the description tell you anything about the cache. And this cache has neither. The description needs way more information so it can actually be found.
There couldn’t be people living under this space or in the intermediate area as the tide comes under here!
Unfortunately this was not a safe space to go into.
Trash everywhere, people hanging around under there at low tide (yes, I saw it and left because I felt unsafe, I was not imagining things). I'm not sure of what exactly I said in the log because it's deleted, but it was low tide and people were hanging under in some sort of tarp tent at the right facing entrance.
Then after this, a week later a body was found there. This is on the Herald Sun, so I removed my log (and needs maintenance log) because I felt very terrible about the news and didn't want any dramas of the CO going into an active investigation area.

Irrespective of me removing it, the space is very unsafe and contaminated. I should have reposted a DNF, but forgot about this cache until I was messaged about my log today and thought it would be best to explain why.
I hope this log can rectify why I marked it as is, and why I removed it.

I highly recommend changing the cache for the sake of there privacy

Crawled around for quite some time in the rain. Was on top of GZ but no luck today.
This cache was in such a cool location under the pier, until we thought it could be deeper under and there was SO MUCH rubbish lying around... so we gave up after nearly an hour searching on our knees.
TFTC Skakids, seriously good camo! Had my eye on this for a while, waited for a low tide
Almost gave up, as I had been crawling for a while, then BINGO!

Wow this was camo all right! Was looking for ages till I thought it was a piece of concrete tree.
it was a nice quiet day to crawl around under here amazingly very few muggles under here.
Wow! What a fun midweek adventure!! Loved the crawl here. Getting sandy and poking my head around in strange places. Worth the trip up from Geelong for sure. A FP from me
An old fella like myself is used to being on my knees but usually I'm begging for forgiveness. A well hidden cache and disguised cache. TFTC.
This was our second cache found today. This time Bunadoorian had the honours of finding this one as I sat guard. Lovely camo on this one. TFTC skakids
We are from Sooke, B.C., Canada. We are on a 40 day cruise on the MS Noordam, We left Vancouver, BC on Oct 13th 2019 and will arrive in Auckland, NZ on Nov 23rd. 2019 Along the way we did caches everywhere we went, thanks for all the fun skakids*none*
With Crawlspace 4 under my belt I wandered up the beach and commenced searching for number 7. I was pleased to have the area completely to myself and after a systematic search I had the container in hand. I like the camo on the container, a nice bit of work.
Thanks to skakids for placing this cache.
Thanks to skakids for placing this cache.
After dropping my daughter off at Uni I decided to spend the day caching around Albert Park and port Melbourne. Weather cold but at least it’s not raining yet. thanks for the cache.
After waiting for the gps to settle we finally found the spot. Fantastic camoed container. TFTC TAD
Fortunately, @nongon and I arrived here during low tide. As I was the one wearing surf shorts and @nongon wore jeans, I was the one crawling. Luckily enough, I found the right track immediately, and found the box safe and sound. I took it back and we could sign without any issues. Thank you very much, it was kind of a small adventure!
This was the third one of the "crawlspace" series and courageous [@astoneee](http://coord.info/PR4ZE0A) directly dived into where he assumed the cache to be and indeed was able to quickly retrieve it. TFTC!
My goodness - could have been in a myriad of places’ Tide out thank goodness but a crawl crawl either way TFTC
This took quite a bit of work to find, great camo and many hiding spots made things difficult. The fact that I was not dressed appropriately did not help. But I persevered and after a very long time, spotted something in the distance. Thank goodness it was what I was after. Great hide.
Visiting from Canada on a Pacific cruise aboard the Viking Orion. Enjoyed walking around sightseeing, and of course grabbed a few caches. TFTC,SL
It was the last week of Tarbit been away on holiday overseas so (as A break form some long drives I had been doing) I nipped out his evening to try a few relatively local caches. So it was down to Port Melbourne and this one was my first target. I had noticed recently that I had found 96 skakids caches so wondering if I can crack the century. So this and another nearby were targets for tonight. It was a warm evening so there were a few people around on the beach and at the yacht club but it wasn’t hard to blend in and head out of sight to look for this one. The GPS seemed to work pretty well but it still took me a fair bit of searching. I thought I had a good idea of what to look for but just couldn’t spot it. I was close to giving up when I spotted tucked away in its hiding spot. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache skakids. This one earns a favourtie point from me.
Grabbed this while waiting for the lift to Tassie. GeowifeD was sookin that she didn't want to get sand in her shoes so she waited on a nearby rock. We looked for a good 15 minutes and were ready to give up when geowifeE got geoboyb to check one last spot and there it was.
Crawling around with MazzyMay. This was a bit of a giggle for the batty old ducks. TFTC
This was a good fun cache. Loved the container. Logged as nicnax2 with WeRAmused. TFTC
It is the day of the Melbourne Marathon and with my wife and her running crew running the full marathon, my daughter and I were support crew. That meant that we were delegated as pre-race photographers and during race, cheer squad. We elected to do our cheering duties at Port Melbourne beach. We strolled to Port Melbourne from the MCG and collect a few caches on the way, and finished the day taking the tram back to the MCG to cheer the running crew finishing.
After finishing cheering, we went out onto the beach to enjoy the area, before sneaking under the pier to look for this one. After a few minutes and only bumping my head a half dozen times, I was checking every rafter before I saw something that looked different. Strolled, well crab walked really, over to it, I was soon able to see the geocache and just able to reach it.
After getting back on the beach, we were just in time to watch The Spirit of Tasmania 1 leaving the dock.
Cache and log found in good condition. Thanks for the cache Ska Kids.

Day of the Melbourne Marathon. Had to wake up early. Got some caches with my dad 999Hunter
Well done.. took a few goes.. good hiding place.. was looking in the wrong place for ages..
I was with Adi finding the last few skakids caches before they are put on the archive list. A bit of crawling and a mention of a pill bottle had me looking at the wrong areas for a while. Adi laid eyes on the outer container first and although I tried reaching it from a crouch it really needed a smaller sized person. Luckily I had one with me!
Glad to have found another of the crawlspace series.

Caching buddies: leafotwind
We spread out, cache was not easily reachable.. I spotted it then leafotwind tried reaching it.. but when he couldn't, I had to squeeze through the hole and tiptoe to get it

After confirmation this existed & finding a few more Crawlspaces I returned sure I had a better idea of what I was looking for. Spent ages looking in the wrong spot and was calling it quits but checking other areas on the way out & spotted it the very last place I looked so close to where I’d been the first time I just needed to have looked in one more part of the area! Glad to have a smiley here now TFTC

Another Friday afternoon caching my way home. Happily the cool weather was keeping the muggles away and I was able to search in peace.
I was surprised that I was able to get good GPS coverage all the way to gz although it took a bit of searching to find the well hidden cache.
Thanks skakids for the nicely hidden cache.

I spent about 15min searching knowing that it blends in well. And yes When I noticed the cache, I had looked in that spot and didn't see it. Great Camo.

Heart wasn’t really into finding this one. Such a large area to cover and with. A large walk and 2!pairs of clothes for the week didn’t feel like getting dirty or wet. With such poor gps reception gave up after 10 minutes.
On holiday from Perth so decided to find a few geocaches in this cool state!
Wow! What a camo job! Thanks for this really cool cache.

Having been out all morning at the Yarra Ex Pt 8 in Yarra Glen all morning I was a little supriced when I got home and the muggle wife suggested we go do some crawl space cache. We had our two kids, 9 and 11, and there best friends, already and keen to get sandy and wet. We worked our way North to South picking them off one by one and then we got to the tunnel! The tide was hide, and the kids we short but we hadn't really got wet yet, so in we swam. Suddenly it got deep, ha ha, its dark, rock like razors and the slippery gooey sea week ever on the floor. Anyway we failed on this one but will bring the Yak down another time for a closer look. TFTC skakids, had a ball!
Great to check on a cache and find it is still there, added a new log and some swaps enjoy
Another one that I didn't find. As it seems I'm in good company.
Dear Owner: How about deactivating the cache and checking when you got the time?

Made a preliminary excersion to check things out - got the idea and moved on to an Event.
Made a preliminary excersion to check things out - got the idea and moved on to an Event.
A very big crawl space and something very stinking put most of the searchers off, so we moved on.
Sand, sand, sand. Makes a good time grate, especially when you take it all home with you in the car. Just you try to leave all the sand behind! Sure.
Anyway after a good 15mins on my hands and knees (no I wasn't praying to the "Cache gods"), finally I looked in the right spot, & just before my lunch break was over. Phew. There are just so many hiding spots & it isn't easy to look. Good spot to swim & sit on the beach amongst the beach combers.

Gave it a try with no luck but when our cruise ship broke down and had to get towed back to Melbourne we had two days to kill so we gave it another shot. SUCCESS.
We were out and about enjoying the sunshine today and decided to get this one while we were walking past. Having a mini minor with us meant he could do the crawling, and he came up with the hide. It just meant sand all through the house from his pockets!!! Thanks for the hide and bringing us here. Dropped a TB
After being muggled out of my last two searches today, I was hoping to get this one. There was a movie set nearby so I turned my best side and went under. A bit of crawling here and there eliminated a few spots and then I tried somewhere else with success.
This cache was lots of fun.
The tide was not to bad for my search.
Though I did get a little wet.
This is a cache you could easily miss.
But after looking here and there.
Bingo, I was soon signing the log.

AArrr found it, at long last. Third time lucky. I thought I had looked in this spot the first time I tried to find this little bugger, but I must have missed it. Great cammo. Great hide, very challenging. Thanks. Giving this one a fav.TFTC. signed log and off for a walk along the beach.
We had a really nice walk on the beach of Melbourne. Nearby we did some caches. We have found this one quickly. It was just luck. Really nice camouflage.
Thanks for showing. Tftc

Don't worry we don't think it has been muggled, we just DNTTH (Didn't try to hard!) as the kids were busting to go to the park down the road! We will be back to search for this properly another time. This was our last cache for today. Til next time, Plowfive out.
Our first cache on this visit to Aus, heading of to Tas and enjoying the local area before we go

(Tuesday) I was in a bit of a rush to get back to the cruiser so I didn't crawl too far under.
I had to drop my wife off at the Spirit this morning, so CrustyK9 and I grabbed some local caches before heading home.
I'm getting too old for crawling in the sand! tftc.

I apologise sincerely to all cache owners, I have been reduced to having no other option but submitting generic logs for most of the caches I have found over the last 3 years. Unfortunately, this log was a DNF. This cache obviously did not want to be found today! Thanks all the same to the owner, I hope it is ok now if it was damaged/missing when I searched for it.
Found It!
This one took a bit of searching. After carefully looking at every hole and every post, eventually I found the one with the cache!

Hey tricky little hide this one. Many thanks to my mate Carpie4 for finding this case cheers Stewie
Searched around in the confined space for about 30 mins without any luck. Will be back again.
Out and about with Echidna44 and au.fait, for a day a caching to celebrate a birthday. Thought we would try to clear out the Albert Park area. Having done all we could Albert Park Lake we are now widening our circle for finds. Really enjoying walking around this area and finally along the beach front. Nice day for it and crawling has always been on my favourite list of activities. The only problem with the beach is that you end up with sand in all the wrong places. Took us a while to make the find but this was an excellent hide with great camo. It gets a favourite from me. Thanks for bringing us here skakids
There we 3 were at it again, crawling under the pier in awkward attitudes searching in a slightly random manner as the technology seemed quite confused here, and our mental state was beginning to match it. I eventually retired from this juvenile past time on the grounds of seniority to keep watch and not long after this excellent cache was discovered. A fav point TFTC and the series skakids
Another magnificent skakids hide.
Out for a day of caching with xambo4u & au.fait. We spent quite a while crawling back and forth, before discovering the most beautifully crafted cache in a devious hide. A favourite point. Thanks skakids

Found with georocks101. This one took us a while but we spotted it eventually. Very well hidden and disguised. Tftc
It was fun crawling around like a little kid until JelenaGreenleaf found this well hidden and well camoflaged cache! Well done skakids! Tftc
